Vous vous enregistre via un ordinateur ce qui peut être dérangeant pour certains. Vous avez des employés qui sont là jusqu’en début d’après midi sinon il faudra appeler par téléphone pour avoir un responsable. Le café et thé, chocolat sont gratuits ainsi que des fruits et de l’eau. Le bar est en libre service mais en comptant sur l’honnêteté des gens. L’hôtel est bien situé pas loin de la gare. This hotel is fine. Very quiet. Self-serve check-in and bar. They can deliver you a "breakfast in a bag" but no restaurant. So, you hardly see anyone who works there. The room was very spacious for a European hotel and the bathroom was split with a room for bath and one for toilet. It is a convenient walk from the train station and into the old town.

Amazing hotel to stay in. So many extras that most hotels in this category don’t supply. The hang out room with unlimited coffees / tea, bananas, fruit in fridge, pastries, games set up like chess, connect four, etc. ( though the unending female skimpy dancing on screen music videos in hang out room were very sexist for these times and loud so didn’t make it relaxing to read and ‘hang out’) A fun quirky sense of humour throughout the hotel. Well designed rooms. Self checkin and out was so easy. Close to railway station and heaps of eating places in close proximity

Zeer fijn hotel wat een hoog huiskamer gehalte heeft door de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes op de begane grond. Hier staat bijvoorbeeld een voetbaltafel waar gasten gebruik van kunnen maken. Kamer was ruim en netjes!

The hotel was wonderful but for one problem: the lack of hot water for the morning shower. The hotel is in a great location, the room was immaculate and comfortable, and the staff excellent. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

This hotel was quite unusual with self service check in and a hang out area and honesty bar. Our room was great, quiet and clean. The bathroom could have done with some modernisation. The one member of staff we met was friendly and helpful.

Self service Hotel aan de rand van het centrum. Overpriced Hotel. Ultra kleine badkamer waar je zelfs je toilettas niet eens kwijt kan. Wanneer 1 persoon in de BK staat moet de andere er uit. Kamer is voorzien van rolgordijnen als raam bekleding die ongeveer 10/15 cm uit de muur is geplaatst waardoor s'ochtends om 6.00 uur de zon al vrolijk in je gezicht staat te schijnen. Te laat uit checken hoef je dus niet bang voor te zijn. Harde (goedkoopste auping binnenvering) matrassen voorzien van 2 losse dekbedden en dito matras. Voorzien van slechte geluidswerende ramen waardoor midden in de nacht uitgaan publiek je lekker uit de slaap halen

Locatie was centraal, maar aan een veel te drukke weg. Daardoor heb ik eerste nacht slecht geslapen. De kamers waren erg karig, maar alles was schoon en deed wat het moest doen. Ik zit voor mijn werk redelijk vaak in hotels. En in verhouding was dit hotel erg duur voor wat je krijgt. Het ontbijt (waar je voor moest bijbetalen) was ook heel summier. Geen aanrader wat mij betreft.

Het hotel is schitterend en heeft een hele leuke sfeer. Self service maar er is personeel dat super vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. De kamer was ruim, comfortabel en schoon. Wel gehorig helaas. Overal zitten kleine grapjes verstopt wat erg leuk is. De ligging is ook goed. Dichtbij parkeergelegenheid en je loopt zo het centrum in. Wij hebben het super naar ons zin gehad, echt een top hotel!

This is my first experience of a staff free hotel. Check in was straight-forward as was check out. Property was clean and well laid out in a quiet area and convenient for railway and bus. I gave a low rating for staff as we did not see any. I would have given a higher overall rating but for the fact that someone decided to upgrade the televisions in the morning. Have you ever been woken by someone using A F#####G HAMMER DRILL on the other side of your wall? I hope that the laundry is able to get the sheets clean. Overall I was quite happy but the drill experience on my last morning was a severe downer. If there had been a receptionist then they would have got an earful.

Modern ingericht schoon hotel. In- en uitchecken verliep via self service, maar er was een hulptelefoon voor als je assistentie nodig had (zoals bijv het achterlaten van je koffers vooraf inchecktijd) en deze hulp kwam dan ook snel. Koffers werden in tussentijd naar de kamer gebracht. Vriendelijk personeel. Veel horeca in de ongeving. Prima loopafstand naar de winkels.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Dutch, Maastricht was a gem of a city and the Dutch is perfectly located if you like wandering. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the city center. We plan on staying here again!

The hotel is in a prime location 4 min walk from the train station, and 12 min walk to the main square. The staff were very friendly and helpful couldn't wish for more. It had a free drinks machine in the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy with a comfy bed, perfect!

The Hotel was well situated from the train station, less than 5 minute walk. The Hotel itself was very good, easy to self check in, but always a member of staff their to assist if needed. Room was very clean and spacious. Free coffee and tea was most welcome along with fruit and water. Plenty of restaurants near by, so not far to walk. All in all I would highly recommend The Hotel Dutch.

Wonderful hotel. we had a very pleasant stay here. The location is great. The Hangout area offers a variety of things including free coffee, snacks, and even fruits! Will definitely choose this hotel for our next stay if we visit Maastricht again.

I would use this hotel again if back in Maastricht. Straightforward check in/out . Used the “breakfast bag “ service which involved leaving the empty bag hanging on the door ,with a preferred delivery time ,and the breakfast was left in the bag - juice/ yogurt/ granola/ fruit/ pastry. Modern and clean hotel .
