Schönes Hotel, Frühstück in Ordnung, wird in kleinem Raum ohne Fenster serviert. Zentrale Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber Achtung: sehr sehr laut! Bis in die Nacht Lärm von Menschen und Rollern bzw. Vespas und ab 4 Uhr morgens fährt die Straßenreinigung unter Riesenkrach die Straße rauf und runter. Wir konnten trotz Ohrstöpseln nicht schlafen, schade.

10/10 would recommend Upon arriving at Napoli Class Luxury B&B we were kindly greeted @ reception on the 2nd floor. We were not only appreciative of the efficient check-in process, but we were surprised by an upgraded suite which was much needed following 10 days of travel. The suite was a situated on the same floor as the breakfast room & terrace. Terrace was equipped with the perfect day beds for rest and/or tanning - in addition great views of the main shopping area. The room itself was outstandingly clean, equipped with strong wifi and a Smart TV, comfy bed and sheets, a Juliet balcony and a gorgeous bathroom. This was a treat after staying in traditional hotel rooms in other Italian cities. The location was walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was right around the corner from the Galleria Umberto. Breakfast was quaint and just perfect to get our last servings of bufala mozzarella. We also had the smoothest check-out which was paired by a wonderful sleep. They also offer a baggage room in case you want to explore Naples post-check out. Highly recommend. This stay was such a treat!

We were a party of five and had two rooms reserved. When we arrived, we received a nice upgrade for one of the reservations to the apartment suite (had a full kitchen and two bedrooms and large sitting area). It was also a nice surprise to have champagne and nice Italian pastries waiting for us in both rooms. Large rooms with nice bathrooms and good AC! Very clean and wonderful customer service. Good location and walkable to the port where we took a ferry to Sorrento. Breakfast was included with stay and had many good options but dining area was very small. Some parts of hotel under renovation but not loud. Would recommend.

Wonderful property! Conveniently located near Via Toledo which is a main connector for dining options and shopping. Our room was spacious with high ceiling and comfortable beds. WE travelled with our 12 year old daughter and this was her first international experience- and she loved it! The staff are amazing. The breakfast was incredible. We were greeted with a friendly smile every morning. Highly recommend this hotel! In fact all of the people we met in Napoli were generous and kind.

Tres bon emplacement dans la ville , le long d\'une piétonne ce qui limite les nuisances . Notre chambre etait cependant une chambre aveugle , au milieu des escaliers de l\'immeuble .... Vraiment horrible pour 5 nuits! Le personnel tres agréable nous a proposé une chambre avec fenetre mais pour 20% de supplément . Chambre agréable . La machine a cafe ouverte 24/24 etait devant notre porte .... Et les portes sont des "intérieures " pas isolée avec un gros espace .... Tres genant quand les autres clients parlent et se servent à n\'importe quelle heure . Propreté et service rien à dire . Petit déjeuner en chambre bien servi . Literie en bon état (rare en italie) mais tres tres ferme. Compliqué d\'y dormir.

This hotel was steps away from the Spanish quarter and we were so happy. Endless food options just minutes away. Also very easy access to the metro and sea port from the location. The breakfast was wonderful with many options (eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), lots of meat and cheese, pastries, fruit, cereals, option to make a panini, waffles, mini pancakes, and more I probably missed). The room was quiet for being in such a busy area. It was difficult to find at first (it had a very small sign outside a giant wooden door) and a front desk person is only there certain hours (she was very friendly and helpful). Using maps search “Napoli Class” to find the location.

Pros - lovely room with coffee and a fridge and on demand nespresso and pastries in the lobby 24/7. Room also had a balcony’s Chiara at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly assisting with taxi needs and recommendations. When she learned our day tour was departing to Amalfi prior to the breakfast service at the hotel she offered to pack us up a breakfast “to go” Cons - the street noise is pretty loud. From people, to seagulls, to horns. Bring ear plugs!

We were a party of five and had two rooms reserved. When we arrived, we received a nice upgrade for one of the reservations to the apartment suite (had a full kitchen and two bedrooms and large sitting area). It was also a nice surprise to have champagne and nice Italian pastries waiting for us in both rooms. Large rooms with nice bathrooms and good AC! Very clean and wonderful customer service. Good location and walkable to the port where we took a ferry to Sorrento. Breakfast was included with stay and had many good options but dining area was very small. Some parts of hotel under renovation but not loud. Would recommend.

Wonderful property! Conveniently located near Via Toledo which is a main connector for dining options and shopping. Our room was spacious with high ceiling and comfortable beds. WE travelled with our 12 year old daughter and this was her first international experience- and she loved it! The staff are amazing. The breakfast was incredible. We were greeted with a friendly smile every morning. Highly recommend this hotel! In fact all of the people we met in Napoli were generous and kind.

Great place to stay for a young family. Right in centre of town, spacious Suite room accommodated us well. We have two kids aged 6 and 4 and they shared the double sofa bed, no problem. Thank you Napoli Class and for looking after the koala teddy who accidentally got left behind.

Tres bon emplacement dans la ville , le long d\'une piétonne ce qui limite les nuisances . Notre chambre etait cependant une chambre aveugle , au milieu des escaliers de l\'immeuble .... This hotel was steps away from the Spanish quarter and we were so happy. Endless food options just minutes away. Also very easy access to the metro and sea port from the location. The breakfast was wonderful with many options (eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), lots of meat and cheese, pastries, fruit, cereals, option to make a panini, waffles, mini pancakes, and more I probably missed). The room was quiet for being in such a busy area. It started off by them charging me $90 because my wife wasn’t on the reservation. Never heard of such a thing. I booked a room that accommodates 2 people. Then the first night we had no hot water. Their solution was for us to wait for it to be fixed. No refund for the first night, no switching of the room. They limit you to 1 bath towel each. The place is difficult to get in and out. You have to step over a cutout portion of the door which is not convenient with luggage. If you have any disabilities you will not be able to book or get in and out of this place. The elevator is so small that only 2 people can fit and you basically cannot have luggage with you. Getting off the elevator is the same. It’s so tight that you have to walk sideways. The shower is so small you touch the glass. I’m a small guy so I couldn’t imagine if you were 6’ tall, it would be impossible to shower. The showers head sprayed water in all directions because it’s old and broken. We asked for an iron. The one they gave us was old, didn’t work and we had no ironing board. With all of this, I do not recommend this place for the price. It’s for people that want a step up from a hostel. So glad we only booked two nights. It would have completely ruined our vacation.

Room also had a balcony’s Chiara at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly assisting with taxi needs and recommendations. From people, to seagulls, to horns. Bring ear plugs!

10/10 would recommend Upon arriving at Napoli Class Luxury B&B we were kindly greeted @ reception on the 2nd floor. We were not only appreciative of the efficient check-in process, but we were surprised by an upgraded suite which was much needed following 10 days of travel. The suite was a situated on the same floor as the breakfast room & terrace. Terrace was equipped with the perfect day beds for rest and/or tanning - in addition great views of the main shopping area. The room itself was outstandingly clean, equipped with strong wifi and a Smart TV, comfy bed and sheets, a Juliet balcony and a gorgeous bathroom. This was a treat after staying in traditional hotel rooms in other Italian cities. The location was walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was right around the corner from the Galleria Umberto. Breakfast was quaint and just perfect to get our last servings of bufala mozzarella. We also had the smoothest check-out which was paired by a wonderful sleep. They also offer a baggage room in case you want to explore Naples post-check out. Highly recommend. This stay was such a treat!

We got there at a bit of a late hour in the day and the young lady at the reception was there to check us in. She was very nice and showed us to our room. The only unfortunate thing is that we only had one night to stay at the hotel. We did try and stay an extra day, but unfortunately they were booked up. We would definitely stay there again. It was very very nice. We will be sure to stay there next time we are in Naples.

Schönes Hotel, Frühstück in Ordnung, wird in kleinem Raum ohne Fenster serviert. Zentrale Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber Achtung: sehr sehr laut! Bis in die Nacht Lärm von Menschen und Rollern bzw. Vespas und ab 4 Uhr morgens fährt die Straßenreinigung unter Riesenkrach die Straße rauf und runter. Wir konnten trotz Ohrstöpseln nicht schlafen, schade.

This hotel was steps away from the Spanish quarter and we were so happy. Endless food options just minutes away. Also very easy access to the metro and sea port from the location. The breakfast was wonderful with many options (eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), lots of meat and cheese, pastries, fruit, cereals, option to make a panini, waffles, mini pancakes, and more I probably missed). The room was quiet for being in such a busy area. Pros - lovely room with coffee and a fridge and on demand nespresso and pastries in the lobby 24/7. Room also had a balcony’s Chiara at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly assisting with taxi needs and recommendations. When she learned our day tour was departing to Amalfi prior to the breakfast service at the hotel she offered to pack us up a breakfast “to go” Cons - the street noise is pretty loud. From people, to seagulls, to horns. Bring ear plugs!

Absolutely amazing hotel in perfect location! Everything was very clean, nice, tidy and quiet rooms, despite all the tourists outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and very various. We're definitely going to stay here again for our next visit.
