Rigtig dejligt hotel, med det sødeste personale. De er der hele døgnet, og er altid klar til at hjælpe. Rigtig god mad (morgenmad). Det eneste som manglede, var flere liggestole ved poolen, til den mængde af mennesker der bor på hotellet, var mængde af liggestole ikke nok. Men ellers rigtig dejlig hotel og pool område. The hotel is located in Al barsha not far from one of the Metro stations, a 10minute walk. The area around is filled with small shops and restaurant's. There is also a Mosque near by which can be a bit loud at times for sensitive individuals. The hotel it self is in prestine conditions and kept extremely tidy There is a Gym, Spa and swimming pool up on the roof top, with everything in working order. Their staff are helpful and any of your requests are fulfilled promptly. Meals were delicious and properly portioned at a fair price. During their buffet hours they cater ample diet options from vegan to carnivore. Check in and check out are fairly simple and deposits are refunded upon leaving. Overall, its a pleasant place for individuals and pack of families.

The only criticism I have: cost of breakfast 60AED for a morning meal equivalent to Time Asma’s across the road, worth 40 AED for a bigger buffet, and housekeeping staff asking you at 10:30!am when it obvious that with swimming trunks on you are going to the pool. The rooms are nicely decorated in Mondrian style and the rooftop swimming pool is very nice and clean.

Very well managed (more businesslike) hotel, everything is clean and good in shape. Mall of emirates or metro access can be reached simply within a 10-minutes-walk. Parking at the hotel garage or around the hotel possible. You will get what you have paid for. If you are looking for a hotel for vacation, there may be better options near the water line. This hotel is located in al barsha that is in the city near to marina. I will come back as its the right place to stay for me…

Check in was easy, they do ask for 100dhs deposit refundable on check out which i was not aware of. We had a twin room on the 2nd floor, nice big room. But when we first entered it smelled like someone had smoked in there. I was too tired to complain. The beds were comfy. The room has no natural light as all the small windows face the reception area. I disnt like this. The rooftop pool was really nice we spent a few morning s there sunbathing. They leave you one water bottle in the room which is refillable but once you run out you have to call for more. One day we had no hot water in the shower, this was rectified by maintenance quicly. We were allowed a later check out on the last day which i appreciated. Overall a great stay

The staff were super nice and friendly, there were some issues with cleaning our rooms and they tried their best to resolve it. The hotel closes its pools at 8:00 pm and all smoker guests line up in front of the hotel at nights to smoke cigarette which is quite a scene, I would open the smoking area around the pool for 24/7 to avoid such a weird and uncomfortable scene in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel is close to the Mall of Emirates, almost a walking distance, and there are a lot of dining options around, but it is overall not a calm area of Dubai which might be pleasing to the people who like to see a lot of vibrance and activity around.

First of all: The name is the hint ! It’s Atrium hotel, so this feature has its pros and cons. It’s an oasis if quietness within the Al Barsha area of life and noises as most of the rooms are facing an atrium with none exterior views. This keeps noises out, but will lock you in. The rooms are modern furnished and well cleaned, the restrooms look perfect maintenanced. Super easy access to the complimentary garage with lifts directly to your level. I enjoyed the stay here as I had more than enough vivid city life throughout My day, so I was fine with quietness in my hotel room. This hotel has not a bar, you can walk over to Centro Al Barsha hotel for a beer and soccer on big screen

Guten Tag zusammen, leider war unser Junior Suite sehr dreckig und Staubig auch nach mehrfacher Reklamation an der Rezeption nur Reinigungspersonal was oberflächlich reinigt. Sehr schade. Dadurch sehr schlechte Luft im Zimmer sehr staubig. 4 Leute am Empfang und keiner hilft dabei ein Taxi zu rufen oder guten Service zu leisten. Leider kommen wir nicht noch mal. De kamer is sterk verouderd. Er zit schimmel op de muren en in het bad, de vloer is vies, er ligt veel stof op de grond, een plank hangt los boven de koelkast, vloerkleed is vies. De kamer is zeer gehorig, het verkeer van buiten lijkt door de kamer te rijden. De bedden bij het zwembad zijn goed.

The washrooms are poorly designed. Taking a shower floods the floors. We checked in for 2 adults but only one towel was provided. No hand towels. One day there was a flood on roof top and towels were used up, we didn’t get towels till 6pm. Restaurant floor were not clean in the morning, had food on floor from the night before. Location and staff were good. The staff strive to do their best with what’s available to them.

The staff was lovely and my stay was mostly great. However, the room didn't feel properly cleaned. There was still hair on the floor after the maids left, my new towel had a stain on it, and carpet looked dirty. Also the faucet in the bathroom would only have super hot water.

This is one of my favourite properties to stay at in Al barsha area. This hotel is very nice, the rooms were spotless, is well located just a short walk distance to The mall of Emirates. In addition, the professionalism of the staff was exceptional especially to Inram and Muneeb that went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and welcoming stay after a long trip. I will definitely come back and will recommend this place to my frequent colleague travelers.

This Hotel Is a Health Hazard! I’m writing this as a warning to future guests who care about cleanliness and health. After a 24-hour flight, I arrived at 1 AM, exhausted. Check-in was smooth, and I just wanted to sleep before an important meeting. As soon as I got into bed, I noticed a strange smell on the sheets—but I was too tired to care. Then, I remembered my medication. When I got up and turned on the light, I saw TWO blood-sucking ticks on the bed. I was horrified. I took a video and rushed to reception, shaking. The staff showed me two other rooms, and I moved, but I couldn’t sleep, waking every 20 minutes to check for bugs. The next morning, the manager, fully aware of the issue, offered a room upgrade and a free lunch instead of a refund. Seriously? How could I trust their food when their rooms are this filthy? I never asked for an upgrade—I just wanted a clean, bug-free room. When I refused, he kept insisting on a free meal. Do I look like I’m complaining for free food?! I wanted a safe, hygienic stay. Later, I read other one-star reviews and saw I wasn’t alone. How does this hotel have four stars? It barely deserves three! The rooms are dirty, everything stinks, and customer service is terrible. For your health’s sake, stay elsewhere!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed with Chef Balraj and his team's willingness to cater to specific dietary requirements. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated the regular replenishment of essential items. However, we found the number of power outlets to be insufficient and incompatible with most mobile chargers. Additionally, the bathtub's design presented some challenges: the glass partition was too small, resulting in water spillage, and the overall height of the tub and toilet seat was unsuitable for elderly guests.

Lovely hotel, great location very close to metro. Mall of Emirates just 7 min by walk. Staff of the hotel very kind and helpful, especially want to mention Akshay, Munned and Miccaele. My room was spacious and cosy, just one flaw there was no window. So I recommend to book a room with window. Generally everything was great. Thanks

In the middle of the night while my daughter and I were sleeping, we had two men knock on my door saying they are receptionist and that there was noise complaint. They asked us to open the door. I said it can’t be us because we are fast asleep. I could no longer sleep and was scared. The next day I complained and the manager said it’s against their policy to do that and even if there was a complaint a call should have been made rather than knocking on the door in the middle of the night. He checked the cameras and listened and confirmed it was not from our room. So u professional. They offered just an ‘apology’. I demanded a compensation and they provided two days breakfast we went one day and skipped the next because breakfast was HORRIBLE. They then went and FLAGGED my account so the next time I stayed at another Al khoory Hotel recently, they said I was ‘flagged’ for the free breakfast. The worst experience ever. If you care about your safety and proper professional staff with good protocol save your money. More happened but I’ll leave it at that.

The staff of this property were very friendly and attentive. Front desk staff Michelle, Simar and Larisha we're fantastic. Larisha guided us and explained the areas near the hotel pretty well. The folks at the SPA were also great. Novita took care of my wife, Anshul and Nickso assisted with the pool, the jacuzzi and sauna. They were attentive to our needs. The Housekeeping Kashif offered super customer service and was available when we asked him for assistance. I would recommend this hotel and we will surely stay here again in the near future. Next time we stay we will ask for a room with a view.

Clean property, quiet , seems safe. However everything is about AED 50-110 away. There’s few restaurants around. Staff communication a bit of issue. Refused to store my baggage when I was promised I could , at check-in time, and staff were rude at reception when we enquired about the storage.

The staff of this property are simply amazing, courteous, caring and professional. About the location of the property, I am torn to write anything because it has both good and bad things: Pros: walking distance to the mall of Emirates with lots of shops and food options, and lots of dining options in walking ditance next to the hotel which is a great thing. Cons: It is a crowded area of the city and a bit noisy with lots of traffic. You feel comfortable when you are inside the hotel, but as soon as you step out you see how busy the area is with lots of cars and people just going around. This is not necessarily a bad thing though, because you see people. The good thing about Dubai is that even it is crowded and noisy, you never feel unsafe.
