Amazing stay and happy to be a Rover! This 3 stars easily looks like a 4 stars for all the amenities it offers, I was really impressed! Fantastic Burj view from the room & very convenient to reach with a 10 minutes walk. Free and secure luggage storage, early check-in, common areas to meet people and play PlayStation, annex minimarket, cheap loundry service, free ice cream, free shuttle bus to main attractions! Definitely recommended for your stays!

Rove Downtown was a perfect location for us. We loved being near the fountains and it was an easy walk to the mall. We enjoyed the live music on Friday night and the 24 hour laundry and store.

Great facilities with weighing scales for suitcases and self service lockers for keeping luggage after checking out. Great customer service. Nice staff. Pleasant to find room upgrade. Only downside was the traffic in the area (but this is because it is in the downtown area so beware of this!)

Perfect hotel for both business and leisure. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to Zabeel entrance of Dubai Mall. Hotel provides shuttle busses service to Kite Beach, Souk Madinat and other locations. Pool is very nice with the scenic view of Burj Khalifa and neighboring buildings. In the hotel you may also find table tennis, convenience store, fuss ball, PlayStation, and capsules for private business calls. The vibe is chill and friendly. The hotel has an eco friendly policy, which is very considerate. The staff are nice and welcoming. TGIF in the hotel is great.

We arrived in the middle of the night. Check in was quick and efficient, and staff were very helpful. We were able to get a very late check out on the day that we left, and once again the staff were most helpful with our luggage and getting an airport taxi. Little 24 hour shop was very useful for snacks.

Fabulous location just a short walk from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Room with few frills but spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Loved the communal spaces (lobby, pool deck, gym, laundry, work spaces, luggage storage, video game nook, etc). Youthful vibe throughout. We were upgraded to room with a view and were given late checkout (4pm) which was hugely helpful with a very late flight out. Staff very kind and helpful.Would definitely stay here again.

スタッフの挨拶もよく清潔だった。清掃スタッフが清掃毎に写真を撮ってるとこを見ると管理者の教育方針が伺え清潔に保とうとしてる強い方針が見て取れた。コンビニも常設で値段もお手頃で交通の便がよくコストパフォーマンスがよい。一つ悪い点があるとすれば日本人としてシャワーの圧が弱いのが気になった。

Es war wirklich alles ausgezeichnet! Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool & Burj war sauber & schön. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich, haben jederzeit geholfen und waren sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war super lecker - Buffet, wo für jeden etwas dabei ist, & auch das man täglich frische Speisen (Waffel. Pancakes, Wraps, Omlett,...) bestellen konnte war super! Der Pool war sehr sauber und es gab immer freie Liegen + Handtuch (November). Und auch die Lage zum Burj, Mall und Metro hat uns sehr gefallen! TOP - können wir nur empfehlen!

Location, can walk to Burg Khalifa, Dubai mall, hop on and hop off buses and tours. Modern. exceptional amenities like bottled water at least a liter in the room, refrigerator, tea and coffee. Has self serve laundry. View of the Burg Khalifa in the room. only thing room temp only goes down to 20 degree celsius and carpet needs to be cleaned.

We picked this hotel because of the free shuttle to the Dubai Mall but ended up not using the shuttle as it was only a ten minute walk. The front desk staff were excellent especially Nick who checked us in. We had a view of the Burj on the 13th floor and the room was modern with excellent a/c. Breakfast was in the adjoining TGI Fridays which was actually very nice. One of the staff was a bit rude in the restaurant but most were friendly and helpful. There wasn’t a great deal for vegans but you could order scrambled tofu which was a plus. We didn’t use the pool as we only had 24 hours in Dubai? But it looked nice. Could have happily stayed longer.

The front desk staff especially “Nick” was amazing, The room service was so fast, no sooner after hanging up were the items requested being delivered. The facilities were terrific, from the pool to the bathrooms and lounging area and wifi, and we got to check out late for free too, 2.5 hours after the check out time. Shuttles were fantastic to get us around too.

I have been a regular Rove guest over the years and it never disappoints. All good, rooms clean, basic and functional. Pool area nice, good location and enough facilities to cover all of your needs. Rove is a really good brand and I enjoy staying there. On this occasion, I was disappointed with the breakfast experience. The standard of food was below that of previous stays and other Rove hotels. Specifically, the breakfast item I ordered from the kitchen was very basic and looked like it had been rushed and made with the cheapest ingredients available. It was so basic and to the same standard as usual. I sent it back and noticed a few other guests sent kitchen items back, too. The overall vibe was of a very busy canteen rather than the more relaxed, affordable luxury vibe Rove usually serves up. Not a huge issue but a shame if this is the new breakfast experience going forwards. Everything else was great.

Check in was a little hard got impression that contract between Expedia and Rove isn’t a great one. Rove already knew booking was with Expedia but seemed to be treated differently to if had have booked direct or with another agent.

Modern hotel, comfortable rooms with extremely helpful front desk staff. They helped us with taxis, directions, and other recommendations. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from one of the pedestrian bridges to enter the mall. There is a small store downstairs for snacks and toiletries, coffee and pastries. TGIFridays is downstairs and good to sit outside at bar in evening, but the breakfast there is not worth the time or money. I would recommend and stay there again.
