The air conditioning was next to useless. Room was too hot and as a result got a poor sleep. Otherwise a nice comfortable hotel.

The walk in shower wasn’t huge but it felt spacious. The large and deep tub was great for a soak. Love the amenities, love the bathroom and the the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location near Kyoto station. There’s even a tunnel that you can access from the lobby that goes to the station, perfect for bad weather.

Staff are very experienced and savvy. Handled check in and our enquiries promptly and right on. Room layout and amenities are great for family and business travel. We lived on the 5/F and our room was freshly renovated. Comfortable bed and pillows. The complimentary drip coffee was tasty. Location very ideal as it can be accessed through the subway. Yodobashi and eateries are just next door.
