Check in was easy, they do ask for 100dhs deposit refundable on check out which i was not aware of. We had a twin room on the 2nd floor, nice big room. But when we first entered it smelled like someone had smoked in there. I was too tired to complain. The beds were comfy. The room has no natural light as all the small windows face the reception area. I disnt like this. The rooftop pool was really nice we spent a few morning s there sunbathing. They leave you one water bottle in the room which is refillable but once you run out you have to call for more. One day we had no hot water in the shower, this was rectified by maintenance quicly. We were allowed a later check out on the last day which i appreciated. Overall a great stay

The 4th floor rooms have very intense mold smell in them. I had to ask for room change and it wasn't immediate.
