The rooms are good and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The negative part is the neighbourhood. It’s quite dodgy. We were told to be careful after midnight, and there is nothing around the area. We decided to end our stay early for security reasons. I’m waiting to see if we’ll get a partial refund.

We had a wonderful stay at Residhome Rosa Parks. The location is extremely convenient for getting around Paris, with the RER E station and several bus stops just a few steps away. The nearest Metro station is about a 10-minute walk, making it easy to reach all the major attractions. One feature we really appreciated was the complimentary water station in the reception area, where you can refill bottles with chilled still or sparkling water—especially refreshing after spending time in the summer heat. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and able to communicate in English, which made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchenette was very well equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, saucepans, a frying pan, plates, bowls, cutlery, a chopping board, knives, and other cooking utensils. It had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The hotel also provided a useful welcome pack containing a sponge, scourer, and a dishwasher tablet. The only minor drawback was that the dishwasher is quite small, and some of the larger plates didn't fit comfortably inside. The bathroom was well stocked with body wash/shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, tissues, fresh towels, and a hairdryer, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Although the rooms are simple yet adequate, the air‑conditioning is ineffective to the point of being unusable. The Air Con is just a built-in ceiling fan that neither blows cold air nor chills the room. I would NOT recommend staying here during the warmer summer months. Our request for a fan was met with “we don’t have any,” which offered no solution. Note even the TV is smart so you have to endure French day time TV .. No Netflix , YouTube or Amazon Prime to help you bear the hot rooms.. Why pay 17 euros for a bland breakfast in house , dont bother when you have Lidl next door and many Cafes too.? A number of reception staff struggled with both English and basic customer service , choosing to have chat between theselves , even when they know you are waiting. So at times they ignored us, gave curt replies, or appeared uninterested in assisting. We chose this property for the cooking facilities and the price, but next time we would prefer to pay more for functioning air‑conditioning and a higher standard of service. There's the metro near by and Uber is 15 euros one way to Paris Centre. However we will NOT be staying at Residhome Paris Rosa Park again.

We were told by the employee at the checking desk to wait until the other worker was done with her lunch break to check us in. The AC in the room didn’t work and Paris is really hot in July. The night employee didn’t really care either. The rooms in the hotel itself are great but the staff is NOT. Such a shame because it’s a really nice place.
