My second visit to this superbly located hotel. The rooms are very confortable and always provided a good night's sleep. The spa is good too. One observation I have is that they need more reception staff - the ones they have seem to spend all their time in the back room and there's no obvious way (like a bell) to let them know you are waiting. On my previous visit, someone was always visibly on the desk. Nonetheless this remains one of my favourite hotels in Paris and I hope to return soon.

Tsuba ia a terrific place to stay. A beautiful place to stay. Every detail is thought out. The staff is friendly and helpful always. The only reason for the good vx. excellent is that the gym/spa has nothing to offer beside some cardio. A hotel advertising a gym should have a gym-- as thought out as much as the rooms. Sets of dumbells, and some machines for weight lifting would be great. There was no reason to even visit. Most home gyms are much equipped with a real gym than the Tsuba gym. It is the Achilles heal of an amazing hotel. I hope to return when a gym is installed. Thank you!

Alles war perfekt Hotel super gut gelegen sehr schon, das einzig was uns negativ aufgefallen ist, ist das die Sauna um Kraftraum nur auf Vorbestellung genutzt werden kann, sonnst alles ok

La camera deluxe è abbastanza grande, ben arredata e con un bel bagno; la nostra dava sulla strada e quindi era un po’ rumorosa anche se al 5 piano. Personale gentile. It’s an interesting location. The street is more of a pass through to other major streets, so it seems awkward at first, especially at night when you can’t see around the corners to the other streets. But the staff is outstanding, the lounge is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast and food orders to the room were not disappointing. And it less than a 5 min walk from all the pharmacy, grocery, and supplies you need, as well as cafe’s, bakeries, an of course the Arc de Triumph. Le Tsuba is the first hotel I’ll be looking up when we go back to Paris.

The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean and silky. Most of the staff were generally friendly, but the lady who checked us in on Sunday afternoon wasn’t very pleasant. I had requested a high-floor twin room, but the best she could offer was on the second floor. The sauna was really nice, but the one-hour time limit felt a bit rushed.

É a segunda vez que fico no Le Tsuba. Acho os funcionários da recepção muito simpáticos e prestativos, com menção especial a Angelina, que fez o meu check in. Dessa vez, fiquei em um quarto maior, é posso dizer que valeu muito à pena. O conforto é outro. Gosto muito do silêncio que a localização para um pátio interno dá. O banheiro também é maior e a ducha é ótima. As amenities de banho também são boas. Acho muito boa a localização do hotel, com muitos restaurantes, cafés, mini mercados e lojas de vinho. Gosto da chaleira de água quente para fazer um café ou chá. Pontos negativos dessa viagem: a cama poderia ser mais confortável, bem como os travesseiros. Os funcionários da limpeza poderiam ser mais atentos aos pedidos dos hóspedes: passei a semana pedindo para colocarem creme hidratante no quarto, mas não fizeram; eles não repunham todos os dias os chás e cafés, no último dia, levaram o cobertor extra que tinha pedido no primeiro dia, sem motivo.

Wonderful hotel and staff! The rooms are clean, decent sized, comfortable beds, pillows and nice bedding. Mattress is clean, and it looked like the mattress cover was disposable. Walking distance to major sites and multiple metro stations. The staff is very helpful, and welcoming. Room was ready for check in hours prior to our arrival, and the check out process was super smooth. I was able to do most of the check in and check out things online ex. Pay fees, schedule check out and so on. Wonderful bathroom with a spacious shower. Loved every life detail like the hotel sticker on the toilet paper, the body lotion and so on. Wonderful a/c. This hotel is worth every penny!

During my stay, I encountered two issues that impacted the quality of the experience. First, the television remote had intermittent functionality, particularly with the power button, making it difficult to operate the TV reliably. Second, the television did not offer access to CNN, which I consider a basic amenity—especially given the rate we were paying. Oppholdet var bra. Hotell Le Tsuba ligger i et fint område. Vi fikk rom rett over inngangsdøren i 1.etg med fryktelig mye støy. På sengen legger de et trekk av plast for å beskytte madrassen, noe som gjorde at nettene var klamme og ekle og ganske ubehagelige og ødela dessverre den ellers gode opplevelsen vi hadde av hotellet. Frokosten var virkelig kjedelig, og hadde svært lite utvalg. Vil absolutt anbefale reisende å bruke pengene på frokost i en av de nærliggende resturantene som alle serverte nydelig frokost, og til en rimeligere pris en på hotellet.

Le Tsuba Hotel is unusually attractive, and the staff were very helpful. I asked for restaurant recommendations and late check-out. My room was clean, bright, and quiet. (If quiet is a top concern, ask for a quiet room when you reserve.) The hotel is a six minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe; it’s amazing to see it when you walk up the block and turn the corner. It’s also close to two Metro stations. I really liked this hotel.

Room The room was very nice and clean. A bit small, you’ll need to be mindful when opening and storing large bags. Despite the size, it is designed well to accommodate you and has good amount of storage closets. The bathroom was more spacious and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The ac worked very well and kept us nice and cool (even had to turn it down because we got too cold at some point). They gave us a welcome gift with free water, both still and sparkling, juice and snack. One other thing we were surprised about is they didn’t have an iron in the room, but available by request. Location The location was great! It was only a block away from the Arc de Triomphe and fairly close to the Eiffel Tower. The subway is also very close, affordable, and very reliable. Service The front desk staff were very accommodating and great source to find restaurants and locations within the city. My second visit to this superbly located hotel. The rooms are very confortable and always provided a good night's sleep. The spa is good too. One observation I have is that they need more reception staff - the ones they have seem to spend all their time in the back room and there's no obvious way (like a bell) to let them know you are waiting. Excellent staff—Ali at the breakfast, Mateo, the young lady and other gentleman at the front desk. The lady that cleaned the room. Everyone was very friendly. Amazing stay at Le Tsuba and great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Tsuba! I wish I had gotten his name, but the front desk agent who checked us in on the afternoon of 9/21 went above and beyond to make our stay special. He noticed on my passport that my birthday was the following day, and the next day our room was decorated with rose petals, balloons, and a special birthday card and chocolate! It was so sweet, and such a nice touch. Really appreciated. Le Tsuba was well located, a very quick jaunt to the Arc De Triomphe. Would stay again!

Il est fort dommage que le service de la réception ( chargée d’accueil blonde) ne soit pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Les autres membres du personnel (petit déjeuner, barman et réceptionniste du matin) ont été très bien. Il est nécessaire de demander plusieurs fois qui n’est pas effectué. Great location to get around the city. Felt grilled every time we went down for breakfast - ensuring that we were on the list for breakfast-got old after 5 days. But breakfast was good. Room wasn’t ready at check-in had to wait 40 minutes for housekeeping. Keys stopped working after a few days had to get them reset.

Located in a nice area, easy access (short walking distance) to the Metro, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, and at least 2 proper convenience stores and pharmacy on the same street. Staffs were very helpful in making restaurant recommendations and reservations. Big window. Bright and airy room. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It’s an interesting location. The street is more of a pass through to other major streets, so it seems awkward at first, especially at night when you can’t see around the corners to the other streets. But the staff is outstanding, the lounge is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast and food orders to the room were not disappointing. And it less than a 5 min walk from all the pharmacy, grocery, and supplies you need, as well as cafe’s, bakeries, an of course the Arc de Triumph. Le Tsuba is the first hotel I’ll be looking up when we go back to Paris.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Tsuba. Although we mostly kept to ourselves and came and went quietly, the hotel made a great impression on us. The location is simply fantastic just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, yet tucked away on a peaceful street that feels charming and relaxed. It was the perfect balance between being close to everything and still enjoying a quiet night’s sleep. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was excellent something we really appreciated during the warm summer days in Paris. There are also several fantastic little bistros just around the corner, making it easy to enjoy great food without having to venture far. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with a calm atmosphere, Le Tsuba is an excellent choice. We would happily stay here again.
