Spacious room, clean bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen. The property had a 24 hour gym and a media area. The breakfast included things like waffles, cereal, breakfast potatoes/biscuit, sausage, eggs, and grits/oatmeal. The pool is open from 8am to 9pm. The staff was very friendly. The only downside was the pool water was a little dirty and we could hear the kids above us running around the room around 9pm.

Love the location and the stay. This is our second time staying at this hotel and both times has been great although this time we was surprised with a parking fee each day. Would of been nice to be told that when checking in. We may have not parked in the parking lot, I could of used Uber or any other ride share services. Overall we will be staying here again. The location is perfect!

The hotel was well decorated and clean. Our room was great, with a full size refrigerator, microwave and stove top. My husband and 8yo step daughter loved the pool and the little 4 hole putting greens area. We enjoyed breakfast each morning of our stay, there was a nice variety of options and well maintained and clean area. We would definitely stay again.

Some of the gym equipment wasn't working because of the new floors they are installing but it was still a great facility. The hotel is in great location, a lot of food places around it. Very quiet, great breakfast, nice rooms.

Great location for any event near French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and Caesar's Super Dome. 10 minute drive. Great staff, very clean, pet friendly, family friendly, safe area, close to mall and plenty of restaurants. They serve a delicious free breakfast! Also just a short drive to Oak Street which is also a great area to visit. Loved our stay and would highly recommend.

The hotel staff is super nice and welcoming. Overall the hotel is nice. Our shower/bathroom needed to be cleaned better there was mold in the corner outside the tub and the drain area was gross. A trash can in the bathroom would be nice too. The carpets could use a shampoo. . I like that they had a ceiling fan. The lighting in the room could be better it was really dark and some of the outlets need to be changed out. Overall we would stay there again.

Quick week end gateway with the family. The rooms are spacious and comfy. This is our 2nd time staying there. Unfortunately, looks like our room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. It was late and waited for the next morning to request house keeping. Also the shower was leaking. We had a better experience on our first visit. Hopefully this was an one off.

After scoping dozens of reviews for a hotel for the night before my cruise I chose this one. Huge mistake. I drove over 7 hours just to be greeted my a monotone rude front desk guy. All the front parking looked safe and lit up but was taken. The room I was given had a window facing the pool. I simply asked for a room that window faced the parking lot in the back where it was dark and had random people hanging around and walking around since that was where I was going to have to park. He said there were no rooms with 2 beds that face any parking lot. I said fine can you switch us to one bed. He said yeah they are all in the front. It was already 8 pm they were all taken so I said Nevermind. The car ended up being fine the point of this is how rude he was about the entire situation like me even asking was so crazy to him. For 200 a night y'all really did a terrible job with that back parking lot and not having lighting and no windows facing it. As many cars get broken into there this is very disappointing. Also the place looks refurbished and they did a terrible job. The room you can see different color paints bad paint jobs and just very tacky. Also no hotel restaurant. If you like to spend 200 to sleep for a few hours before a trip just to be greeted by a rude person pick this one

I have stayed at this location twice now in the last month. The location is within walking distance to Whole Foods and Lakeside Mall. It is also within walking distance to restaurants. I love the free self parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in at 10:30 when my flight arrived early. When I found that there was no hot water in the shower, I was quickly moved into another room within minutes. I cannot say enough great things about this property!

The property is beautiful the staff was friendly however we had people above us that sounded as if they were in a fight ! I called 3 times to the front office for them to send someone up they said they did but the noise went on until 3am !!!! The next night the same thing I didn’t even bother to call because apparently nothing was going to be done . If I had to stay there again I would request a 4th floor .

One of the best included breakfast we've done ever in a hotel. Best night sleep in NOLA. Our family trip needed this break and we were near very good food and shops. We even did laundry not far from the hotel. We will stay here again.

Stayed for one night,bought kids along, had a studio that included a kitchen area that was plus. Hotel came with breakfast buffet which was a good but however on that day they offered breakfast burritos which isn’t that convenient for small kids. Traditional regular served breakfast would of better accommodated but other than that the area where room was located was great, surrounded but plenty food options and a mall is right around the corner. Staff was friendly and helpful.
