The St Regis in Kanai lives up to the. Rand name. From the property itself the staff the rooms everything is at the level you would expect from a st Regis. The rooms are beautifully designed with comfortable beds and bedding. The views of the mangroves and beach and property are exactly why you take vacation. The staff is is overly attentive to every need and desire. This is a perfect hotel. We went with our tween and teens. Obviously not a party hotel but they still enjoyed every minute. Great job. One little jab the food at the pool could be a little better with more options to choose from. But still very good.

They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!
