The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Daily cleaning services. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Located right next to the metro which makes moving through paris significantly easier.

The room is cleaned daily, but the air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be adjusted, with a maximum of 22°C, which may feel cold for those who prefer warmer rooms. The rooms also did not smell very fresh. The hotel is located away from the city center, but the M13 metro exit is right in front of the hotel, making transportation easy with one or two transfers. Breakfast is good and satisfying. Elevators are fast with minimal waiting time. One downside: on the last day, friends took sandwiches from the breakfast buffet for their children, and these were charged to the room. While this may be policy, it could have been handled more politely
