Excellent as per usual. The staff is fantastic and they always go an extra mile to assure the stay is memorable. I am already looking forward to coming back soon.

Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end. Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary. Room was amazing and the house keeping team were brilliant. We ate in the Chinese/Japanese restaurant Mei Ume which is set in a beautiful dining room. The food was delicious and service very good. Thanks to the team for a great stay.
