Very comfartable bad, and room! good location next to the train station. we arrived early morning, so we checked in around 9:00 am, and so they charged us for additonal half a day. Crew doesn't speak english so well. Thank you.

One of the receptionist made the payment not correct and not proactive to introduce restaurant, while others are friendly and proactively to introduce. When checking out, the receptionist is too busy and the hotel only arrange one more staff to help. The breakfast staff also made wrong order and didn’t have meal ready until we asked, however the restaurant dons out and cook noodles for us for free. Mix feeling of the service. The hardware is overall good.

If i could i would attach picture\'s to justify my review. Ordered a beef burger when I arrived, inside was raw. Told the staff they said they can bring new i refused as it made me feel disgusted eating raw meat. Had food poisoning, went to the hospital the hotel staff did not care they said "sorry im just a worker" as quoted by the manager. No apology No care. This hotel is not 5 star worthy.
