The staff were so friendly, efficient, helpful and very informative with details given regarding the pool and breakfast hours. My daughter and three granddaughters were made to feel welcomed immediately at check in which went smoothly and quickly. I was given a little welcome gift bag with some goodies. A pleasant surprise! We were pleased with the comfort and spaciousness of our room which allowed us to enjoy a good night’s rest. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and we especially enjoyed the fresh coffee. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express and would stay here again.

Easy to access. Easy access to walmart and several restaurants. Property looks new and well maintained. Room was nice and clean. Parking could accommodate trucks and trailers. Plenty of room.

Only knocks were that it was a little outdated, and it lacked certain amenities I’ve come to expect from a holiday inn or comparable hotel. No vending anywhere to be found, and no ice machines from what I seen either. Elevator was a little sketchy. Parking lot was kinda tight

Great property. We had the 1st floor near the pool exit/entrance on the interstate side. It was a bit louder than expected with patrons coming and going outside, and interstate traffic. The property and room were nice and a great location. Would stay here again in a higher floor on the other side of the building.

When walking in to check in, the lobby smelt highly of weed. Got checked in, went to room and it was very humid. Sheets felt wet from the humidity. There were no sheets for the couch bed. Sheets were put in the bed inside out. We slept in the room and the air finally caught up about 2am but there was no other room to be moved to. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located, very clean, and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We had to make a last minute change to our stay and Michelle was absolutely a ROCK STAR in taking care of us. Will definitely use this hotel again!

I would have loved to rate my stay "excellent" the host at the check in desk were very friendly. However, my bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and when the host notified maintenance his comment was "what do they want me to do" I guess he found out that we heard him and came up to our room to inform us of our options. Other than that, the room was clean, and I will visit again

This was the absolute worst stay. Additionally, the staff and cleaning staff were very dishonest. I left my Stanley cup that had great sentimental value and the staff continued to tell me that their cleaning staff does not steal.

The beds were probably some of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever experienced. We have been traveling for 5 days and this was a much needed experience. The breakfast had lots of options and everything was delicious. Even the coffee!!!
