The property is so convenient, close to restaurants and the staff are so nice anf friendly I think it will best if there is a hot tub in the pool area. It will add more attractions to the guest.

Hotel itself was good. Parking lot area not very well covered with cameras. Truck got broken into and none of the cameras caught anything. Staff did everything they could. But bad area of Edmonton.

Each staff member was excellent. Each and every one very friendly, helpful, and sincere. Kids LOVED the pool and slide. Fitness room was clean, in good shape. State of the art treadmills. Great variety for breakfast.

We often stay here when visiting our son in Edmonton , friendly staff , clean rooms, good parking, alway a great place to stay and good breakfast. Also a decent gym but it needs a chin up bar :) you can buy them for $100 on Amazon and bolt it to the wall

Front end staff were all amazing and friendly . Hotel was clean, room was clean, breakfast was good and good variety. Kids enjoyed Pool and water slide. As an adult would liked water a little warmer or a hot tub but that’s just me being picky lol! Otherwise great experience, will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time here. We will definitely come back. The hubs and i jusf went and loved that the pool is heated. We will definitely bring our kids next time. Only downside is no hot tub and the carpet could use an update

Room was spacious and well presented. Residual hair in the shower from the previous guests. Continental breakfast is definitely not on par with a property that has the rating this one does. Very limited options. The sausage rounds available as the only hot protein item were in a steam tray with an inch of water in the bottom. Being diabetic the remaining options of cereal and bread, muffins, bagels etc do not work for me. The first morning of my stay it had been filled with cold sausage... They were cold to the touch when I got them from the tray. When notified the staff didn't seem to care. The only other hot item available was precooked folded omelettes. They had been in the steam tray long enough they were rubbery and falling apart. Staff came and just chopped them up into a semblance of scrambled eggs rather than replacing food that had been out too long. I will stay at this hotel again as it is conveniently located for my needs but I won't likely be having the breakfast.

The staff was friendly and eager to please. The breakfast room was very clean and well stocked. The only downside was the room was only serviced every two days. Even the bed was not made and used towels replaced!

Clean, modern, comfy bed. Pillows were too soft though. Main complaint: It is January and the room was freezing and the controls on the fan/heater disabled. It was only 64 degrees with a fan blowing air too cool to be comfortable.

Hotel property is clean1⭐️. staff are kind 1⭐️. Good luck finding parking. not enough parking. The room we stayed in was very clean . Room 109 is next to the facilities room and was extremely loud all night long. Neither did I get a good night sleep nor was I comfortable for two nights. that’s why I gave this hotel a 3 1/2 star review.

Got there and the internet was down so I couldn't check in. They did give me a room so I could shower and change my clothes. Came back 2 hrs later and still no internet so no wifi and no tv. Checked out but still no internet. Got my bill today. 155.00 Think that was a little high

This was one of the best Marriott properties I have stayed at. The staff was incredible, accommodating, responsive and so pleasant. A great experience. We had 7 rooms with family members. They all had the same opinion. Wish all were as good as this one.

Overall good experience, breakfast was good, room was clean and well kept. There was a small hiccup while checking out but it wasn't the staffs fault (something too do with the system being locked out) and they made quick decisions that got everything settled.

The onsite staff and manager are amazing. The hotel has no soundproofing. The other guests who clearly had no care or concern for others that partied in the halls all hours of the night while on their child’s hockey tournament. Blocking hallways and access to elevators and ignoring staffs requests to vacate areas. Again the staff are amazing.

My daughters were not comfortable leaving the hotel in the evening due to the amount of people begging, doing drugs by the construction site fence and being bothered by people for smokes and money. Once the area is final developed I believe the security and cleanliness will improve but it was a bit of a disappointment

Breakfast is okay. Pre-made omeletes and meat products, very processed. Whole fruit (oranges and apples). No yogurt on day 1 but there was some day 2. Boiled eggs, assorted breads and a waffle station. I guess im setting the bar high as we stayed at another place nearby that had fresh eggs, fruit salad and more in house made items. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and there are lots of shops nearby. Not exactly walkable as its not the best end of town (bank ATMs are locked at night too so get your cash in the daytime).
