I spent 10 days in this hotel and it was very good. The rooms are well decorated despite they are quite small. The hotel is well maintained and the staff at the reception and the housekeeping team were very professional. The simming pool is small but nice. I will come again of the price is good.

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Overall the room was clean and comfortable, and services were timely. Staff members were courteous and helped us with getting cabs as well as getting a few documents printed for free when we needed them urgently. The rooftop bar provided nice sweeping views of the citu particularly the Frame. The one drawback of the hotel was the tiny room size. With our 3 large suitcases it felt a cramped to move around the room. The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of Burjuman metro station and Burjuman mall. So that was a great plus as it eased our travel around Dubai city. There are a lot of eating options in and around the hotel. We had not paid for the in-house breakfast since there were so many other options available close by. It is not very far from the airport either. Overall it was a safe and convenient stay.

Vi skal ringe frem og tilbage til Expedia, efter 2-3 timer bliver det løst og vi får vores værelse. 2. Værelsets stand- jeg har flere videoer som bevis på følgende problemer. Vinduerne kunne ikke lukkes helt, man kunne simpelthen høre vinden suse igennem dem, og udover det var det ene vindue skruet fast så det ikke kunne åbnes. Vandet i badet lugtede og skiftede temperatur af sig selv konstant. Selve slangen til brusehoved var i stykker så det sprøjtede over det hele. En toiletpapirsholder og lampe på toilet hang bare og var ikke til nogen nytte. Ingen kanaler på tv, ingen safeteyboks, køleskabet virkede ikke. Der kom konstant oversvømmelse i badekar og håndvask pga vandet ikke kunne komme hurtigt nok ud. Pool - poolen på toppen af bygning var jeg rystet over, ulækker lille pool og de plettede betræk på liggestolene omkring den gav mig kuldegysninger. ANBEFALER IKKE DETTE LORTESTED TIL NOGEN, DET ER REN BEDRAGERI OG IKKE I NÆRHEDEN AF 4 STJERNER!!!

Kiváló hotel. Bizonyos időben a legjobb ár/érték arányú hotel. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel, kb 3 perc gyalog a metró állomás. A szobák nem tulságosan nagyok, de kellemesek és tiszták. A fürdőszoba is tiszta és igényes, ajándék piperedolgokkal és napi takaritással. Az egyik legjobb hotel ahol megszálltam. Ajánlom mindenkinek.

4 nights stay ended up with severe bed bug bites and needing dermatologist treatment after checking out. their lame excuse that hotel rooms are inspected by DCTM (Dubai Commerce & Tourism Board) is not accepted. Good shower, but the glass was broken and is dangerous in the case of any slip & fall inside the bath tub. Upon nearly checking out, they offered another room for a few extra hours before my flight. Will I go there again? No. Will I recommend this to anyone? Never. Probably fastest tourist turn over hotel just adjacent the mall premises; very convenient; just 50 metres or so from the Metro station. Nice housekeeping staff, but ultimately some things are not in their control.

Spent a three days stopover on the way to southeastern Asia. They paid attention to all my requests concerning the room. Staff were courteous and accommodating. Room was pretty worn out and the old carpeted floor emanated a weird odour, no matter how thoroughly it may have every day been cleaned. Bathroom was large with a tub to sit in. However there were lots of black hair threads on the floor, tub and sink. Complained at the reception and the hair problem had hardly been fixed. Hotel is ideally located between Bur Dubai and Karama directly at Bur Juman Mall and Metro Station. The high rate seems to be justified rather by the location than by quality and comfort.

The location of this hotel is excellent, It is right next to the Metro station and Burjuman Mall. The mall has an excellent spread of cuisines and a carrefour supermarket. Staff are friendly. The room size maybe a bit small but this is good value for money.

This hotel is perfectly located right at Burjaman Metro Station (an underground station which serves both the green and red metro lines) and right beside Burjuman Mall. We were able to effortlessly take the metro to the airport and be there about 25 minutes after checking out.

Nous sommes arrivés sous une forte pluie vers 7.30 h à l'hôtel et avons demandé si c'était possible d'avoir tout de suite notre chambre. On nous a répondu oui mais avec supplément, j'étais étonnée car lors d'un précédent voyage à Dubaï cela avait été offert gracieusement. En réalité, la salle de bains avait une fuite au plafond près des néons et il y avait au moins 3 cms d'eau au sol... ce qui peut être très dangereux, l'eau et électricité ne faisant pas bon ménage. Nous avons donc demandé à changer de chambre et à nous rembourser le supplément. L'hôtel est décevant ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles, la réception pas aimable, chambres très vieillissantes, fauteuils usés, le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas de qualité. Dommage !
