The front entrance drive up is under construction, and it was snowing a lot when we arrived so that was very inconvenient. We came to stay for our son's birthday and were looking forward to swimming, but the pool had been shut down the day we arrived for maintenance. We were extremely disappointed, and were not offered any sort of discount or anything for the inconvenience. We were, also, notified that other popular hotels in the area also had pools shut down, and it was too late to try to obtain a refund. The staff was friendly and the room is nice, but having the amenities unavailable and the construction at the front of the hotel was very disappointing. I think the biggest positive is the beds are considerably better than many other hotels, and being able to access our Netflix account and stream movies is a nice bonus.

Great place to stay. Easy access to dining and shopping. Really friendly staff, especially Pearl and Cole. Breakfast was awesome. Huge room. They were finishing up refurb work but there was zero inconvenience. All the staff and the tradesmen were so nice and very helpful.

My husband and one year old stayed for two nights and we were absolutely impressed by the staff at this hotel. They exceeded our expectations and accommodated our every request. The complimentary cookies and bottled water during our stay were a lovely surprise too! The pool was small but fit our needs. There was some natural wear and tear in the rooms but they were modern and clean. The location is perfect if you're going for shopping. I would recommend this hotel again!

I normally love staying at Springhill. but this last experience will make me look at other hotels instead of just finding the nearest Springhills. No continuous fan so I woke up at least 10 different times through the night. No wired internet in the room like advertised on website. No lotion or hand soap. I was not impressed like other places.

The Spring Hill site was great for shopping.. Costco, Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart... all very close. We have one suggestion: The shower in our unit (207) could use a bench or low shelf by the show to put clothes on. The sink counter looks nice but is ridiculously small. For a Marriott facility we were underwhelmed.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly. Each person we talked to were very conversational and anticipated what we needed or would have been nice to have. As a person who owns a company in the service industry I can honestly say that the whole team was impressive and it’s obvious that the company doesn’t a great job at inspiring their staff to go above and beyond.

We checked in online the day before arrival following the prompt they sent; a follow up email confirmed our reservation and check in and reservation number. We received a phone call one hour before check in time, 45 minutes out while on the road, informing us they had no room for us. Will never stay there again!
