I got room 805, it was spacious, great place for longer stay. Airport Shuttle goes by easy to find. To take the shuttle back to airport is on the opposite side from arrival. It has washer, stove, full size fridge and lots of lights. I like the space and getting the morning sun.

It was little worn but still alright with it. But it was cleaned properly. When I was taking shower, the water wasnt really drained so checked it and could find a bunch of hairs stuck in drainage. So dirty. So i had to take it out by myself to take shower!

I never received a check-in email a day before my arrival.I stood in the lobby with my family trying to figure out how to check in and had to book at another hotel. The check-in email arrived after midnight (already checked into another hotel). They wouldn't refund. I'm submitting a dispute with my credit card company. This is unacceptable.

The hotel was great, reception was amazing, tge only problem i had is for me.very seriously, when i was already in the room, some one open the door witb keys (seems another person getting to their room and probably confused the room number) but my concern was that he was able to open my room , tgta was so scary.

Arrived at 6 pm. No answer when I called the number provided. No email received. No virtual check in. No instructions in the lobby. Luckily, the cleaning staff spotted us. It appears that he was given the info about us. However, he speaks no Korean or English. I booked two ocean view rooms but was given only one. This place is more like Extended stay with many foreigner workers. I wished I knew this prior to booking it. I wanted to be stress free before the flight but was more stressed over check-in process.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Kitchenette, bidet, firm beds and pillows. Very easy and convenient for staying near the airport, you will need to understand/research the local bus schedules if you want to venture into Incheon or Seoul. EXCELLENT communication and service from the host, will definitely stay again when visiting family in Korea!

You get a hotel room in a building near the airport. There is no reception. The room is comfortable, and the English instructions on how to get there and access the room are clear. It's about 5 minutes from T1 or 20 minutes from T2 on a free shuttle line. You have to walk about one short block to the shuttle.

I found the location of hotel to be conveniently nearby the airport which was a plus the process for checking in. And checking out was very convenient, very simple. And I have no problems. Hotel had a convenient mini mart in the lobbying and several restaurants and bars nearby soul for all, I found staying here today a very good experience.

I love how individual the process and rooms were. The staff was attentive and respectful. They made sure if you had any problems, that solutions would be delivered fast. It was quiet and peaceful, good food right near the hotel too.

i stayed late nov. ez arrival & departure via airport free shuttle. ez check in & check out. nice clean room, quiet, great view, washing machine was a plus & clothes air dried by the morning. across the street is a 24h laundromat if needed. yummy restaurant downstairs packed with natives.

カウンターがないので最初は不安だったが、宿泊当日に丁寧なメールをくれるのでチェックインも全く問題なかった。1階にコンビニがあるし徒歩５分以内にセブンイレブンもあるので非常に便利だった。空港へのアクセスもバス停が近いので楽ちんでした。
