Nobu Hotel Miami Beach

There were only 2 elevators working when I was there. I wish the elevators were working fast.

Really good service, great dining, pool and beach access excellent. We rented a cabana and they let us switch the dates and even offered a refund despite the fact it’s normally nonrefundable

It’s a beautiful hotel, in beautiful condition, with great rooms, decks and pools. It is badly understaffed however. We spent a miserable hour on line in the sun waiting on an interminable line for towels and beach chairs, only to learn, as we got to the front of the line, that they had run out of chairs. Do not order a drink from a waiter at the beach - it will take at least 30 minutes to receive. The problem isn’t just at the beach. Try calling guest services, or the concierge - no one ever picks up the phone. Even the front desk is hit or miss when you call it. The staff who are there are well-trained and very courteous. But the lack of staff and service will make me think twice about coming back. The hotel is physically great, but too much about staying there becomes a hassle.

Lovely property. Sometimes they are overwhelmed by the number of guests. Many conferences, weddings, private parties so don’t expect to get to sleep early on weekend. Very comfortable bed and terrific rain shower. The beach is heavenly. 4 pools but only the Nobu pool gets sun all day. I was sick one day and guest services sent up chicken soup and kept checking on me which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We had a great dinner at Nobu. Roberto who checked us in and out and Jamie who helped another day really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

The properties is a little bit rundown. I didn’t like that the Jacuzzi closes at 8 PM and you can’t use the pool at night. All of these things are not reflective on the website and it does say 24 hour fitness.

Terrible bar service at the pool bar. Waitress at the adult pool on the Nobu side was wonderfull and attentive. Elevators broken and the one that did work opened and closed like a sloth or snail.

Everything was absolutely amazing . The service, the room and the facilities were all great! Short ride to south beach and huge beach area with 2 chairs per guest. You just have to pay $35 for the umbrella and if you’re going to spend the day at the beach, it’s well worth it . They also serve drinks on the beach

We loved the Nobu hotel! The private access to the adult pool was our favorite part.

One out of 4 elevators was working on the second day of our stay on May 26th, which made the wait times to get up and down the hotel about 10-20 minutes. We were on the 14th floor so taking the stairs was not an option. There was no ETA given and it took about 24 hours before 2 out of the 4 became available.

Pool was being renovated.

We had a great stay at the Nobu hotel. Super clean and nice.

My room was beat up and needed a refresh. Stains, furniture beat up, windows were filthy - ruining the view.

bugs in bathroom. hair all over bathroom. broken shower that completely sprayed and soaked me when i turned it on ( still clothed) was upgraded but woke up this morning to a very disgusting bloody stain on the side of the bed i did not sleep on. ordered in room breakfast - waited an hour and followed up to be told there was no room service today. inconvenient as i am now going to a work out on an empty stomach. not up to nobu standards and regret spending the money to treat myself. how is it possible i wasn’t even at the hotel for 12 hours and experienced this ?

Bathroom smells like the sewers. Me and other guests complained of the same thing.

Pungent odor in the lobby and throughout. Dirty doors and carpets in lobby. Dirty and stained carpets in rooms. The elevators also smelled horribly of vomit. We attempted to get a refund before we even checked in due to the conditions and was denied by front desk saying we had to ask hotels.com/expedia. Expedia said it was up to Nobu hotel. So that was confusing. Hotels tried reaching out to Nobu three days in a row and the refund was denied by Nobu. Even though we paid all fees upon booking, were required to put a $400 deposit down for incidentals. We made no charges but $111 was taken out of the deposit for “hotel fees”. Discussing this with Expedia now.

This hotel is a bit run down and needs some updating. My room didn’t feel very clean, specifically the floors and the bed had some small hairs on it… I felt the need to spray sanitizer on the whole bed.

Location is great. Room is starting to look tired with some fraying in the carpet and a damaged bed frame that they used a screw to reatach. Mirror in bathroom was delaminating and the faucet was scratched and chipped. They say overnight valet is $60 but they charged me $80 because I had an SUV. They include a 22% service charge in everything you order even though the pool side service was mediocre at best. Waiter acted offended when we asked him to clear the dirty plates.

I thought the room and bathroom were excellent, and the food from room service was excellent. My one complaint was that the ceiling had a smoke detector or something that had a blinking green light all night.

The room is clean and nice. The air conditioner did not work. The entire four nights were there. The ceiling was leaking above the entrance door turned out to be the air conditioner the service crew came to fix it and it still didn’t work to the front desk about it. They said they’d have a manager called me. I did not receive a call.

Paid for a suite. Temperature gauge was broken. Engineering did not fix. Room freezing first night. Staff did nothing to fix inspite of multiple notifications. Too much money to spend on a room that was uncomfortable!! No accommodations made for us to compensate for inconvenience.

Hotel rooms were clean, modern and spacious.

Will start by saying the staff at the hotel were wonderful - front desk crew was so friendly and helpful, maintenance was amazing, etc. The suite we stayed in was a good size. But there were things that were just not acceptable for the cost of the stay. First, it was the most uncomfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in. The mattress was thin and lumpy - it was so bad it made it difficult to get any sleep. The heating/cooling in the room was also defective - it was FREEZING (62-64 degrees), and the only way we could get it to warm up even slightly was by shutting the whole system down for 4-6 hours. Additionally, the elevators were outdated and didn’t appear to have any safety features - we saw another hotel guest to hold the door for his wife and it nearly took off his foot (not responsive at all to movement). Another thing which may seem small - for $1,000 a night, the bathrooms should have nicer toilet paper than the average gas station bathroom. The toiletries provided were also sparse. Additionally, we visited the spa on our last day - the front desk was once again wonderful, but the women’s locker room was so run down and dysfunctional. All the lockers were broken, there was no service (had to knock on the supply closet 6 times over 30 minutes to basically beg for a robe), and the sauna door was stuck and trapped two women inside for a long period of time. Overall, the staff of the hotel (not the spa) made up for a lot of the negatives, but we feel we overpaid.

Noisy room nearby elevator. When we asked to be moved they moved us to a smaller room but didn’t change the price. Mattress in second room was worn out and carpets fraying. Used the spa and the shower drained so slowly that my feet were submerged. Expected more.

The staff and location were excellent. The walls were a bit thin, however, and the tv was very basic and couldn’t connect to Netflix. Need to upgrade to smart tv

I really enjoyed my stay at Nobu! The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby.

Great location. Room view was not quite what was shown in Hotel.com, was disappointed with that! but hotel was nice and staff were pleasant. Room was dated and mattress was uncomfortable though.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Nobu Hotel in South Beach for three nights, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Jimmy in valet was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. Richard at the front desk was equally outstanding, providing exceptional service and making me feel truly welcomed. The ambiance of the hotel is simply stunning, and the amenities are top-notch. I couldn't get enough of the delicious food at Nobu, and I’m already craving their famous dishes! The combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service made my stay absolutely remarkable. I can't wait to return to the Nobu Hotel and experience it all over again. Highly recommend this gem in South Beach! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special!

We had an amazing time at the Nobu property. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well kept. The furniture is clean and looks new without scratches and scuffs that I've seen in other hotels. The outdoor areas are gorgeous, and relaxing with many pools to choose from, including a Nobu guest only, adult pool. But, by far the most notable part of our stay was the great service that we were me with from almost every staff member. The staff was pleasant and agreeable and tried to accommodate any requests made in a timely and easygoing fashion. We will definitely be back.

I absolutely love the staff of the Nobu Hotel SB—Sheldon, in particular, was outstanding! Each time I stay at this hotel, I am consistently impressed by their attention to detail and superior customer service. The rooms are lovely, best night sleep in a hotel! The added plus: Dining at Nobu is always a delight.

horrible front desk has 0 communication skills so many hidden fees & charges actually the worst 5 star hotel i’ve ever been to. would never recommend to anyone

Stayed for 8 nights. Bad experience throughout - check in late and slow, issues with room resolved but shouldn't have been there in the first place. Check out tried to overcharge me by $600 as charged for breakfast. Housekeeping inconsistent in terms of time and service. Rude reception staff. I wrote to the management but I haven't heard back. Really poor and disappointing g.

Staff were unprofessional and frankly unhelpful! My room wasn’t ready to check into until 5 because I literally hounded for a room! Room service would take an hour, you couldn’t get through to front desk period! The rooms were clean and nice thankfully

Overall, Nobu Hotel is beautiful. We were most disappointed in the service. We paid for VIP access and didn’t feel like VIP at all. The service at the adult pool was slow and often times the waiters would just disappear. We tried to have lunch at the lobby hotel and waited for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The housekeeping was also subpar. They never thoroughly cleaned the rooms. One day we came in from the pool and the trash cans hadn’t been emptied. There were also no clean towels provided after turndown services. Overall disappointed in the service aspect of the hotel.

Horrible service. They did not provide me a receipt upon check out and they told me it would few minutes I call three times in the next three hours to get the receipt (invoice) they charged me for breakfast that was included in my reservation again even I confirmed with the front desk about it. Rude customer service too

Great location and beautiful hotel

Safe, quiet. Walkable. Convenient as City of Miami Beach runs free shuttle service running the length of Miami Beach.

The staff at Nobu Hotel are very warm and personable. That coupled with the amenities and the beach access made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something a bit further away from the South Beach scene.

We had a good time in Miami. The location of the hotel is quite far from South Beach in terms of walking (took us an hour at a good pace) so great if you’re looking to be away from the noise. Room wise, it was quite tired I would say and the service was fine, nothing extraordinary. Overall a fine stay but probably not worth the price. Would spend more and stay somewhere else.

A well located unique hotel

We loved everything about our stay at Nobu, super impressed with the service and accommodations. The only down side is location, you are pretty far up Collins so everything is a long walk or uber ride. I would recommend staying at Nobu all day though we loved it!!

Great hotel clean nice staff I love the pool and the staff where very helpful the Restaurant is not good they don’t have options for food They don’t have it it’s good to go outside and eat the buffet for breakfast is expensive 2 breakfast was 119 just coffee and eggs

Great stay, lovely tastefully decorated hotel but the restaurant seriously needs improvement (staff are great but the food is not). Also the degree to which facilities are shared with Eden Roc is not ideal.

It was a girls trip! And we were impressed, the breakfast buffet was yummy. The resort is beautiful on the beautiful beach of Miami.

Nice dinner at Nobu and cocktails at the Ocean Social beach side bar and cafe. Nice area around the hotel. Welcomed by friendly staff. Wrist band room key.

Staff were great. Pool food and music was terrible. Room was nice. It was a little run down in the bathroom but besides that it was fine. We had some issues with noise from our neighbors one night and staff quickly handled it which we appreciated. I would probably go back if they upgraded their food and beverage offerings. Room service wasn’t 24/7 and pool food was really bad.

First the positive: Gabby and front desk staff were great. Negatives: overpriced for the facilities. Service at the lounge bar and OCEAN social were terrible. Rude in some cases. Taking the elevator was a nitemare. Literally took 20mins sometimes to get up to the room. Unacceptable.

Nice stay. Skip the breakfast buffet. Not good.

The sushi served at the restaurant was out of this world along with the Japanese steak. Highly recommend both. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their specialties. We will definitely return and stay at this hotel.

Had an amazing stay at the Nobu Miami Beach. The rooms were gorgeous, the staff was friendly and we really enjoyed having the Adults Only Pool overlooking the Ocean. Shoutout Kimberly, she was an awesome server at the pool. We got a massage at the spa and it was great. Lastly, the gym was top notch for a hotel gym. My only slight complaints is that the pool menu is very limited and you don’t get priority reservation access to eat at the Nobu. We will definitely be back.
