Small terrace area on the roof with swimming pool. Great breakfast on the top floor. Some renovations are happening at the hotel but it didn’t disturb me. The room was excellent clean and efficient. Very comfortable bed the staff for fabulous.

Was very clean room with comfortable plush pillows. Breakfast included was very good with great variety. We had a spa day at the hotel and it was wonderful for the price- highly recommended. They also gave a small gift of local coffee at check out.

The Light Hotel is EXCELLENT! Great, helpful staff ( "Tony" was especially kind in offering suggestions, showing me the amenities offered by the hotel.) It is very clean and comfortable, and the small rooftop pool was quite refreshing.The buffet breakfast was full of choice and delicious. The bar/lounge was friendly, welcoming, and the " Happy Hour" specials were especially nice. The location, near shops, " Train Street", and other Old Quarter sites makes this the perfect place to stay in Hanoi in my opinion. And the price was reasonable too! I\'ll definitely plan on staying here in the future when I return to Hanoi!!

The Light Hotel is pleasant, well situated for sites. Courteous staff, nice dining & breakfast. Twin room without window ok for short stay 2-3 days. Swimming pool not big and tight for space when numbers using albeit nice to use. No real complaints (even though renovation work going on). Would consider using again if visiting.

Close to Old Quarter and easy walking to all sights. Staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms tidied and cleaned every day. Lovely small rooftop pool. Breakfast like a full dinner and delicious.

The staff were wonderful. Always quick to help. My room was roomy and clean. Although the description for the so called windows are a bit misleading. They are small and facing your neighbors window. The dont overlook anything other than your neighbor who have similar view. The breakfast was disappointing. Very limited selection and quite bland most days. The gym is alright. Bench press with Olympic barbell and plates that have a combine weight of 60kg. Not much, but better than nothing. Dumbells that go up to 24kg, Butterfly machine and pull down machine.Plus 2 treadmill and a stationary bike. A little cramp if you have more than 5 peole working out at a time. Open time is 10am-10pm. The location though is convenient because you can walk to all the sights and attractions in and out of the old quarter. Circle K is nearby and so is a Pharmacy. Tons of food option on both side of the hotel.

The pool was closed for maintenance but we were able to use pool in hotel opposite. Staff advised me where to get e sim for my phone as well as info re local area. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, they had great crusty bread and such a tasty Pho, good coffee and loads of options like fruit, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, noodles, pancakes etc. a really great breakfast. We wanted to stay again when back in Hanoi but only had room with no window so we won’t be.

Well located, welcoming staff, interior room without window was basic, very clean and somewhat dated but well priced. Rooftop pool was small and somewhat tired but again clean with a great view across old Hanoi. Would regard this hotel as more of a nice 3 star. Great for a short term stay.

The property is near the downtown walking area, you dont even need to order a car for meals or drinks. Hotel staff was friendly. Overall it was a clean environment. Would stay again.

先日4泊しました。とても快適に過ごすことができました。 空港から86番バスに乗り、ハノイ駅で降りたら徒歩10分くらいで着きます。 館内はキレイに清掃されており清潔感があります。 室内も同様ですが、床が少し気になりました。絶対に裸足で歩かないなら問題ないレベル（雑巾で拭いたら汚れる）で見た目は綺麗です。もちろんスリッパ（サンダル）はおいてあります。 ホテルの従業員は日本語不可で英語です。google翻訳アプリで何とかなります。 現地ツアーを街中で申し込み、ホテルのロビーで迎えを待っていたところ、約束の時間になっても来ない事を察して、手に持っていた予約票をのぞき込み、ツアー会社に電話してくれました。あと何分で来るか確認して教えていただきました。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルでとてもおいしく、フォーも用意されており、とてもおいしいです。 部屋については、床以外は問題なく、コンセント（変換アダプタ不要）の数が多いです。タオル、バスローブ、シャンプー、ボディソープ等は毎日交換してくれます。日本のビジネスホテルと同様ですが、歯ブラシはあまりよくないです。普段ベットで寝てないので硬さは評価できません。毎日350mlの水（軟水）2本用意してくれます。うがいでなくなりますが・・・ 6階でしたが、シャワーおよび洗面台の水圧は問題ありません。 プールは見た目キレイです。入ってませんが。 道路の向かい側にコンビニがあります。 すぐ近く（東に100ｍくらい）においしいバインミー屋さんがあります。 トータルでコストパフォーマンスが高いホテルで、またハノイに来ることがあれば、絶対利用すると思います。

女性1人で泊まりました。立地もよく、新しくないが清潔で、広くはないが屋上にプールもあります。 朝食は普通に美味しいですが10階からの景色もよいです。 スマホでgrabが使えなかったので、帰りに空港行きのタクシーを頼んだところ、手配（ホテルに支払い）を提案してくれたので、ボラれずに安心して乗れました。 ホテルスタッフがとても親切で助かりました。

Although the staff were very friendly and helpful, this is definitely not a 4 star experience. Our room was tiny, with no window, our sink leaked all over the floor, the room was extremely noisy and the cleaning staff banged on our door before 8 am asking if they could come in to clean our room even though we were checking out later that morning.

”Inside window” was meaning no window at all.. The only ”windows” was a vent in the shower and one hidden behind a closet. Very misleading presentation in ad. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but their marketing people should think twice..

Great location easy walkable to main areas for lake, shopping, dining etc. hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms a little small with very limited storage most of clothes had to stay in suitcase for fortnight. Gym opening times limited. Would recommend

The hotel is set in the Old Quarter in Hanoi. Area around very walkable with lots of food options available. The hotel itself has a beautiful outside. The rooms are small & a little tight

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, they had great crusty bread and such a tasty Pho, good coffee and loads of options like fruit, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, noodles, pancakes etc. a really great breakfast. We wanted to stay again when back in Hanoi but only had room with no window so we won’t be.

Small terrace area on the roof with swimming pool. Great breakfast on the top floor. Some renovations are happening at the hotel but it didn’t disturb me. The room was excellent clean and efficient. Very comfortable bed the staff for fabulous.

Our room was given away by the intern, so we had to settle for a worse room that we ordered. The staff was very sorry and offered us a massage in exchange for the error. Unfortunately, the room we hadn't booked had a faulty ventilation, so I ended up with no sleep. So it was a horrible first night, I had to go out in the night to buy earplugs. The staff suggested I put paper in my ears. I honestly thought he was joking, and I was disappointed they didn't warn me at check-in, I was also given a wrong voucher at check in. So I felt quit scammed for the first night. The second night went smoothly, and it was nice, when we finally could move into the right room. I don't recommend this place.

The Light Hotel is EXCELLENT! Great, helpful staff ( "Tony" was especially kind in offering suggestions, showing me the amenities offered by the hotel.) The bar/lounge was friendly, welcoming, and the " Happy Hour" specials were especially nice. Staff EXTREMELY helpful and kind especially the door men/ bell boys. Hotel a little dated. But clean. Shame that the gym doesn’t open until 1130 am as I’d like to exercise before breakfast. My main issue was when I stayed there were more than 150 teenagers staying on several floors. They were running around and screaming until after midnight singing and running between rooms. I asked a few times for them to be quiet if made no use. I got the impression they have groups like this staying often. It felt like a hostel.

Staff was so kind and attentive, the room was very nice and roomy and the toilet was lovely Rug was a little warm but, we enjoyed our bed so much. Very comfy. The Light Hotel is pleasant, well situated for sites. Courteous staff, nice dining & breakfast. Twin room without window ok for short stay 2-3 days. Swimming pool not big and tight for space when numbers using albeit nice to use. No real complaints (even though renovation work going on). Would consider using again if visiting.

This was a beautiful hotel with incredible customer service. Even without a window, we loved our room and our every need was catered to. Probably the best breakfasts we had in terms of choice out of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Convenient location. Massages from the spa were also totally relaxing and convenient to have in the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Was very clean room with comfortable plush pillows. Breakfast included was very good with great variety. We had a spa day at the hotel and it was wonderful for the price- highly recommended. They also gave a small gift of local coffee at check out.

The staff were wonderful. Always quick to help. My room was roomy and clean. Although the description for the so called windows are a bit misleading. They are small and facing your neighbors window. The dont overlook anything other than your neighbor who have similar view. The breakfast was disappointing. Very limited selection and quite bland most days. The gym is alright. Bench press with Olympic barbell and plates that have a combine weight of 60kg. Not much, but better than nothing. Dumbells that go up to 24kg, Butterfly machine and pull down machine.Plus 2 treadmill and a stationary bike. A little cramp if you have more than 5 peole working out at a time. Open time is 10am-10pm. The location though is convenient because you can walk to all the sights and attractions in and out of the old quarter. Circle K is nearby and so is a Pharmacy. Tons of food option on both side of the hotel.
