Service was outstanding from all departments! The hotel could use a little tlc for some minor makeup lift ( bed frame ripped on the corners, bubbled up carpet in the bedroom, tv turning on and resetting randomly, pool needs a some cleaning/paint-job). With that said, it’s a beautiful hotel, with all the comfort and quality service you can wish for at your disposal. Looking forward for our next visit!

The staff at the downtown Four Seasons, NYC were some of the best I have ever seen! So knowledgeable and helpful, professional and very kind. The hotel gym is larger than most, very clean and the indoor lap pool was also wonderful!

We really enjoyed Tribeca as our homebase for our NYC stay and The Four Seasons was comfortable and quiet and the staff was very helpful. The indoor pool and workout facilities are a bonus too.

I am giving four stars because the pool water was cold and the in room dining food was below expectations for a place like this. However i had a great spa experience, the room was very quiet, and i cant speak highly enough of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had a local errand to run that i just mentioned offhand to make polite chit chat, and i was offered the use of their hotel driver/car, which was unexpected and amazing. If they fixed the 2 itemsni mentioned id give it 5 stars.

The Four Seasons Downtown made our visit so incredibly special. Even before we checked in, the service was impeccable: Vash ran out to Bloomingdales to pick up some dresses I ordered for a funeral and they ordered us a car from the airport. It was our son’s 5th birthday, and our room had cupcakes saying “Happy Birthday!” along with his favorite beverage (apple juice). AND we were awestruck by our 1-BR, 2-BA suite. It an unexpected, but very appreciated surprise. Min, in particular, made our stay SO special. Samantha in Reservations, the Guest Relations team, Robert the house car driver, and even the Director of security went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We already loved The Four Seasons but this particular stay was the absolute best. Thank you!!!

The Four Seasons downtown is in a fantastic location for walking to most of the attractions you want to visit or see, eg The Brooklyn Bridge, SoHo and West Village. It’s a beautiful, modern, sparkling clean friendly hotel. Our Liberty Suite was perfect in every way and on a different level to the Plaza which we left after one night! The bar and restaurant play fab music, the staff a friendly and fun and for me most importantly they dealt pretty well with my coeliac condition. Everyone acknowledges you with a smile and next time we visit we will stay again! Thanks for a great few days. Mike

The service was top notch from the moment that we arrived to the end of our stay. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and a kind message. The doormen chased down a cabs, located our Ubers, and even grab an umbrella to keep us dry. The restaurant Cut is in the lobby and is a great option for lunch or dinner. Fantastic steaks and cocktails. The rooms are spacious (not just for NY in my opinion) and the finishes are what you would expect from Four Seasons. Will definitely stay here again!

Good location, but not Four Seasons in quality, though it is in cost. Rooms are small and weirdly dark. Ordered room service soup and my friend got really sick after eating it and it tasted so terrible. Was a basic chicken noodle. The worst we had ever tried. We reported it to manager. No one cared to check up on us. Will be my last four seasons experience though I used to love the Four Seasons brand but after this, I’ve decided they are no longer living up to the hype and not worth the $700-900 per night price tag for sure.

The staff at the Four Seasons was exceptional. We were in town to celebrate a special occasion and everyone contributed to our experience making it extra special. The most welcoming staff member is the general manager's Pomeranian. So cute! We enjoyed her greeting and hope to return soon.

most countries were great. However, upon check-in, they did their damnedest to try to upgrade me to a more expensive room. They said that Expedia sometimes makes mistakes, and we couldn’t have the room that we were booked at already. I thought back. I provided my itinerary number and my confirmation number. I said give me the room that we were confirmed with I’m going to call Expedia. They then relented. But it was a Darn good fight. I think it’s terrible that they tried to do that. I also had to ask for my resort credit. They then had to look it up supposedly, and finally found it. Wow! Watch out when you are signing in. Make sure you get what you pay for

The staff were incredibly kind! They made my birthday celebration extra special. Everyone from valet, to the front desk, and housekeeping were very kind and made my stay very pleasant and memorable. Thank you for the handwritten birthday card, flowers with my breakfast, and valet for being classy gentlemen. I appreciate their kindness and attention to my every need during my stay. I wish I could give this Four Seasons property more than five stars, because they deserve it. We flew in for my husband’s birthday, and they could not have done more to make the trip special. From Sierra and her team working to find a delicious Italian Rum Cake for us, to decorating the room for my husband to return to after our dinner reservation, the entire team went all out to make sure our stay was amazing. In fact, we are already planning our return in a couple of months!! If you do stay, check out the restaurant as well; Cut by Wolfgang Puck had the best steak tartare we have ever had. The bartenders were a blast as well! I can’t emphasize enough what a fabulous property this is.

Everything was great except for I ordered the room service and got food poisoning from the salmon tartare...usually I wouldnt order this at a hotel but I thought the four seasons would be safe but I suppose not. Everything else was great though besides that and the staff were very helpful and nice about it
