The Staff was really friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and up to date. The Cafe associated in the Hotel was excellent and that staff was also very friendly. Great location with dining, shopping, Pharmacy, Laundry Mat and ATM's close by. Eiffel Tower a 15–20-minute walk from the Hotel. (Was just me and my Daughter)

Beautiful hotel close to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly and our room had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They also have a little cafe attached to the lobby.

Small, very clean, and recently renovated hotel with few amenities, but the view from the Eiffel Tower is priceless. The upgrade for the corner suite room at almost double the price makes you question it first but I don't think the side rooms will do the same justice, so act/ confirm accordingly. The reception staff is always attentive and communicates well to your needs. It's in the sophisticated, picturesque 7th arrondissement. So walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. A subway (metro) station is around the corner, in the heart of many cafes and bistros.

The property was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to all the major attractions in Paris. Hotel had a charming restaurant where we had breakfast every morning. Very friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint would be the shower. I was travelling with my mother and it was not easy for her to use. Everything else was perfect.

Beautiful property. The staff is amazing, very helpful and nice. The Café downstairs have great options for breakfast. We only stay in this hotel each time we’re in Paris. You have a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, I won’t stay anywhere else!

Staying here was a dream. We had two rooms, one with a balcony but both amazing Eiffel Tower views. The hotel was very clean and staff was great. The room with the balcony did have a little bit of a musty smell like maybe the carpet got wet and it didn’t dry out properly or maybe because the hotel is older it just had a smell. But over all it was very clean and had that Parisian aesthetic. Rooms were tiny but we weren’t really in the room and it’s no different than a new York hotel room. Overall I would 100% stay here again.

The room was spotless and there was enough space to leave our bags open ( good because there was little storage except a small wardrobe and one shelf ) The staff were friendly and helpful at all times and the atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed and quiet. The location was amazing .

The view was the best part of this property. When we arrived the lobby was under construction, our shower did not drain properly and we found bugs in the sink. The hotel location was great for the Eiffel Tower but other than views and location the quality of the room left a lot to be desired.

This was a beautiful property and the staff was very friendly, helpful and informed us with so the information needed for our stay. The rooms are quite small, so if you have a larger group I'd advise to book a larger room if the option is available. We did have an issue with the shower drain not draining and caused the water to flow into the rest of the bathroom and on the room carpet. We did inform the front desk at check out.

You call and you ask for a balcony and higher floor and they say ok, then when you arrive they say you had to reserve with time which you did. They do not give you what you pay for. Make sure you get what you pay for. They are wrong for advertising and booking people for rooms they do not have.

The property was nice , I picked this property because of the Eiffel Tower view, but when I got there I could barely see the tower from my room but the staff was very nice and offer me a different room with a balcony for a better view , although I had to pay a little extra , it was worth it!

Overall stay wasn’t bad! Area around was nice and not too noisy with the street at night either. Room views really aren’t worth it though, for the price could’ve gone without it honestly we had to stick our heads out the window to be able to see the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are SMALL! Tiny tiny didn’t expect that. Was hard to manage with two suitcases and two people, either doors or around the bed had to be blocked. Overall wasn’t bad though but won’t stay here again.

My partner and I loved our stay at La Comtesse. The Eiffel Tower view from our Juliet balcony was amazing. The highlight of our stay would be the bed and pillows! No kidding, they were super comfortable!!! Don’t expect much for the size of the room. You’re in Paris, you should be ready for small spaces. Thank you again La Comtesse for the hospitality! :)

We were in the junior suite with the front facing Eiffel Tower view and it really is jaw dropping when you walk into the room and see it complete with a little balcony. We loved being able to watch the tower light up at night for the light show. The corner is very quiet and with the blackout curtains we had no issues with noise or light. The room is very large for Parisian standards, especially the bathroom featuring a very big and deep bathtub. The hotel is a short walk to the tower and gardens as well as a metro stop. We had a great time! Expensive but worth the splurge in our opinion.

Visiting Paris for the first time. Stay here! It's romantic, quiet, and clean. Many pictures from this hotel show the Eiffel Tower. The guest service folks were very helpful to my husband and me, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from, as well as the Aldi supermarket. Get yourself a bottle of champagne to take back to your room or on your walk to see the tower. Don't be like me, searching for the best hotel and location. This is the right location for the price!

Great location, and great view of Eiffel Tower. It was safe and walkable neighborhood. The staff in the lobby was friendly and helpful. I have to give them props for that ! For some reason, the final day we checked out - on Apr 3rd, 2024 morning at 6.30 am we had a very annoyed and an utterly rude gentleman at the desk. When I said we enoyed our stay, he asked us to get out and leave - that single incident may have potentially ruined all the good comments that I was going to post for this place. However, I am giving them benefit of the doubt - possibly that person was having a bad day or he just didn't like my face :) .

Everything was incredible! The service at the reception, the early check-in arrangements we needed, the cleanliness of the room, the Tower view – they took care of everything with great excellence. Room was pretty basic but clean. Location was great 10 min walking distance to the Effiel tower. Staff was not as friendly, they seem they were bother every time we would have a question. We had breakfast buffet included self serve but would never check on us if we needed anything. Been to many hotels before where they make you feel welcome but unfortunately this wasn’t the case.

The stuff was extremely rude from the minute we got there. We also realized it wasn’t just us but anyone checking in. Manager was screaming at a couple on their honeymoon. They also add additional fees without telling you.

The worst experience of my life! The staff are incredibly rude — especially Ana! We’ve travelled a lot and stayed at many nice hotels, but we have never experienced anything like this. If you’re not happy with your job, don’t work there! I see that other people had similar issues with the staff’s attitude, and based on the hotel’s responses, it’s clear they don’t care. It’s probably the same girl behind the laptop replying to everyone, lol. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! As for the so-called “view,” you’ll see the Eiffel Tower from countless angles all over Paris. We had an amazing stay! This hotel is about a 10 minute leisurely walk from the Eiffel Tower but the Eiffel was visible from our room, and it is also surrounded by many metro stations, souvenir shops, a few grocery stores, news stands, many restaurants/cafes and even directly across from a coin op laundromat, basically everything that you might need when traveling. We were also able to travel to a lot of places using the rer, metro, and bus without any trouble (locations including the louvre, Versailles, the pantheon, Orsay museum, and moulin rouge). Wonderful location! Wonderful hotel. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel!

Having previously stayed at hotels on the right bank, Hotel Comtesse has made us believers in Rive Gauche. Truly can’t say enough about the location. Easy, quick walk to many key sites, and why not when you get to cross Paris’s most beautiful bridge, Pont Alexandre III. We are very low maintenance guests so we didn’t have much interaction with staff but the reception staff are très gentils. We walked all of St Germaine de Prés from the hotel. The view of Eiffel Tower is unmatched!! A delight every night! We didn’t have the breakfast but if we had stayed one more day we would have. It looked so lovely! If you stay here, do yourself a favor and walk 4 minutes to Milagro for dinner…food is absolutely to die for, and staff make you feel like family. Way better than anything we had on Rue Cler (but definitely go to Rue Cler for the little shops and the artisanal Boulanger). We will definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to all the major attractions in Paris. Hotel had a charming restaurant where we had breakfast every morning. Very friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint would be the shower. I was travelling with my mother and it was not easy for her to use. Everything else was perfect.

Best hotel to stay while in Paris. It is close to restaurants, shops and even a walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Transportation is easy to get and it’s less than 5 minutes for a driver to get there. Has good Eiffel Tower views. Would highly recommend. I had a great stay here.

The room facing the Eiffel Tower is AMAZING. 10 min walk to tower base. Lots to do around the Hotel. Room fairly small and bathroom didn't have a lot of counter space. Has towel heaters and all windows opened nice and wide open. You will not be disappointed!!
