Nice pool and hot tub. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly!

Food and shopping close by. Not enough parking though.

Hot tub did not work optimally but beyond that it was a great stay. Comfortable & clean.

There was not much too like. EXTREMELY NOISY spent two nights with people trying to jump through the ceiling. When we called the front desk and complained they stated they had already talked to the party above us and mentioned they were having a birthday party and that there was nothing more that they could do about it. I believe there was only 1 staff person on duty as earlier I had stopped by the front desk and another customer said that the staff person just went up to the second floor for another issue. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain and one of the window shades were broken and would not go up and down. Parking seemed to be a problem on Saturday as the lot was very full of cars. Along the roadway and parking area's they have huge potholes. It did not appear that a lot of effort was put into maintenance of this facility and surrounding area's. The entrance to the swimming pool was not working and you had to have staff come to the pool to gain entrance.

The breakfast was hit or miss. Great the first day, but not so good the next two and then great the 4th day. The pool and hot tub were shutdown for cleaning. I believe it was due to a Baby Ruth in both but can't confirm that. I picked this hotel for the breakfast and hot tub. So I was disappointed.

Room was dusty and dirty. Hotel it's self seems to need some updating. The doors in the hallway were filthy from shoes, and paint was chipped in the halls and in the room. Room was very quiet, and staff was very friendly.

When on vacation, I do not expect to change the bedding in our room. Found a Kleenex and blood stain on the sheets. The guy at the front desk brought up a new set for us to put on.

The shower was not super clean

Property was clean but you could tell it was a busy place with lots of turnover. Chairs and carpet were worn and bathroom could use a refresh to keep to the standards of the many Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Staff was friendly on arrival.

The air conditioner didn’t work properly, very hot in room. Told desk and they didn’t seemed concerned. Mentioned to room service and they said oh that again. They didn’t want to really do anything above and beyond because I booked through Expedia

Bed was terrible. Hampton used to be known for being comfortable. Now they have cheap thin mattresses.

Stayed in Room 217. Location is great with Texas Roadhouse and Olive Garden right there. Other options really close as well. You're away from the lake wind up on top of the hill so your weather is different that what's down by Superior. Beds were good, pillows are complete puff no support. I always bring my own, but these pillows completely collapse down to almost nothing under you. Heat in the room was easily managed. We were able to bump to 70 on heat during the day and drop it to 65 on cool to sleep and it changed within a few minutes. At hotels you can always tell how good the maintenance crew is by checking the filters on the wall unit. These were cleaned recently. Shower was decent with good pressure. Vanity sink was clogged and wouldn't drain so I had to remove the drain plug and take out a big ball of hair. That was nasty. The cold water was clear, but the hot water was really chalky, opaque, full of minerals, almost looked like milk. We ran it for several minutes and it didn't clear up. Breakfast is above average for hotels I'd say. Standard waffle irons, cereals, oatmeal, fridge of yogurt, fruit, but also changed the hot options each day from eggs and sausage to biscuits and gravy. We only stayed the weekend so it was nice to have two different breakfasts. I am not a coffee genius, but I didn't care for theirs and they only had packet sweeteners and half and half...no flavored creamers. Workout room was great and had free bottled water.

Beds are hard

Great check in experience. Spacious room. Most comfortable bed on our 2 week trip. Sound proof room.

Window shades had holes in them. Only one of the electric window shades worked. Room wasn't cleaned and turned down one day of our stay.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Close to mall and easy walk to the restaurant next door. Staff was helpful and quick check in. Would stay here again.

We arrived about an hour early. They didn’t chastise us but were so polite and welcoming.

The hotel’s cleanliness, staff etc are fine. My issue is the fact that even though my reservation was made and confirmed 8 weeks ago, we were told at check in that the hotel was now oversold and the room we had booked was no longer available. It was available when I booked - that’s why I booked. The fact that you oversold AFTER I made my reservation should NOT affect my booking. First time staying at a Hampton - could be the last.

How to problem with the door, locking, call the front desk, was adjusted perfectly in less than 15 minutes. That was excellent service.

The room was clean, although one if the top blankets on one queen bed had something on it, not a stain, it was definitely dirty. I didn't notice until i went to pack, but those should be cleaned each time too. Everything else was good, excellent breakfast and I want to give a shout out to Brandon at the front desk, he was very helpful in giving us some great places to visit to make our trip even more memorable. His kindness and hospitality we're exceptional, thanks Brandon!

My experience was not pleasant. Reading the reviews of others, this was an anomaly. It started with the check in process. My reservation took multiple attempts (on the computer to find). When I finally got to my room I had to use the bathroom. While doing so, a gentleman (maintenance man) began to enter my room. Gratefully I was able to stop him before he entered all the way. I was angry and embarrassed and immediately went to the front desk. In retrospect, I should have handled it differently, but, I was stunned this could happen. I eventually spoke to the manager. He was impatient, condescending, and unprofessional. We were in town for a baseball game, and I was late, so I did not stick around. Yes, eventually, in a text, I was asked to stop by the desk when I returned. I was done with it and did not stop. Having said all of this, it is a beautiful hotel close to shopping and restaurants.

Great location!

Loved the property. Our family stayed there for our son's graduation. The place was nice, updated, clean and the rooms were so spacious. Walking distance from several restaurants. Texas Roadhouse was literally across the parking lot. The staff at check-in was super efficient and friendly.

The property felt new and clean. Breakfast was great, although some options weren't available-empty cartons. The pool was small. The staff were mostly friendly. The front desk guy was a little snippy. The bedding was really nice.

Property was very clean and in good condition (except jets for hot tub weren't working). Friendly staff, good breakfast options - need to improve breakfast seating, more guests than seating and many had to take food back to their rooms to eat. Also, did not like the sliding "barn door style" bathroom door - couldn't lock it and it is a target for young childrrn to want to play with.

The Hampton was a great hotel. Excellent service, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. I was surprised that our room wasn’t made up at all, I expected a general tidy up and the bed made but I was still very happy overall.
