The property is nice overall, perfect for small family or couples. Excellent price. They try hard to keep it nice and clean but the humidity and rain is constant. The maintenance staff is on top of it. Pool is ok, small it's a dipping pool. The gym is ok lots of cardio machines. It's clean Rooms are very large and quiet, however housekeeping never locks the door open when they warm there is constant annoying door slamming. If you sleep late it becomes a nuisance But they hotel is nice overall, the daily rate is amazingly more reasonable than any hotel in the area, there's parking available in the building, the trolley is air conditioned, clean and stops in front of the hotel. I'd stay there again.

The room we stayed in was nice. We got good service the staff was friendly and helpful. They had a lot of options for the breakfast which was great. I would say the only 2 bad things were the pool wasn't available for use and the washing machines were broken only one worked. They said we could go to another hotel to use their pool but I didn't feel comfortable going to another facility. They didn't give any kind of compensation for the pool being closed for repairs.

This was a pretty great stay! The beds were comfortable and the service at the hotel was wonderful!! We only had one problem. The thermostat in our room wouldn’t stay on the temperature we set it for. It was very cold while we were there and so we needed heat in our room, but the thermostat kept defaulting to 63 degrees!! We called maintenance but he handed us blankets. They have on-site parking but it’s valet only and it was going to be $72 a day!! NOPE! There is a parking garage a little further down the street, that charged $23 a day so we parked there. Other than that, it was great!!

The pool was not working the whole time we stayed there. The same breakfast everyday with limited options and extras. The rooms were ok but we had to switch to another room because the tv didn’t work. Limited tv channels. The room were fairly clean.

The hallways were dirty all the time, elevator was dirty too. Breakfast food items were frequently out of stock and if you asked breakfast staff about something they seemed annoyed. The laundry area had numerous broken machines and you could not use the machines without a specific card that was needed to be obtained by the front desk with an additional deposit. There were no signs in the laundry room explaining this so trying to do laundry was very difficult and frustrating. Overall, the staff was very polite and helpful but there are definitely some issues that could be addressed. I love Hilton hotels in general. This one has a lot going for it with location so close to the French Quarter. It just needs to fix issues with cleanliness, breakfast and laundry room.

This hotel could Use some better cleaning. We discovered old eyelashes on two separate occasions in our room. Also, upon arrival the incidental hold went up!! I was told we would only need $50 per night available on card. Nope the women charged us $80 a night for incidentals. They only have housekeeping service every two days. The carpet and lampshade were dirty. Bad odor too. I couldn’t get a good picture because of its filthy condition. Only highlight was that it’s very close to Bourbon and Canal street.

Ugh, this hotel was gross. The lobby and hallways were filthy. The room wasn't cleaned well, and there was trash everywhere. The sheets smelled weird too. I hated it. The food was awful. The fruit had the skins on, the meat was raw the second morning, and everyone was pissed. The staff is super slow, and the line at the front desk was insane. Lots of people were complaining in the lobby about how slow check-in was.

The only thing positive about this place is the location, which is about 2 blocks away from Bourbon street. The free continental breakfast, Monday through Friday was ok. Other than that, the facility highly worn, carpets in halls very used amd outdated. Room wasn't clean, there was still hairs on bathroom floor. Cockroaches are everywhere outside, even saw one on the outside of our room window when we first arrived. When checking out in the early morning hours, the staff just said they couldn't check out at the time due to resetting system. No thank you or anything else. Will not be returning.

Horrible stay. Hotel is so outdated and dirty. Bleach stains all over hallway carpet, garbage in halls for days. Room dingy and dark. Sheets too small for the bed and no mattress covers or pillow covers. Shower door had hair on it. Couches and carpets all stained.

Not in great area but a few blocks walk to getter neighborhoods. AC was terrible as room never went below 77 degrees. Pull out was horrible and sagged in middle. Handyman was nice and fixed tv issue quickly.

The room that we had was very nice. It had a full size refrigerator, had a stove top, microwave, sink and dishwasher. It ended up being better than we had expected it to be. The location was in a perfect spot for what we went there for. They go over the top to make their guests feel comfortable. The valet service and workers were top notch. The beds were comfortable

Location is great. Relatively clean, but being pet friendly, you should make sure the dog hair isn't bunched up in the elevators. Our dishwasher did not work. Repeated attempts to have it fixed or provide dish soap so we could hand wash were ignored. After the 4th attempt, they finally gave the dish soap. Would definitely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was and our room was perfect. We booked a balcony and it was very comfortable and had a small kitchen. We would definitely stay here again if we visited New Orleans. It is a couple of blocks from the French Quarter. The people of New Orleans are so friendly and welcoming.

Room not ready at 4PM. Had to wait 30 extra minutes. When asked for an approximate time the room would be ready, was told we can’t give you one, it might be 7pm. Asked for a manager and was told it’s Sunday, we don’t have a Manager. Finally got to the room and it was still in the process of being cleaned/prepared. Had no pillowcase for our first evening even though we were told they would be sent up asap. Finally after stalking housekeeping staff we saw on the floor, we finally received some pillowcases. We stayed on the property for 5 nights. Our room was never cleaned even though the cleaning crew on the floor in the morning said it would be. We had to flag down a worker to get fresh set of towels. He did not return to bring those for over an hour.

Spacious rooms and clean Breakfast servers are very slow. Today, it started 20 minutes late. Guests were waiting watching servers working slowly. 4 guests approached a server and told him they needed to go to work and asked for a breakfast to go. He said it is not ready yet. He sounded indifferent. So, left after taking a banana each.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. And made us feel welcome. The breakfast was so good! And the property itself is very well kept up. For it being a holiday weekend and the hotel being beyond busy…the staff handled everything very well. We will DEFINITELY be coming back.

Ask for a early check-in message was not relayed to management ended up getting a room at 6 PM after waiting in the lobby several hours I had to get a little rude in order to get in my room. Employees at front desk were talking on phone with their friends about personal issues while customers were standing there . Several times the front desk employee was having conversations with other customers who had called the front desk, complaining about issues and when they got off the phone, they were voicing their unhappiness with the customers because they had called in complaining .people in the lobby could hear this going on ,very unprofessional. A lot of customers were having issues with the breakfast because plates were not available and utensils. They had to stand there and wait. They brought out paper plates because they were out of glass plates. One customer looked at me that had been there several days until this is a standard occurrence. My daughter went down to breakfast one day at 9:30. There was practically no food left. She asked about when food would be out. They said they were not going to bring out more food because it was almost time to stop serving breakfast at 10. on the good side, the room was very clean except the bathroom had a good bit of mold above the shower but overall hotel was very clean. Just terrible customer service really need new management

We booked 2 rooms. We paid for all up front. The 2nd, we couldn’t get in one of the rooms. They not only charged us, but canceled our room key and rekeyed for someone else. They had to go to the front and explain that someone’s belongings were in this room. When we got back, we couldn’t get in our room. They then told us it was accidentally keyed as a noshow and would be credited. Instead, the charged us an additional night. Not only was someone else given access to our room and property, we were also double charged. I’ve called every number and they refuse to correct the issue.

Very nice facility with modern furniture. Bed was very firm. Staff was so helpful they would give you their kidney if you asked. There is a place that serves homeless meals so there were a lot of unhoused people in the area, but you have to scan your room card to get into the lobby and again to go up the elevators so there was no issue there.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Inside the hotel felt safe. The downside was the area surroundings. There were homeless people sleeping around the hotel. The monument park across the street. The only area to walk the dogs there were used hypodermic needles all over. They were brave to mix or using drugs in the daytime. The smell of marijuana in the valet garage. Made our trip to New Orleans unpleasant.

If you are flying, definitely the best place to stay in New Orleans. Able to walk pretty much anywhere downtown from the hotel. Great location!!!! If you have a car though, the nightly parking fee is kind of expensive but understandable downtown. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to New Orleans..

This hotel was so close to the French Quarter, in walking distance. But it is not in the safest section of the town, and this caused inconvenience in calling taxi/uber; We walked to the major restaurants in the early evening, but after dinner around 10 PM it was not a pleasant walk to come back. The taxi and uber did not want to give you a ride since it is in less than $4 distance. But this could be a different/better scenario at later days of the month when the town is more crowded.

I liked the hotel but my room was missing the shutters so at night it wasn’t completely dark, the light in the bathroom was malfunctioning flickering like a strobe light thank god I don’t have epileptic seizures. The couch needs to be refurb it’s worn all the way down. Bed was ok pillows are super small. The area is full of homeless people laid on the sidewalks shooting up drugs and leaving needles in the street.

I enjoyed my stay here. I have stayed in TONS of French Quarter hotels and this property will be my new “go to” place. The free breakfast was nice and something that’s VERY rare to find in a FQ hotel. i enjoyed the pool and utilized the fitness center as well. I also got to partake in the “Evening Social” which is only offered on Wednesdays but my stay included a Wednesday. The property is a very short walk from the bus that will take you to and from the airport. At $1.25 a ride, it’s foolish to use a taxi or Uber/Lyft. The only negative to this hotel is the WiFi was poor. I did join Hilton Honors which the hotel says is required for free WiFi but even so it was spotty and uneven for my entire stay. This isn’t the 1990s….this really should be fixed as I have never seen it this bad at any other hotel. Other than this one complaint, I am a very happy customer.

Room was located at further most point of hotel. Water pressure was not good. Sink was a dribble. The shower body soap and shower conditioner was completely empty. Carpet getting off second floor needs a good cleaning, place looked dirty. There were no USB ports in the room for charging technology. The light blanket did not completely fit the king bed, seems it was wrong size. Launderette was broken and could not be used even though there were more than one washer and dryer, still not available to patrons. Breakfast spread was good however eggs were luke warm. People were nice, location convenient, also lobby and seating area for breakfast was absolutely freezing.

The property was overall fine, and it was close to the French Quarter. I had a few issues that were frustrating. The check in process took 30min. There was only one person working, two families ahead of me, and I just thought it took way too long. The breakfast was advertised as ending at 9:30am, but getting down there at 9am meant the staff was beginning to take items back or meant that they wouldn't restock items. Again, frustrating because while I didn't want or expect a full breakfast, I did expect to be able to grab a bagel and cup of juice without issue. Finally, the rooms are cleaned every other day. Our trip was four days three nights so we expected the room to be cleaned on Tuesday(as we arrived on Sunday). Well when we got back to our room Tuesday night, the bed was made, but we didn't have clean towels, etc.. To their credit, when called, the front desk did send someone up with towels for us. All in all, I wouldn't say the hotel is terrible, it was adequate, but the three things I mentioned were problematic.

This was my third time at this hotel in two years. There are plenty of options available for their breakfast. All the staff that I’ve encountered were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend that when you go to New Orleans that you stay here.

For a 3 * hotel it is what we expected and were OK with. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Nit what was on offer but lack of! Some days no yogurt, some no muffins, some no fruit and worst of all one day with 45 minutes of breakfast time left NO milk!!!
