The room was lovely. We chose the hotel bec. it has EV chargers. We did manage to charge our EV but were unhappy about the pricing structure: a flat $25 for up to 8 hrs. of charging, no matter how long one charges, and downloading a new app is required. The front staff were pleasant but didn't know about the EV charging details and should be better trained.

This property is very nice. The hotel was clean, room size is excellent, and great location to the harbor. Parking is a bit confusing when you first get there. You just have to pull over in the street in front of the hotel to unload and then go park in a parking garage on the other side of the building. Those instructions would be nice to have on the hotel info. Only other thing is the wall are very thin, so we could hear our neighbors. I would still stay here again if ever in Baltimore.

Attended an event at Soundstage. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from there. The streets were a little noisy after midnight, but it died down shortly thereafter and the hotel itself was very quiet. There is a public parking garage directly across the street so that was super convenient. They do offer valet parking as well. The desk attendant was quite friendly. I did not partake in the breakfast buffet, so I cannot speak on the quality of that, but based on the cleanliness of the room and the other amenities, I'm sure it would have been fine.

Absolutely beautiful property, amazing job on keeping the original historic charm all throughout the hotel. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful,valet parking was a fast and convenient. High ceilings and the kitchen area really make the room feel even more spacious. Complimentary chicken, waffles and drinks were available when we arrived. The breakfast was also really good, especially the yogurt parfait station.

Excellent hotel, very good location, close to many places to eat within walking distance. The breakfast was very good and complete. Excellent service overall. All the staff were very friendly and kind — from the front desk girls, valet parking attendants, the housekeeping staff, to those serving breakfast. Everyone was excellent. The hotel is very cozy, has a gym, and although I didn’t use it, there is free laundry service.

The place was nice. I did like the old fashion decor in the halls, on the 1st floor doors and elevator. Staff was very friendly and professional. My problem was hair, on BOTH beds which is unacceptable!! They came promptly with clean linen after being notified. We had to lysol the bed and change the linen ourselves. Food was ok, your usual continental breakfast. Loved the scones! We were in town to see comedian Nate Jackson whom I absolutely love! We were in walking distance to most everything which gave us a chance to conveniently explore the area. The area around the hotel was busy, which was ok for us. Do not wonder at night, especially by ones self. There is some type of club around the corner, which made the streets stay packed at night, but wasn't noisy at all. The overall stay was good, but will NOT be returning due to the hair problem. Hair nets NEED to be worn FAITHFULLY when dealing with cleaning and preparing food. I hope this review helps. Enjoy...

We loved our time at Staybridge Suites. We arrived early and while the staff did have a room ready, we wanted to be on the same floor as the rest of our family arriving later, so we opted to come back for the room. However the staff kindly kept our bags for us while we headed off on an adventure. The hotel itself is super interesting with tall ceilings and interesting old rooms. I believe it used to be a government building, so lots of history there! The building and rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and kind. We loved it and would enjoy a return visit!

Great hotel but won't stay here again. Everyone was super friendly and overall the hotel was nice. The beds are AWFUL! I could have slept on the floor and had the same experience. They are so hard and uncomfortable, I almost left early because I was in so much pain. Despite having a sign in the room saying they do a daily refresh m-f they never do, you have to call for fresh towels, etc. I also cut my foot on the carpet that was exposed between the hall and bathroom.

Absolutely massive rooms, really enjoyed having so much space and a full kitchen. Super clean, nice staff. The only downside of this hotel at all is noise in the location, people will blare music as loud as possible for a couple minutes directly outside your windows, happened probably once or twice a night between 10PM-2AM. Walkable to a lot of great places to look around and shop, I didn’t feel unsafe in the area when going out. I will be staying here again the next time I’m in Baltimore!

Room AC not working room was mid 70’s (HOT). Manager stated maintenance team was gone for the day gave us a fan for the room! Next day maintenance arrived after we left and not only didn’t fix the issue but turned off AC all together and room was 76 degrees when we returned after a day of sightseeing! Management (main desk person, ONLY person) reachable couldn’t do anything. Room was not cleaned or serviced and new towels not available when we returned that evening correction two towels were provided for four adults!!. Just horrible customer service. Overall look of the property was nice, old school charm, but I would never recommend a stay here based on my experience.

The reservation stated two queen beds and one double sofa bed. The sofa bed was a twin with a chaise lounge in the side. The twin bed was worn and springs could be felt. Luckily, we had young kids who were able to fit and sleep on the twin and chaise. Not as advertised.

Everything was just right about this place. Our studio was perfect for our stay from the clean, cozy feeling to the hospitality from the workers alike. I have to highlight one of the employees by the name of Claudia working the front desk. Always so polite and attentive and made sure our stay was just right. The ladies working during breakfast were just as kind. Next time I come back to Baltimore I will not think twice about stay here.

Pricing issue. Hotel charged me more than amount I booked this for through 3rd party site.called hotel multiple times and manager never available.contacted hotel customer service and was assured I would be contacted within 48 hours. No one called. Contacted again at 72 hours and was told manager calked me and told me it’s not their problem and no action would be taken. I was able to get some satisfaction through the 3rd party but I can’t believe the manager wouldn’t ever talk to me and then lied on top of that. Very unprofessional and possibly illegal actions.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The Valet was kind and awesome, front desk staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Beautiful restored building and we loved our suite, which was spotless. Buffet free breakfast was delicious and we had a very pleasant attendant.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. If we decide to return to Baltimore we will definitely stay there again. The breakfast was good. It’s walking distance to the harbor.

This was a few blocks from the inner harbor. CLEAN, nice, quiet hotel. Stayed here with 2 kids under 4--would highly recommend. Breakfast in the morning was great and the entire place is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Would go back again! :)

The hotel was a 10/10. Staff are wonderful. However, there are several strip clubs outside the back door. There is security. Despite that, we would stay again. Valet parking totally worth it.

The hotel itself was great, staff was awesome and helpful, buy the backside of the hotel which later found out that it's the employee exit, was on a block where there were strip clubs and men hanging out. As women, we didn't feel safe, but once we got on the main street, it was ok.

The breakfast had lots of healthy options. Yogurt with fresh strawberries and granola. Cottage cheese with cucumbers and tomatoes. Eggs, turkey sausage, cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins, and hashbrowns. Our room was immaculate!

Our suite was very spacious extremely clean, and modern. The room included a fully equipped Kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. There was lots of variety, something for everyone! Excellent location and accommodating staff, along with everything mentioned, made our 4 day stay worth the trip to Baltimore.

Good place, enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was on point. Ladies took good care of us. They were alert and friendly. Cleaned up, took your dirty dishes and constantly stocked the food so nothing ran out.
