Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel

Dukes the palm, not 5 star. I compare it with very many other hotels i’ve stayed in in Dubai. It felt that i was at a charter hotel in an other country, than the normal Dubai luxury feeling you usually get here. So if you just want a bed, a clean hotel and only want something to put in your stomach for breakfast its ok. But if you stayed at other five stars in Dubai before, and wonder if Dukes could be the next good one, or its your first stay and you want the luxurious Dubai feeling, this is not the hotel for that. Few options at breakfast, you saw “ chefs” opening fabricated food Most boring breakfast ever. 8-10 min walk too the pool. Sun bed very close too each other. I guess only 200, so you must get there early to get one. They are Lower than normal beds. Small staircase and two ladders in too the pool, starcaise and ladders filled with kids playing, no place for them too stay, no kids area, pool was 160 cm all over. Bad plumbing, had to flush twice always, was the same in restroom and restaurant. Not possible to get taxi outside, they will offer you expensive hotel car. You must download uper app to get out and about. Best part was Ula by the pool, always good food and service. Its not part off the hotel though… but you can sign to room there. We had an really early flight and asked if we could check out the nigt before. That was not possible so we had to get up even earlier for that Will not go again, its not 5*
