Room was super clean. Staff was very friendly. Never got to use the pool , but it looked freshly clean and well kept. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! So much variety and the variety was extremely fesh and delicious.

Clean property, well appointed rooms, relatively new property, Staff attentive and really Nice like Shanie, Carla and Key among others. Breakfast could be better, there was no fruit available for several days. Heavy rains meant we could not use the outdoor swimming pool. Beds and pilllows were Comfy so no problem sleeping. Large room no issues with heat or air conditioning. TV remote did not work well. Hotel keeps a $ 125 deposit which takes a few days for the bank to re-deposit . Parking was easy and safe. Lots of eating places nearby. Good location in Houston suburb. We will visit again later.

The hotel was closed due to the storm

Room was missing a shower curtain in Bathroom, faucet sink almost falling ott, one of building elevators not working. Air conditioning in room not turned on prior to our arrival. Room temp was 90 plus on arrival Breakfast was grest

There was a power outage due to some sort of storm. The hotel did not have a full power back up generator and could not serve breakfast as well. Had to use the stairs since elevators were down. While the situation with storm is out of human control, would have been nice if they gave some refund vouchers to guests for the inconvenience faced.

The property was closed due to power outages. I booked the hotel after having no power in my house for 2 days and temperatures reaching the 90s. Many hotels said they had technical difficulties so I knew they were out of power but this hotel allowed the booking and never notified me of the closing

Was a little concerned about safety. No shopping areas or restaurants near. The rooms were very clean!! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Work out area was very clean and all equipment was working, in like new condition. Would stay again!

The customer service across the board was excellent; warm and professional! They accommodated an early checkin, having traveled in the morning time from the east coast. Always greeted/acknowledge while coming and going. Answered any question I had and always ready to assist or meet my needs where required. The hotel and all the grounds (inside and out) were clean, and smelled good. I never had a problem with parking. The room was clean, inviting and a good use of space. The A.C. functioned well. The bed was extremely comfortable - I rested so well! Once my head hit the sac, it felt like i melted into the bed. So yes, the bed/rest was definitely the highlight of my experience while there. I chose this hotel over others, influenced by decent reviews, competitively priced, and that it had an outdoor pool. However, upon my arrival and during my entire 5 night/6 day stay (Sept 17th through the 22nd, 2025), the pool was down. I was highly disappointed with that, because I am a water person and the pool was the main selling point for me to choose this location. The breakfast was lack luster (for me). But my taste for breakfast is typically a bit higher, so take that with a grain of salt. I believe other individuals would find it to be satisfactory, as it was more than just pastries. There was a hot bar to choose from, juices, milk, coffee, teas, pancake maker (not a waffle maker). So, perhaps for a family or on the go, it's suffient. Overall, pleasant and would stay again!

Just fix the elevator, we need to walk to much with our luggage

Place is clean and enough parking spaces!!

Blinds in our room were broke so we couldn't block the sun light. There was a dead roach in front of the elevator on our floor. The elevator floor was sticky from a spill that wasn't cleaned properly and our room wasn't cleaned at all on Sunday. When I called the front desk about it, I was told that 2 people called in sick and if we wanted clean towels we would have to get them our selves. Poor customer service.

Beds were comfortable and the room is spacious. The bed cover on the sofa bed had a blood stain. I would recommend changing them daily.

I decided to stay here again in December after a previous stay in Sept. In Sept the hotel had recently opened and the hotel was new and everything was fresh and clean. It appears that since my previous stay they are not keeping up with stained carpets and cleaning. Very unfortunate as I had hoped I had found a clean hotel in Houston for my business travel.

I reserved the room for 1 day, May 30th checking out the 31st. On the website it says hot breakfast eggs, bacon, sausage etc.. When I checked in I asked about the breakfast and was told no hot breakfast except waffles only. It was late when I arrived for check-in between 9:30-10:30 pm. After checking in I told the manager at the front desk that me and my son were going to get dinner and then come back to some sleep. After returning from dinner we went to the room given to us when we checked in. When we entered the room a very musty/moldy smell was overwhelming present in our room. Before turning any lights on other than the entryway light my son noticed a German cockroach climbing up the doorway to the bathroom. At this point we turned on all the lights to check the condition of the room. Every surface including the walls were filthy. The bed linens were dirty. The comforter on top of the beds had stains , human hair, stains and holes.trash not emptied, food splattered inside the microwave. The bathroom floor was so slippery when I walked my feet slid out in front of me. Mold in the shower. Human hair on the sink counter. The air conditioner fan blades were covered in mold,this was the smell we encountered upon entering. We complained and were shown 3 other rooms each as bad . At about 1:30 am we had to get some sleep as we had a busy day and a 250 mile trip to take. There no other rooms available in the area because of a sporting event and we were exhausted.

My complaint was there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It smelled as though there maybe had been water damage at some point. This was obvious on entering the room.

TV wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed

The hotel was clean and had a great breakfast. If you're looking for peace and quiet, dont stay here. There's no soundproofing. You hear every footstep and feel every door shut. Its worse than apartment living. Sounded like people were doing jumping jacks above us.

The room safe did not work, both dresser drawers would not stay closed, had to wedge socks in them to keep them closed, tripping hazard! The breakfast bar had zero fruit offerings. The bathroom mirror and sink drain were broken but still functional, not attractive.

Elevator closes too fast. Knocked over son while entering it. Also room bathroom had no ventilation so it smelled bad.

Our room was very comfortable. The only problem was that the back door was next to our room. The door has a very loud squeek, and slams shut. People used that door most of the hours of the night. Also, housekeeping came in once (we usually kept the Do Not Disturb sign on) and did not empty all the trash and didn't even make the bed! I expected them to change the sheets, which they obviously didn't do either. One more thing - I'm not sure that they really recycle here. We saw one of the staff empty the trash in the dining room into the recycling bin and take it all away.

Had people come in the hallway 4 times in the middle of the night. Even when asked to be quiet they kept on talking ridiculously loudy. I asked them to be quiet once, called the office three times. There is not much insulation between walls.

I had to stand in a line twice because eggs were out the first time and sausage was out the second time. Also, I requested a late checkout. When packing to leave, I couldn’t get back in te room. I was advised the card cuts off at noon, and must be renewed for a late checkout. Should’ve been provided that information when I requested the late cu exploit the night before.

Both the manager and staff were unfriendly and unwilling to help. Our company rents rooms for employees there quite often, and we have made the decision to stay at other hotels in the future.

The hotel charges a $125.00 fee that is not disclosed until you check in.

Natalie, the General Mgr turned what would have been a pleasant work trip stay, terrible. She was unprofessional, rude and dismissive when I attempted to get clarification on multiple unauthorized charges made to my debit card two nights in a row that caused over $300 worth of charges to be tied up in my bank account. (Not to mention when she showed me what I was being charged for, the amounts didn't match what came out my account)..She threatened to check my out of my room early in the middle of our conversation, because I was adament on getting an explanation about why I was still being charged when I had already paid over $400 to cover the entire cost of my stay when I checked in. By day 3, I had nearly $800 in charges (for a stay that was almost have that price). I still am not sure what exactly caused this. Anyway, If you stay here monitor your charges and don't use a debit card. There is even a sign at the front desk basically telling you to use a debit card at your own risk because you may get charged twice, and they recommend paying with a credit card.

I had an issue at check in. I booked through hotels.com and my reservation did not show up when I checked in. The concierge was able to create a new reservation at my original rate.

Only think i didnt like was they kept placing holds for different amounts of my stay for reasons they could not give me clarity on which was inconvenient other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The front desk staff at check in and check out was very impersonal. Too busy visiting with people behind the desk to be bothered with customers. Will not recommend this establishment to anyone. ( just the opposite)

I stay here when traveling to Houston for business. Location is great for me, hotel is clean and so far well maintained. On this recent trip when I checked in the front desk lady gave me a choice of what floor I wanted to stay on and offered me a beverage and snack. I’ve never had that before, great customer service!!

TO BEGIN WITH THE MANAGER WAS SUPER NICE AND I HAVE STAYED MULTIPLE TIME HERE NEVER HAD A ISSUE. BUT THE NIGHT OF STAY THERE WAS WAY TOO MUCH NOICE UPSTAIRS RUNNING, JUMPING,ROLLING LUGGAGE KIDS WERE PLAYING TILL 3AM CALLED TWICE TO SPEAK TO BRIDGET FRON DESK CLERK SHE HAD HEARD NOICE ASWELL THEN BY 5AM THEY WERE UP AGAIN DOING SAME NOICE ALL THE RUNNING AND JUMPING I CALLED AGAIN AND SUBMIT ANOTHER COMPLAINT. ASK FOR MANAGER BY NOW. HADNT SLEPT SO I REQUESTED TO STAY LATE CHECK OUT THEY GAVE ME TILL 1PM THEY COULDNT LONGER. HOUSEKEEPING CAME KNOCKED ON DOOR 3 TIMES ITS RIDICULOUS I HAD ALREADY TOLD LADY ONTHE 2ND KNOCK WHY ARE THEY COMING IF I CALLED YOU... RIGHT AFTER I HUNG UP WITH HER MINUTES LATER KNOCK AGAIN HOUSEKEEPING SMH IT WAS 12 SO I JUST GOT UP AND STARTED GETTING READY CANT BELIEVE NOTHING WAS DONE .... HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE EVER NOTHING WAS DONE I DONT WANT POINT I WANT MY MONEY BACK ATLEAST FOR 1DAY SINCE I STAYED FOR 2 DAYS. IF SHE WOULD GIVE ME BACK BOTH DAYS THAT WOULD BE AMAZING BUT I HAD GONE FOR SURGERY SO PLEASE UNDERSTAND ME I HAVE CANCER AND DESERVED QUIET AND FRONT DESK CLERK WHEN I LEFT MADE A COMMENT RIDICULOUS "WE CANT STOP PPL FROMWALKING" SMH SHE SOULDVE NEVER SAID ANYTHING IF IT WAS THAT EASY I WOULDNT BE COMPLAINING .... SHE MOVED AWAY FROM DESK AND LEFT ME.. SMH THAT WAS RUDE.

Stay was great. I had no problems no complaints. I got engaged this weekend and glad the hotel was clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again. Great area also.

Like proximity to medical facilities

Rooms are nice and cooled by air conditioning. Breakfast did not have much options. The area was a bit concerning with the property admitting car theft or breaking in the area. Sign was posted at the front. Be cautious. Good stay for what we needed during the storms aftermath of no power

Cleanest room I’ve stayed in when visiting the Houston area. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Hope they keep the high standards.

Nice, new, quiet hotel. Convenient to the hospital nearby, and convenient to the freeway. Easy drive to shopping.

While our room was very good and the desk service was wonderful, the gunshots at the convenience store next door at 11 pm were a bit unnerving. This property has no control over such shenanigans in the community. We wish it would have been acknowledged by staff if only to ask if we were ok.

Overall, the property was nice and the front desk staff was very nice when we checked in. However, we went down to check out at 1015 on a Sunday morning and ALL of the breakfast was cleared away. I can see that on a weekday. But on a Sunday? I took my time getting ready and packed, thinking that we had time to get down to breakfast since it WAS Sunday. Also, the "store" was very lacking in choices.

The breakfast buffet had no friut either day. No napkins. There was no oatmeal the second day. The body soap in the shower ran out. No extra towels. No clock or pencil and paper in the room. Channel selection lacking- no Netflix. No way to see what the TV channels were. Below the ammenities we usually have at Holiday Express.
