Nice two bedroom suite. Very spacious living/kitchen but bedrooms are somewhat slightly small. Nevertheless for a small family, the suite is an excellent choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Kitchen was well equipped, and the laundry facilities were an ideal perk love this property and you will too

Good points: Staff member on reception polite and friendly. Tried her best. Bad points: Room smelt of urine that was being covered up by an antiseptic cleaner of some kind. The smell was not dissimilar to one you find in an inner city multi-storey carpark. We had to leave to find another hotel at short notice. Unacceptable points: Manager did not communicate with us directly, but only through the staff member on reception. Would not refund us our night even though we alerted them immediately of the problem saying that we had 'used the room'. We were in the room for about 90 mins, 60 of which was waiting to hear if there was a solution they could offer us (there was not). I will be taking this further as I believe this is counter to the consumer guarantee act i.e. service not fit for purpose.
