Points positifs : Cet hôtel est bien situé à côté du mètro banyas et a 15mn du marché de l'or. Cet hôtel mérite une bonne rénovation tout est assez vétusté. A la piscine il y avait 3 transats pour tout l hôtel c est un peu juste. Le personnel est très agréable et gentil. La demi pension est assez similaire tous les jours pas trop de variété.

Ikke et sted jeg kan anbefale! Folk tog maden fra buffet med HÆNDERNE og ved påpegelse til personalet trak de bare på skulderene! Perfekt beliggenhed uden for byen ned til vandet, men ikke et ophold værd. 5 liggestole til poolen og meget lille gym. Kokken til omelet står med handsker og skriver på sin private telefon! This is the worst hotel in Dubai probably, don’t even pay any money for this place, service is horrible and facilities are even worse. Valet is a rip off and I usually waited 30-40 mins just for someone to park my car. STAY AWAY from this hotel at all costs!

This hotel is horrible , the staff is not friendly and the breakfast is not worth it. We wake up to find bed bugs in our bed we notified staff but they did not care at all. There was also black mold all over the hotel room and the bathroom was so dirty. Do not come to this hotel. I’m going to attach the pictures with the mold inside the bathroom. It’s not even worth $1 per night.they are true scam

We had a good stay overall. The reception was good( fast check in) . Breakfast was our favorite during our stay. This hotel could benefit from a good renovation ( the carpet was old, with a bit of smell) Our bedroom had some humidity stains on the walls. Linen & towels were clean but very used. I would like to appreciate the staff; they were very helpful; particularly: aquid( housekeeping), Jimmy& Ismael.

Stanza con affaccio sul Creek, rumorosissima per i rumori della strada e delle imbarcazioni del Creek. Le finestre non chiudono affatto bene, al punto che, oltre al rumore, in base al vento entrava in camera un forte odore di scarico dei diesel delle barche. Servizio mediocre: non rispondono praticamente mai alle email e sono poco disponibili anche di persona o sul numero WhatsApp che forniscono all'arrivo. Colazione per lo più orientale, c'è poco del dolce cui siamo abituati in italia (questa è una caratteristica, non un difetto). Posate poggiate a diretto contatto con una tovaglietta che non veniva pulita quando qualcuno si alzava. Quando ci si alzava il tavolo veniva pulito buttando le briciole per terra. Pulizia in camera mediocre, un pezzetto di carta è rimasto per terra per 5 giorni. Un giorno mancava l'asciugamano per la doccia, un altro quello per i piedi, un giorno la carta igienica... The hotel is in good area but what I don't like is that when we checked in, we had to wait for almost an hour after the supposedly check-in time which is 2pm. When they took us to our room, we had to wait outside because they weren't done cleaning, vacuuming and changing the beddings. The room was dirty. The bed is very uncomfortable. There's only 1 outlet for the coffee machine and the refrigerator so we kept on unplugging it between the two.

They announced it as a 4 Stars hotel in Dubai! Oh no nothing could be more wrong! What a big joke! I wouldn’t even give it one star. I don’t know where to start! Everything is a substandard. Bathroom is dirty, bath towels are smelly and old. The room is miserable. We felt really happy just go away from this hotel and I will never go back again!

Für mich sind es 2 bis maximal 3 Sterne. Für 1-2 Nächte ist es OK. Dass Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Renovierung / Sanierung. Auf jedenfalls kein Best Western Standard.

We had a room with a small living room area, two twin beds, another room with king bed and one bathroom. There was also adequate closet space and a mini fridge, safe, kettle, and two coffee/tea cups. It was spacious and clean. However, if there are multiple people staying in one room, provide more than one room key at check in. If you only provide one key, once they are in the room they have to use that key to put in the key holder to have access to the electricity and A/C in the room. If there are two people, give two room keys, for three people give three room keys, etc. This is important because just because people check in together, does not meant they will stay together and go the same places at the same time. Also, I understand reusing the room keys once someone checks out, but at least colorox wipe/clean the room key before giving it to another person because the room keys were dirty. The same issue with the room keys occurred with the towels. Provide the adequate number of towels and wash cloths per person in the room. The breakfast buffet was unorganized and disappointing. No one checked us in or took us to a table. You basically have to grab a table wherever you can and ask the staff to clean it off for you, and they just clean off the plates/bowls/cups but do not wipe down the table. The seating area is very limited. Staff should monitor guests to ensure they are taking the food to put on their plates with utensils and not their hands.

The hotel is in good area but what I don't like is that when we checked in, we had to wait for almost an hour after the supposedly check-in time which is 2pm. When they took us to our room, we had to wait outside because they weren't done cleaning, vacuuming and changing the beddings. The room was dirty. The bed is very uncomfortable. There's only 1 outlet for the coffee machine and the refrigerator so we kept on unplugging it between the two.

This is the worst hotel in Dubai probably, don’t even pay any money for this place, service is horrible and facilities are even worse. Valet is a rip off and I usually waited 30-40 mins just for someone to park my car. STAY AWAY from this hotel at all costs!

This hotel is horrible , the staff is not friendly and the breakfast is not worth it. We wake up to find bed bugs in our bed we notified staff but they did not care at all. There was also black mold all over the hotel room and the bathroom was so dirty. Do not come to this hotel. I’m going to attach the pictures with the mold inside the bathroom. It’s not even worth $1 per night.they are true scam

We had a room with a small living room area, two twin beds, another room with king bed and one bathroom. There was also adequate closet space and a mini fridge, safe, kettle, and two coffee/tea cups. It was spacious and clean. However, if there are multiple people staying in one room, provide more than one room key at check in. If you only provide one key, once they are in the room they have to use that key to put in the key holder to have access to the electricity and A/C in the room. If there are two people, give two room keys, for three people give three room keys, etc. This is important because just because people check in together, does not meant they will stay together and go the same places at the same time. Also, I understand reusing the room keys once someone checks out, but at least colorox wipe/clean the room key before giving it to another person because the room keys were dirty. The same issue with the room keys occurred with the towels. Provide the adequate number of towels and wash cloths per person in the room. The breakfast buffet was unorganized and disappointing. No one checked us in or took us to a table. You basically have to grab a table wherever you can and ask the staff to clean it off for you, and they just clean off the plates/bowls/cups but do not wipe down the table. The seating area is very limited. Staff should monitor guests to ensure they are taking the food to put on their plates with utensils and not their hands.

Check-in was smooth and excellent service at front desk by Ahmed. Though the request for change was accomodated, both the alternative rooms offered had some housekeeping/maintenance issues that was sorted out. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Good support at check-in by Ganesh and at check-out by Jimmy. Overall service was excellent, but property condition requires improvement.
