Very clean hotel. Also their free breakfast is one of the best I ever had. Very nice & close to many things. They also have free transportation to places if needed. The pool area is nice & free laundry as well.

Our room was great, figuring out parking garage elevator into hotel took a few but it’s simple. Take garage elevator to floor 1, get off and get on hotel elevator for your floor. Even had ev charging stations. Pool deck on 7 was nice and staff were friendly. Cards have to be used to access floors so safety was important. Breakfast had a variety and small available to go snacks were good

Fitness center was closed! Even after I asked the front desk associate about and was directed to 7th floor. We went to 7th floor and it was closed! Huge disappointment

The staff here are all amazing. Very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good; great variety. Only complaint was my room was not as clean I would have liked. Dusty corners, floor didn’t appear that it had had a real cleaning in some time. some shower mold, kind of muddy scuffs on the shower door kick plate. an unclean coffee mugs for the entire time. However not too bad overall. only one roll of toilet paper (not a full one) for three night stay so I ended up running out - even after housekeeping had been through that day. Fortunately, there were tissues. Bed was very comfortable with two types of pillows. Slept well!

Short on washclothes and tissues. Dirty behind toilet and qtips on floor left by previous guess. A laundry bag was used as a waste basket liner. Little things mean alot. New fresh lovely place and great location. As the hotel ages it can only improve. Beautiful place will use again. The small things will be corrected.

The room did not appear to be clean specifically the bathroom and the sofa looked like it had blood on it. The smoke alarm went off at 1am and they werent answering their phone at the front desk!!!!! We walked down 11 flights of stairs only to hear it was a false alarm and as we were headed back up the alarms went off again!!!! No apologies no credit or nothing!!!!!

In all the years of me traveling i have never stayed at any Hyatt locations but this hyatt house hyatt place medical center houston at 7329 fannin street stole my heart. The 1 bedroom suite with the city view i had was simply nothing short of amazing. The hot tub was perfect and the breakfast was excellent (i just wish they had turkey options for the meat ). The staff matched the quality of the hotel as well.i most definitely will be staying at hyatt house houston every single time.

We stayed here for one night. It was very convenient to the medical center. There were many nearby restaurants. The room contained a fridge, stovetop, convection oven, and dishwasher. There was a large pool area with many places to sit and relax.

From the beginning of our stay, until the end was fantastic. Very nice people. The ones that stood out was Alisha at the front desk. She was amazing. Jerry was very friendly and helpful. Sebastian was also super nice. In the morning at the breakfast bar Adam went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. I appreciated him helping a lady in need. He is definitely asset to this hotel. Brett the GM was very nice an appreciated Adam’s hospitality and attention to a sick woman.

Devin at the front desk did an exceptional job checking in my girlfriend and I. This was a birthday trip for her and he made sure she felt special! He also did not neglect to let us know about all of the hotel’s amenities and made sure we knew about the free shuttle to the show we came in town for! First time staying at a Hyatt house and I forever a Hyatt house guest now!

Overall, my stay was satisfactory. My problem was check-in was at 3 PM and I arrived a little after that and was told at the front desk that my room was not ready just yet, it would be another 10 maybe 15 minutes and I said OK. I understand they were very busy. It was the weekend of the metallica concert in Houston, 20 minutes went by and then 30 minutes went by altogether was about an hour and a half of waiting and I was finally able to get into my room. That’s only after I went back up to the desk to ask if they had my phone number correct because they were supposed to text me when my room was ready. I wonder just how much longer I would’ve been sitting there waiting had I not went back to ask. As mentioned before I understand being very busy but there’s a big difference between 10 and 15 minutes and an hour and a half wait time..

Is a good place to stay if needing the medical center. Not the greatest neighborhood/but property itself felt very safe. Does charge extra for parking - be aware. Also our room was cleaned only every other day; not a problem for us as we're not messy. If you had kids/etc that could be an issue. For our needs would definitely stay again.

Hyatt House is a 2 minute drive to MD Anderson Cancer Center. It is a clean, friendly, safe place to stay while I’m in town for appointments there. This past was my third visit and will be my first choice for my next. We’ve not eaten dinner there, but have enjoyed the generous included breakfast.

Well the $15.00 for parking was way to High, the food at restaurant was totally to expensive, $15.00 for a 3 inch high glass of margarita and $7.00 for a small glass of tea !! Ridiculous, would not stay again !!

Great stay overall, would definitely book again. Hotel has 14 floors, and although there for a holiday, seemed particularly crowded. Breakfast crowd was definitely hectic, but good quality food. Desk workers were very helpful and answered all questions with ease. Parking garage was definitely helpful especially in the downtown area, but $15 a night fee. Steep, but have also seen worse. Room was very clean and spacious.

The food was very good. We spent two days in the hospital with a friend. We came home each night and wanted to go to the bar to have one drink. The first night we waited a bit and then was served on. The second night, we waited longer than we wanted to, and just simply left.

The stay at Hyatt House Houston was a good trip.My wife and I stayed 2 nights for a Metallica concert. We were checked in by a young gentleman James who really nice and helpful.The rooms was nice and spacious the restroom floor was not so great looked like they forgot to mop the floor. I chose the hotel because of the distance from the NRG Stadium for the concert and the free breakfast served from 6-10am. I was thinking it should be somewhat nice since I paid so much per night but let me tell you it was no nice.I didn't touch the eggs because they didn't look appealing it just felt like they didn't enjoy doing what they do at their jobs. The oatmeal container had a crust on the sides and they couldn't keep up with the replenishing of the. The first morning they had eggs, potatoes, waffles. The potatoes were empty and the waffles were hard and stale. The second morning they served eggs, sausage Links, potatoes and French toast sticks all I had the sausage and potatoes and coffee. I really try not to complain about things too much but things like this is a reflection of job performance.
