Great location for restaurants and bars. I can't blame the hotel for the noise, as they are in the middle of everything, but the noise was certainly not disclosed. I prepaid for two nights, and the management made me change rooms after the first night. Due to the music and bar noise until after 3:30am, I chose to stay elsewhere, and they were accommodating with a partial refund. Be advised, no elevator.

El servicio es pésimo, la habitación sucia y el baño horrible, da asco bañarse en un baño cómo ese, apenas abres la puesta y huele a caño y humedad El piso del baño está sanamente sucio da asco. Las sábanas parecen de gasa de lo viejas que están, percudidas y con manchas, me tuve que dormir sobre la colcha. El aire acondicionado no sirve y no tiene ventilador. Las cortinas están agujeradas de viejas además de sucias. Yo creo que hay chinches o pulgas porque amanecí con ronchas. El ruido de la calle se escucha fuertísimo, parece que tienes fiesta en la habitación. No hay estacionamiento y el desayuno que ofrecen es malo y raquítico. Solo incluye huevos o chilaquiles y café. En general no lo recomiendo por ni aunque me paguen. No se cómo lo promocionan en "Hoteles.com"

El hotel está a medio remodelar, todavía tiene paredes rebanadas y sin pintar, no tiene donde colocar la toalla, donde colocar jabón y shampoo para bañarse, ni donde colocar el papel de baño. De ahí en más, está limpio que es lo más importante para descansar con tranquilidad. El restaurante está muy bien, la comida rica y de precios accesibles.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The area is full of restaurants and stores. Very close to the Malecon, easy walk. I stayed on a Friday and the club nearby was rocking until the early morning hours. If you're into that good, if you want to sleep not so much. Bring earplugs.

Loved this small hotel, got the remodeled room and I loved it ! AC WORKS AMAZING! Such a nice bathroom, will come back again and 1 min away from the malecón and close to bars and restaurants!

Le dije al personal de la mañana que quería la misma habitación donde me había quedado un el día anterior y me dijo que si estaba bien. Cuando llegue en la noche hacer el checking la chica me da otra habitación y le dije que yo había dejado dicho que quería la misma y me dijo que el personal que estuvo en la mañana no le informo nada y pues esa habitación se la habían dado a otras personas. Muy mala comunicación por parte del personal.

Desde la llegada, sin estacionamiento propio te mandan a un lote en el cual el tipo que "Atiende" es un patán Servimar se llama el lugar. La recepcionista de la tarde noche me cobró una vez. Subí a la habitación y al bajar, que no me cobró $300.00 pesos más. Los pagué en efectivo.El hotel en Reparación ,a las 08:00 a. m. Empezaron a martillar, la habitación de al lado hecha un caos por la reparación.Pasamos dos noches ahí, y el día del check out el recepcionista (hombre) me dijo que su compañera no me cobró bien y le hizo falta hacerlo. Pero si no ponen atención a sus clientes y están metidos en el celular.La recepcionista nocturno las dos mañanas que salí a las 06:00 a. m. a caminar, estaba bien dormida detrás del mostrador. La verdad fue una mala experiencia y más porque invité a mi hija por su cumpleaños y a una amiga mía. No volvería a ese hotel.

I liked this hotel. Its basic but clean. The staff was great. The location is amazing but expect a little noise because it's by all of the bars. There are restaurants located below the hotel and you can walk anywhere near the malecón. Great deal.

Estan renovando los cuartos pero sin problema de nada hotel muy limpio tranquilo a una calle del malecon el area muy alegre la gente muy amable en la planta baja tiene restaurant y totalmente recomendable los desayunos en general muy contentos con nuestra estancia, regresariamos sin problema gracias por todo

Estan renovando los cuartos pero sin problema de nada hotel muy limpio tranquilo a una calle del malecon el area muy alegre la gente muy amable en la planta baja tiene restaurant y totalmente recomendable los desayunos en general muy contentos con nuestra estancia, regresariamos sin problema gracias por todo

The property is quite dilapidated but clean and comfortable if you just need an economical place to stay. There is NETFLIX, free bottles of water and AC if you want it. The staff are very friendly. The adjacent restaurant is excellent for breakfast - big servings and good value - fruit salad was especially good. It is located just off the Malecón and close to the bus station. Downside is just the very old fittings and the showers that take ages for warm water to arrive! Can be a bit noisey as there are bars and restaurants all around.

El hotel está a medio remodelar, todavía tiene paredes rebanadas y sin pintar, no tiene donde colocar la toalla, donde colocar jabón y shampoo para bañarse, ni donde colocar el papel de baño. De ahí en más, está limpio que es lo más importante para descansar con tranquilidad. El restaurante está muy bien, la comida rica y de precios accesibles.
