Great breakfast buffet and good service. I appreciate the warning from the front desk not to park in the parking garage next to them due to security concerns. I parked on the street which is free on Sundays. Like the artsy deco in the hotel.

A hip hotel where you check in at a bar. The rooms were spacious and I like that you can control the room temperature. Location is fantastic and safe, and walkable to many great food options. The gym was also nice and had enough variety for me to get a good workout.

Once we got a room that had been cleaned by housekeeping (a bin full of used baby nappies is not the best start!), our upgraded room was lovely and comfortable. We had a great view of the rooftops and an easy walk to bars and restaurants. The bar downstairs is lively if that’s what you’re after, but you can’t hear it on upper floors. Breakfast was above par 👍 We were travelling by car and initially parked in the car park below. It has a branded elevator to the hotel from the bottom floor and seemed secure enough; however the receptionist stressed that the car park and hotel are in no way affiliated. We googled the car park and found many, many photos of smashed windows and vandalised cars. We moved our car immediately at 11pm. Alarmingly, there was no security from the hotel elevator, in the busy bar, down and out to the car park. So whilst the car park might feel secure at the vehicular entry, literally anyone can get down there from the hotel lobby. This stress and the fumbled check in jaded our stay sadly.

The room was honestly one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. When we first got in, there was a woman’s hair on the soap dispenser in the bathroom and another long hair stuck on the shower glass door. The shower head was also disgusting with black mold? The carpet had a ton of stains, the walls also had multiple stains, and the TV wasn’t straight. When we were ready to sleep, my wife found once again multiple hairs on the pillows as well as possible makeup stains as they were yellow/brown stains. The bed was large and comfortable enough while the location is good. Overall, disappointing stay. FYI they don’t clean the room if you stay multiple nights, for ecological reasons (makes you wonder if they clean between occupants or just do the bed).

They claim to have room service, but in reality, you have to go to the reception, pay there, and then carry your order to your own room! The hotel is extremely old and falling apart. The carpets are filthy, and there are yellow stains inside the bathtub. The curtains are dusty, and the staff are incredibly rude. After parking our car at night, we tried to enter through the hotel’s private parking gate, but no one opened the door—completely irresponsible. The room was freezing cold; when we asked for heating, they mockingly offered to bring us a small electric heater. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel—I truly regret staying here.

The staff weren’t overly friendly - there were signs saying the bar was open 24/7 throughout the hotel but when I went to visit it at 11pm I was told it was closed. The bathroom and bedroom were quite dirty, but long term dirt like large stains on the carpet and worn out shower and toilet seat which left them discoloured. Needs a deep revamp and clean to be acceptable

The room they gave me was full of stains, used razors inside the safe, and I was discussed. I asked to switch the room and the other one was a little better on dirtiness but smelled like cigarettes- someone smoked there. I was frustrated and disappointed. Just didn’t spent time in there just to sleep. 😞

Great location! Central to shops. Room & bed was huge. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Room needed a few updates but generally very clean. The bed had 2 single type duvets instead of 1 big one which was fine, however I do think the covers need to be slightly bigger but that would be my only call out. Overall great stay and would stay here again

The hotel was lovely and clean and the breakfast buffet fantastic. The only downside is for anyone who is a light sleeper we could hear trams all night and a lot of noise from other rooms, however there is sn option to have a quiet room so maybe that would be better. Overall location good, bed comfy, I would stay again just gave a quiet room

My kids always made farce about eating on holidays. This time they loved every meal that was served and wanted more. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel WiFi was excellent and that kept the children happy. They suggested we visit the same hotel again in the future.

1. They do not make up the room, housekeeping comes every 3/4 days 2. They don’t have a phone in the room to call the front desk, have to call from mobile 3. DIRTY. Gross carpets, Hair on the bed when we arrived 4. Not even water in the room 5. Incredibly rude staff. This guy Ana ignored us at the front desk until he was ready to check us out and then instead of getting or stored luggage told me to go get it, told us “it’s logic” to get our own stuff . lol what? 6. Don’t even have any form of room service because of ending room service since “covid” but it’s 2024??? You don’t have room service because of covid three years ago? Terrible experience only good part about this place is the location. It’s cheap for a reason.

They took a room deposit and despite many attempts from both me and Expedia themselves, they have not paid it back and we stayed there 6 weeks ago now. We have had absolutely no response or explanation from them. We left the room spotless. I am just absolutely gutted to be honest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT

Reception employees shouldn't be facing any customer! Everyone’s not really helpful, unfriendly and even rude. After an unfriendly check in and lost reservation, I came to say that my card was broken after I extended my stay, although I asked if I have to come again to the reception and they told me that I don’t have to. Employee started an arrogant attitude and disgusting behavior that I shouldn’t be telling him what he has to say..?! I clarified that it wasn’t him, but I was told that I am fine without coming back and again he started arguing and being rude. I came many times before and even brought this time 3 colleagues with me in separate rooms for 3 days. Never again!

The hotel provided a smooth and efficient check-in experience, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, there was significant traffic noise, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. Although the booking mentioned free bottled water, there was none provided in the room. You get to get it from the drinking water tap in the lobby. Additionally, I was quite disappointed with the staff's behavior. When we checked-in the carpet was wet and when we informed the receptionist, I was told that there is no room service to take care of the same. The booking mentioned that toothbrushes and toothpaste were available (upon request) and bathroom slippers, but when I inquired about it, the receptionist not only refused but did so in an unprofessional, rude and dismissive manner. This was not the level of service I expected. I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the guest experience.

Fantastic property in a prime location with dining, supermarket and coffee houses steps away. The hotel by itself has a beautiful bar and cafe. The rooms are large with super sized king bed which can easily accommodate 3 adults. 10 mins walk for tube and bus services with connectivity by tram if do not want to walk. All in all work every penny. Oh btw the staff were super kind and even enabled late checkout.

Nice hotel in good location. Main central tourist attractions are a 20-30min walk away but there are good transport links if preferred. Hotel is located close to restaurants, bars and shops. Room was clean and spacious with good size bathroom and nice large shower. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel in excellent location close to everything: shopping, restaurants, subway station, walking distance to major sights. Large rooms with comfortable beds and blackout curtains. Great hotel amenities. Stayed for 2 nights and had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant on both nights. Bonus: the reception doubles up as a bar!

In all we had a great stay. The only negative was the limited dining options and slow service. The location is perfect as the transport links are great and it’s also in walking distance to a number of areas. Whilst it wasn’t a problem for us, 4 coat hangers really aren’t enough for 2 people. We would certainly stay again if we return to Brussels.
