Couldn’t fault the staff. Excellent location. The room was cold and wasn’t spotless. Floor was sticky. It’s ok if you are just needing a bed for one night but cleaning could be improved.

Extremely disappointing! Avoid this hotel! I stayed here with my wife from October 1st to 3rd, 2026, and honestly felt completely ripped off. The only positive thing is the location. The room was ridiculously small, we could hear everything from the neighboring room. There was barely enough space for two people, let alone two suitcases. The bathroom was unbelievably tiny and uncomfortable. Even worse, the photos on the website are extremely misleading and do not represent the room we were given. I would have changed hotels immediately if I had been able to find another room elsewhere. Unfortunately, I couldn’t. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

A clean place to get yourself relaxed but as for sleeping.. just hope you are not spending more than one night and that you dont have anything important the next day. The walls are paperthin, you can hear literally everything; from the street, the neighbors… Also the bathroom reminded more of one on cruise ships… Tho I think i have had bigger bathrooms on those. At least the stuff was very nice and helpful!

You are obviously booking basic accommodation but what lost this place marks was the uncomfortable & squeaky mattress/bed. The lack of coat hooks, which given the size of the room is important and doesn’t take up more space. Great location though and it was non offensive

This is the worst place I've stayed in. I was charged a whopping £200+ for one night in this tiny little shoebox. You walk in the room and you have a shower/toilet pod next to you and a very small double bed in front of you, that's it. There isn't room to move or store baggage. No toiletries were provided. The smoke alarm light on the ceiling flashed all night. The walls were so thin you can hear other people talking and snoring. The bedsheets were faded and stained and the pillows were thin rubbish. The room key randomly stopped working and had to be replaced twice in the middle of the night by staff who spoke limited English. It was an absolute ripoff. Everything about it is designed to minimise cost, which might be fine if you're charging £30-£40 a night, but £200 is just disgusting.
