This property was more than what we asked for. Right on the beach with chairs to rent, waitress service, a nice pool, snack area. The staff was amazing and friendly! The buffet breakfast each morning was always hot and fully stocked! Location was I bit far from main Clearwater area but if you like quiet, this is the place for you!

Cabanas was great. Also the beach in front of hotel. There were problems with the parking garage gate. Melanie the valet was terrific. Friendly and attentive. If she had not been there cars would have backed up. The attendant at beach was also great. No wait and checked up a couple times.

This hotel is a gem. It has a private beach with food and drink service on the beach and at the pool. It has an awesome 6th floor terrace that overlooks the water and has beautiful sunset views with a bar and food service in the evenings. The free breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel for all.

We booked the beachfront suite and had an amazing view of the gulf! Hotel was easy to access, as was the parking garage. Staff were friendly and professional, FREE hot breakfast was awesome! We enjoyed the private beach, rented chairs and a cabana, and "Cabanas" bar and restaurant right on the beach was great. If I had one criticism it would be the clothing storage in the room - there was a nice sized closet but only a few hangers and only one small cabinet with three drawers. Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers mostly kept clothing in our luggage. Nice restaurants, mini golf, and a small grocery store are across the street.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Each morning, the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The property is in desperate need of a makeover. Our pullout sofa had mold in the bottom of the mattress which is extremely dangerous given my husband and my daughter both have allergies. We had to move our room twice before settling on a Queen room which was not what I booked. The front desk, however, was extremely nice and accommodating. The ice machine on our floor did not work. The hair dryer did not work. The carpet in the hallway had an odor. In need of a make over.

Location was adequate, property was clean, friendly staff. Beach area is small and you are almost forced to have to pay to rent the properties lawn chairs (there is no space to put your own.) The rooms are not quiet, you can hear every door close and the walls are also very thin. Shower was moldy and entire bathroom could use updating. The patio is small, barely fits two plastic chairs. Overall, just kind of “meh.” Wouldn’t stay here again.

Brought my wife to this hotel for our anniversary. The hotel is right on the beach, which is great. The hotel was nice and clean and was modern. It had a great breakfast. Rooms were well equipped with a microwave and small refrigerator. My only complaint was the bed, as the mattress seemed old and worn out. It wasn't real comfortable. All in all, I'd definitely would go back.

1. Tv wouldn’t turn on. After working with it plus calling the desk. Finally worked. Placement of the tv and bed. The tv should be directly across from the tv instead to the side of the bed. The view was to be beach view. My view was the roof of the building with a piece of water. A lot of money for one night. No parking fee was mentioned in the ad. Overall very dissappointed

The beds are old, and VERY squeaky. Even sitting on the bed, the springs were loud. The wall paper has bubbles underneath. The side panels of the desk and drawers are water damaged and peeling. For the price we paid and the pictures online, I expected nicer rooms. I won't book her again.

We really enjoyed this Hampton property with our daughter SIL and 2 year old grandson. Staff was very friendly, breakfast very good! We spent lots of time at the pool and also loved the water views from our balcony. Dolphins every morning! For improvement: the beds were ok, noisy ! Our neighbors smoked pot frequently, the hall smelled all the time, they should have been removed! Overall, we would come back due to the location and pricing!

Except for the shower water being too cold, everything else is pretty good. We live on the 12th floor. After the technician checked, the hot water was better. But during the shower, the hot water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold automatically. This is unacceptable!

Came down for a family vacation and from the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. We asked if there was any chance of a higher floor and without hesitation the front desk lady said, “I think we can help you out!” Sure enough, we ended up in the Presidential Suite. The view was incredible, the shower was huge, and the tub was perfect for unwinding. My wife and I felt completely spoiled the entire time. This trip turned out better than we ever expected, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! We stayed in a family gulf-front suite. The view from our balcony was breathtaking! And The room was huge! Plenty of room for our family of 5 with two queen beds and a fold-out couch. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The service was very friendly and top-notch the entire stay. The one and only complaint I have about our suite was that there was not enough space for our clothes. There was one small dresser with two drawers for 5 people, and a closet to hang some clothing. So a couple of us had to live out of our suitcases. I would suggest they add more drawers or storage for these rooms. The pool was spacious and very clean, as was the hot tub. The private beach area was a plus. It was a nice alternative to walking to the main beach. There was also live music every day at Cabana’s next-door. The breakfast offered every morning until 10 AM was surprisingly very good with quite a bit of variety. Every morning there were hot food items, such as omelettes, a breakfast meat, waffles, French toast. There was also oatmeal, cereals, and pastries. Probably the best “free” hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. One suggestion I have to make the stay better would be to offer a shuttle to the main beach. I think this would be a great accommodation for guests. It’s only about a 10-15 minute walk, but when it is very hot and we were carrying things, it seemed like a hike. Overall, we will definitely stay here again.

I could not have asked for a better stay! This was our first visit to Clearwater and our group included a toddler, 2 preteens, and my elderly disabled parent. Tony provided top notch service from check-in to check out. The entire staff was so attentive to all of our needs and made us feel so welcome. They even purchased a special bath mat for my mom and stored her wheelchair for the rental company. Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was excellent, fresh coffee all day, hotel location was perfect (convenience store right across the street), free jolly trolley transportation, nice pool and calm beach. Area was walkable and felt so safe. It is hands down the best place to stay for families.

2nd year in a row we’ve stayed 4 nights for a girls trip. We love everything about this place. Staff is super friendly and accommodating! And who doesn’t love a free breakfast!?! Love the beach attendants and service. $10 per lounge chair and you also get an umbrella. Everything is extremely walkable and if you don’t feel like walking, just hop on the trolley. Will definitely be back next year!

The ocean and pool views from our room were fantastic! Saw many dolphins swimming by and even saw a stingray. Loved having access to the private beach and a short 10 minute walk to the public beach to enjoy the waves. You can’t beat the location with access to beach, shops and restaurants including a great gelato shop across the street. The hotel looked newly renovated - had great free breakfast options and super comfortable bed. Highly reccomend!

We really loved the hotel! It was very clean, the room was spacious, the breakfast was nice. The outdoor pool and terrace were great to sit out at. The parking is very convenient. My one struggle with wanting to stay there again is the resort a few doors down. It had live music outside all evening into the early hours of the morning and the bass was so loud, our room vibrated. I know this is not our hotels fault, but getting 2 hours of sleep before a 6am flight was awful.

Clean room, super friendly staff throughout the establishment, Tony at the front desk was fabulous, Mark at the beach was helpful and informative, daily breakfast was decent, room with a balcony overlooking the beach was amazing, pool was clean and plenty of seating, entertainment was good and Evys rooftop restaurant had great wood fired pizza and reasonably priced, walking distance to many establishments.

Hotel was fine...price comparative to surrounding competion. Physical wear & tear apparent in rooms, due for a new mattress. Front desk staff excellent, housekeeping somewhat lax. Breakfast had no bragging rights whatsoever. Ate breakfast once, went out for the remainder of our stay. We may stay at this location again, but will do robust competion shopping next time around.
