The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The pool is an endless pool (has an activated current), so swimmers will love it! A unique find in a Paris hotel. I am so delighted to have found this charming, beautiful hotel! It was in a wonderful area of Paris, and I was traveling alone with my daughter, and really appreciated the kind hospitable staff, the high-tech rooms with wonderful amenities, the indoor swimming pool, and the restaurant and bar were fabulous! I will definitely be staying there again!

So much to say about this beautiful hotel- from location, employees, and features!! Staff was friendly and treated us like valued guests. We loved the amenities, including the pool(!). The breakfast was outstanding and the executive twin room was spacious for our family of three. Room was kept meticulously- and we were delighted by water and snacks left for our enjoyment. The staff provided great recommendations for dining and activities. We lament we didn’t have time for spa treatments, as it seemed to be lovely. This was a family-friendly hotel that surpassed all expectations. So thrilled for the special experiences we had at Maison Albar - Le Pont Neuf!

Good location just off the very busy Rue de Rivoli. Although not in a quaint neighborhood, it’s in easy walkable distance to many restaurants and a few metro stops. The room was very nice, well appointed and quiet. The breakfast in the lobby restaurant was delicious. But the best part of the whole stay was the pleasant, attentive, and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

I'm grateful for the room upgrade, but was disappointed by the size of the room and the view of dilapidated buildings outside my window. For a 5 star hotel, it was disappointing, and the room looked tired. Also, there was no iron in the room and by the time one was brought up, it was too late to use it. Service just wasn't great.

Unfortunately, there is not enough characters and words available to fully summarize of how disappointing our experience was so I will try to keep it very short and sweet. The purpose of this trip was to celebrate our engagement and initially this was not the choice of the accommodation I picked but I did want to upgrade and surprise my significant other. On the arrival we were greeted and led to our room (booked Executive double room) which ended up looking very different from the pictures online. 1) We were placed on floor #1 2) After close evaluation of the room it looks like it was an ADA room (bathroom was completely different) with no prior communication that we would be staying in such 3) WIFI was spotty at best 4) Ipad controlling the room was not working 5) Door lock was broken After communicating with downstairs desk the next day, I was told that the only way for me to switch the room was to downgrade since everything was booked. Also fixed iPad had been brought up to my room but “Do not disturb” sign had been turned off and our room ended up being made specifically during the time we wanted to rest after exploring the city. Finally at the checkout I was charged for a minibar beer which I have not drank but was forced to pay for since I was on a extremely short timeline to get to the airport and it was really early in the morning. Bottom line please pick other property (there is one two doors down) that might be cheaper with better service

this hotel is absolutely perfect. The staff is incredible. They all go out of their way every day to make sure that you stay His meeting is standards. The concierge Xavier was fantastic helped with dinner reservations, and shared tips on places we should visit making our experience exactly what we had hoped for.. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. I would 100% recommend it and stay there again myself.

We had a bad experience at check out. We were not provided with the bill correctly. I decided to pay the requested amount because I was in a hurry to go to the airport. One evening, I understand a private party in dining room BUT we were not told it was the case , thought we’d have a nite cap , we were treated so rudely and still not told it was private— very perplexing but that’s ok we just went somewhere else . But that gentleman at bar was totally overwhelmed and rude !

O quarto não foi o esperado. Café da manhã à desejar, pouca variedade, quase nada de frutas, somente 1 opção de prato quente(ovos) péssima qualidade de viennoiseries.
