Amazing everything!! 2nd time here!!Wonderful views, rooms and brunch!! DJ too in the bar during dinner!

It's a rainy day in April in Paris, but still wonderful sitting in the glass enclosed dining room at OFF on the Seine.

Fantastique ! Le personnel est professionnel et attentionné, tout en étant agréable et souriant. La suite est formidable et inoubliable : belle vue, lit confortable, spatieuse. Le petit déjeûner est complet et délicieux. Le retaurant est très bon et cadre idyllique.

Um hotel diferente por ser flutuante, a gente sente um balancinho, bem leve. Um hotel charmoso com sua piscina (aquecida) em meio às mesas do restaurante. Ela é pequena, nas fotos parece bem maior, mas muito bonitinho. O lugar é ótimo pra quem deseja dar uma corridinha diariamente! É também próximo a vários pontos de interesse, a uma curta caminhada, ainda mais pra Paris, que qualquer passeio a pé já é um passeio!

깨끗하고 친절했지만 밤에 지나가는 배들이 좀 시끄러웠어요 배 위 호텔서 자는 기분 일렁이는 물결과 함께 살짝 어지럽기도 했어요 짐도 잘 맡아주시고 작은풀도 있어 애들과 함께 오면 좋을듯요

Great room and lovely place to sit and have a drink watching the river

Staff were very accommodating and gave us an early check-in bar and drinks area were also excellent

Although beautiful, the staff at this location, took their popularity too far. We were made to feel like an inconvenience when trying to use the public areas like the pool. They put more effort into people who are coming to dine at the restaurant than the people staying at the hotel. We tried to have a drink after an incredibly long journey and were told that we were in the way (in order for them to set up for dinner service at 4:45) . After this, we chose not to participate in anything that hotel had to offer other than sleeping. On another note, that there is a bar on the other side of the river that plays incredibly loud music on until 5 AM. Also note that if you are a female traveler, it does not feel safe, as the front door was always wide open upon our return at night with zero security or front desk staff. The hotel itself is in a very convenient area near the Latin quarter, which has many bars and restaurants and is very walkable. The design is also quite unique and beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. You might be able to sleep from 5 AM until noon when the bar starts up again. Bring noise canceling headphones!

A fun location very close to Austerlitz about twenty minutes walk to the Latin quarter and notre dame. Unfortunately the pool was not in use and having work done. Rooms are small but adequate and the cocktails are good especially to take outside

Deux soucis de débordement du wc ont impliqué deux interventions. pas d'usage possible pendant la nuit. Je n'arrive pas à récuprer une facture de la nuit (a priori du fait d'un intermédiaire), mais je pense qu'il était possible de m'aider ou me donner un doc d'acquit c'est ma première déception sur cet établissement

Very clean and comfortable-

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Zimmereinrichtung war top und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Nachts war es etwas laut, weil gegenüber auf der anderen Seine-Seite die ganze Nacht Techno-Musik lief. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ich würde dort wieder übernachten.

Mijn vriendin en ik verbleven een weekend (7-9 oktober 2022) in dit hotel. Zeer mooi en bijzonder hotel op het eerste gezicht. Personeel was ook erg vriendelijk in eerste instantie en het zag er van binnen schoon uit. Echter, na de eerste nacht werden we 's nachts wakker met allerlei jeukende rode bultjes op ons lichaam. In eerste instantie dachten we dat de oorzaak muggenbeten waren, aangezien het raam open stond en we natuurlijk op het water verbleven. Echter, toen we de volgende dag terugkwamen op de kamer na een aangename dag om ons klaar te maken voor het avondeten, gingen we even in ons bed liggen en kregen we weer nieuwe jeukende en rode bultjes over ons hele lichaam. Na het raadplegen van de huisarts telefonisch, bleek de oorzaak bedwantsen te zijn. We hebben dit meteen gemeld bij de receptie, en die waren verrast. Ze hadden echter geen kamer beschikbaar en konden niets voor ons betekenen. Uiteindelijk, toen de manager erbij kwam, kregen we een andere kamer voor één nacht en moesten we ons op de dag van vertrek melden bij de receptie om een vergoeding te krijgen voor het ongemak. We zouden het geld voor de 2 nachten terugkrijgen als we ze de foto's van de bultjes zouden sturen. Nadat we dit allemaal hadden gedaan, zouden we het geld maximaal na 2 weken ontvangen. Na 2 weken echter niets ontvangen, en na vele e-mails erna opnieuw niets ontvangen. Heel erg jammer dat dit zo moest gaan, en zeer teleurstellend van het personeel.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left are experience could not have been better. The staff could not do enough for us and the cleanliness was second to none. There was a fantastic atmosphere and the food was excellent.

The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast we decided to include in our stay was a great choice! The coffee bar and the breakfast selection was delicious! The only things that were a con was the view of the homeless we could see through outside our window. The end of our stay the toilet would not flush and the drain in the shower was starting to slow down. The location was relatively close to all the destinations we wanted to experience in France! The staff was very friendly and they made good drinks at the bar! Having the pool by the restaurant was a great way to relax and end our day

Die Freundlichkeit und Sprache zu deutschen könnte besser sein. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft könnte ebenfalls besser sein.

Very chic. Rooms immaculate. Outstanding breakfast. Guests need to be provided with a map - uber driver had no clear idea where to drop us off, and we spent 15 minutes finding the hotel. It then took five minutes to find someone to check us in, but he was very polite and gracious. Would definitely return when using Austerlitz station.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Zimmer, sehr sauber. Leider war die Temperatur im Zimmer sehr hoch, da die Klimaanlage schon auf Heizungsbetrieb (Mitte Oktober) umgestellt war. Abhilfe schaffte nur das Öffnen des Fensters, dadurch war es recht laut. Wir würden dennoch wiederkommen.

Un hôtel péniche magnifique, tout était parfait sauf la Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas, à refaire je recommande. Merci pour la délicate attention à l’arrivée et la petite carte dans la chambre.

L'air climatisée ne suffisait pas à être bien. Le soleil plombe dans la chambre toute la journée alors il fait TRÈS chaud. Nous n'avons pas réussis à dormir.

Great place. Wish I could have stayed there for a week or so. Sweet, cozy room, looking directly onto the Seine. Marvellous. Must visit again, fairly soon.

Fun way to stay in Paris, but I’m still rocking as I’m terrible with any moving objects and I wasn’t aware the barge does actually rock pretty heavily. Furthermore, conveniently located close to metro, RER and train stations. The neighborhood itself does not have too much to offer, but it’s easy to get anywhere in Paris by metro.

Way overpriced. It is a storage container on a barge anchored to the wall of the river. It rocks so motion sickness is an issue. When the toilets flush it’s a loud zapping sound. There are other random zapping sounds and we couldn’t quite figure out the cause. We could hear people walking by so it is definitely not sound proof as advertised.

Location was great. Close to the train station(s). My only complaint would be that there was a good amount of noise at night and I found it hard to sleep. Definitely will need white noise if you're a light sleeper.

Un séjour à l'enseigne de plusieurs déboires Tout d'abord l'arrivée le soir en voiture est déconseillée la réception ne répond jamais et les parkings sont difficiles d'accès. Il a fallu se garer n'importe comment pour atteindre la réception de l'hôtel à pied pour savoir où il était possible de se garer.De plus cet hôtel ne possède aucun panneau lumineux pour le situer la nuit.Il se situe sur les quais où il faut passer au milieu de nombreuses tentes de SDF pour l'atteindre ce qui n'est pas rassurant. Après avoir compris qu'il était possible de se garer près le l'hôtel en demandant d'ouvrir l'accès au quai, j'ai dû attendre 30minutes et passer de nombreux coups de fil sans succès(alors que c'était ce qui m'avait été demandé de faire)ce qui m'a contraint de retraverser tout le quai sous la pluie pour prévenir la réception que leur numéro ne répondait pas. Le jeune homme a tenté de me faire passer pour une menteuse en insistant sur le fait que cela marchait bien. Un responsable qui a vu que je commençais à m'agacer est arrivé sans un sourire pour me demander ce qui arrivait et me répéter que j'étais une menteuse. Un très mauvais accueil pour le coup sans parler de l'alarme qui s'est déclenchée à 2.30 du matin et qui a duré mn et des nombreux bruits(métro, personnes qui parlent à voix haute, traffic..). Le lendemain j'ai demandé le pourquoi de ce déclenchement et manifestement ce n'était pas la première fois que cela arrivait(pourquoi alors ne pas la réparer??) Repos difficile

L'accueil a été très bon, j'ai même pu avoir ma chambre plus tôt car elle était prête.

We absolutely loved our stay at Off Seine. It ia really one of the coolest places to stay in Paris with a great location. We were surprised how quiet it was even on a Saturday night with thousands of salsa, tango, techno and Breton folk dancers just minutes away along the quai. The staff were always lovely and helpful when our flight was canceled due to the Air Canada strike. A night on the orange design suite is highly recommended! We will be back! MERCI!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HÔTEL! It is in a very awkward location, difficult to get your bags down several flights of stairs - and NO help from staff. It is VERY LOUD from nearby restaurants and bars on the shore right outside your window (and they are not noise proof). Lots of loud drunk people just outside your room. There are plumbing problems on this property, VERY, VERY noisy and the staff member solution was to turn off our water. So no bathing or flushing toilet. There is no manager on duty or anyone to help if there is a problem, just the receptionist. On top of that they charged us full price for this. DO NOT BOOK here. They hotel claimed to book our taxi to the airport and both us and another customer had a no show from taxi’s booked by this hotel. There are lots of great hotels in Paris, this is NOT one of them.

Great innovative property with great staff. Close to two metro lines, and because of its location across from the train station, it was so easy to get a cab or Uber.

Such a beautiful and unique hotel with fantastic food and scenery. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. A special thank you to Romain who was brilliant as well. Highly recommended if visiting Paris

Virkelig hyggeligt at bo på husbåd men toget der går over broen kunne høres hvert 5. Minut og det giver slet ikke mening at bo på et værelse med “city view” der er kun lyden af biler og fejningsmaskiner. Desværre får man ikke hele oplevelsen med også kan der næsten ikke betale sig at bo der hvis ikke man har seinen udsigten.

Actually a boat in the river, which I was not completely aware of and the thing actually rocks when other boats pass. So, in case you are sentitive to this, make sure you know what you book. Furthermore, this hotel/boat is well located between the metro Austerlitz and the Gare de Lyon, so very well connected to explore Paris and it's a lit of fun to be on a yacht instead of another boring hotel building.

The hotel had booked weddings 2 of the three nights we were staying and they blasted music till late in the night. We could not sleep. The desk would not do anything about it. Terrible location. It's not near anything enjoyable. Homeless people all around. You have to walk a quarter mile up ramps and stairs just to get a uber. Neat idea but terrible in theory

Très bon séjour à cette adresse atypique : idéalement situé par rapport à la gare d'Austerlitz et l'Accord Arena, l’hôtel situé sur une péniche à tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Joli design, ambiance feutrée, vue imprenable sur la Seine plus un personnel extrêmement gentil et attentionné. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ...

Mooie locatie, op wandelafstand van Notre Dame (15 min.) Er zijn twee trein- en metrostations in de directe buurt (ééntje rechtover het hotel en eentje op 10 min. wandelen) van waaruit je vlot doorheen Parijs reist.

Die preise für das frühstück überteuert wenn die nacht bei 300 euro liegt habe ich nicht mit gerechnet das Frühstück mit 40 euro pro tag extra zu zahlen das parken für 2 nächte betrug auch noch mal zusätzlich 75 euro wo in der Beschreibung stand Stellplätze sind da Das parkhaus ist 500 meter entfernt

Cadre atypique au coeur de Paris. Decor chaleureux et chambre fonctionnelle. Par contre le petit déjeuner est sommaire et rien n'est déposé dans un espace réfrigéré : laitages, saumon... dommage sinon c'est depaysant et apprécié

This boat hotel on the Seine is very conveniently located next to Gare d'Austerlitz and just a short walk from Gare du Lyon, sobgreat for connections to any part of the city. Restaurant evrlooking the river makes for a very pleasant dining experience. We had a bit of an issue with the safenin the room not working properly but nothkng that spoiled the visit. The young front of house staff and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. There is negligible movement on the hotel from passing boats and this ismkore than made up for by the joy of having breakfast on the river. We are planning a return trip to Paris and unless we get some crazy cheap deal for another hotel we'll be going back to Off Paris Seine.

An unusual hotel experience, sleeping on the Seine, waking up in the morning looking at water and boats. Didn’t try the breakfast, but the restaurant had a tasty menu and service minded, nice waiters. Liked that it was a small hotel without large groups of tourists. While located close to metro and train lines and, hence, ce teal, there were few restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
