There is no self parking. You have to valet and that's $60 a night! I honestly don't remember that being on their website; so, that was a surprise fee.

I picked this hotel specifically for the pool as my son loves to go swimming and we enjoy the hot tub. However, once we sat down in the hot tub the Saturday evening we were there, we were horrified to see that we were sitting in black murky water. It was so dirty that I'm worried we caught something. The pool itself was also extremely dirty. Regarding staff, they were rude 2/3 of the time. The girl checking me in did not tell me anything about the property, where my room was or anything. Waiting for the valet the first day I was there was a very long experience. As I had to be somewhere at a certain time, when I asked "Isaac" the valet attendant at the desk, he rudely told me they had a lot of people, then quickly went back to flirting with what looked like one of the waitresses from the barbie pop up next door (so there wasn't even a hotel restaurant). On top of that, it was never disclosed upon booking that valet was REQUIRED and $60/day. So they basically take a $60/night deposit so they can keep it. Otherwise, the hotel room itself was clean and had a nice view, with comfortable beds. So that was a plus.

Food was overpriced and only marginal. Hot tub (jets) were out of order. The hot tub was the sole reason for booking the hotel. Property was worn. It seems to be understaffed.

Not happy that the pool was closed due to maintenance. This was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. No email letting me know that it was not available. Room was noisy and the door fell of by the bureau by the microwave. Tv did not work in the gym room.

Overall, good stay. Clean hotel.However, Pool and hot tub weren’t open during our stay and it didn’t say it wasn’t on open on their website. Then, we got misinformed by the lady at reception that their sister hotel had a hot tub and it didn't.

The property itself is impeccably clean and well maintained. I was so comfortable in my room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I forgot my charger and one actually offered to lend me her personal one. There are so many dining options in the area. I will definitely stay here again.

They tell you check out is at 11am, but inside the room door it says 12. When we tried to get a late check out we were denied although the room was not ready for us until 4pm. Also dry ketchup in the carpet not cleaned. Not a good sign of overall cleanliness. Room 343

The stay was okay, but definitely one of the best one’s I have had. The room had a few issues I wasn’t so fond of. First one of the light in the above the entrance was not working. The door on the cabinet the refrigerator was in was broken. So there was a constant hassle with opening it to get to the refrigerator. Lastly, I accidentally dropped the remote off the bed so when I went to grabbed it I saw an excessive amount of dust between the mattress and headboard…

Outside and lobby were cute and clean. Elevators were dirty. Outlets in the room by the bed didn't work. Housekeeping does a poor job cleaning the rooms. Hair from a previous person was everywhere. I know it wasn't mine as i am bald.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of great restaurants and Mission Bay. My only complaint is that the wireless was terrible--utterly unusable. When using free wireless, my phone and laptop wouldn't load anything. They want you to pay for high-speed wireless, which I refused to do.

The location was so nice. The view from our room overlooking the harbor was such a treat. I loved looking out the window. The room was comfortable. The bed and pillows were so nice I slept so soundly. The only thing I didn’t like was the $55 valet parking. That was excessive in my opinion.

Parking was an outgrageos $55 a night. I also booked a room with a view of the bay for my anyversary and got room 335, and there was a huge column obstructing any possible view and behind that huge column you could see a useless area that looked like an alley with a big duct. That room shouldn't even have a window and shouldnt be sold as a room with a view of the bay. The AC was loud. One of the doors on the counter had a broken hinge and the ironing board came of the wall when I was organizing my clothes. The bathroom door and closet door are the same rolling door. You eather close the bathroom or close the closet.

Hotel was very nice and in a decent part of town, the staff was amazing, they were very attentive and friendly. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the bay. Valet was very quick and always gentle with my vehicle. Not a far walking distance from the bay and walking distance to the USS Midway. Would definitely come back again!

Location was OK. Next time I would stay closer to the convention center area. We paid for a harbor view room and got a partial view with hotel maintenance area right outside our window. Would have been better higher up. While there, restaurant was only serving breakfast. sheets and pillows could have been nicer. valet service was great.

The room design is very well thought out for a small space. The pillows and mattress could use an upgrade. Staff was polite and helpful. I’m hooked on Hilton vs the other brand that rhymes with chariot. Great stay!

The property itself was fine and the location was good. Unfortunately the Hilton staff charged me nearly a thousand dollars in error and across 3 days failed to refund me as they promised they would. I have now left and am continuing to try to get a refund for a random charge that they admitted was in error. They claim that it will come through in 7-10 days but previously told me to expect it the same night and then in 3 days and now say 7-10 days. I’m concerned about a continued hassle to be refunded for this erroneous charge.

I appreciate the welcoming and kind staff who assisted me with my reservation and check in process. I spoke to evening supervisor Rictor during my reservation process as I needed assistance with something. He was really kind and walked me through the process. During my check-in, I had the pleasure to be serviced by Rachel who was excellent in making the process quick and smooth. Less than an hour of checking in, Rachel reached out to me directly to check how everything went. During my stay she would greet me with a kind and welcoming smile. I really enjoyed my stay here and the staff were great!

Customer Service is not a part of this company’s standards, each person I encountered did not show any hospitality From checking into the room to finding out tv remote didn’t work & getting worse response to find out the cause, it took to much effort to get anything done same night. Next day asked for housekeeping prior to leaving & being gone all day, only to return No housekeeping. Spoke with a manager at front desk, only to say I didn’t request 24hrs prior, well we checked in after 11pm, was kit disclosed this info at all. Not to mention wasn’t the nicest manager. Oh and the kicker, you have to valet- no other parking option $55 per night. That wasn’t disclosed either upon arrival. A response I got, it’s posted on all platforms you book with. Checked my email & I’m afraid it’s not. This was my husband birthday weekend & this hotel kinda ruined my mood. I paid over $500 with a non disclosed deposit. So it’s very irritating to deal with all these issues & management/ employees could care less. And our room was facing rail road tracks

My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing and frustrating from the moment I arrived. The front desk receptionist, whose name was either Gianni or Giovanni, was shockingly unprofessional. Rather than greeting guests or addressing check-in efficiently, he was preoccupied chatting with his co-worker and showed little interest in providing even the most basic level of service. When I voiced my concerns about the inattentiveness, he responded by handing me a room key without a word and assigned me a room on the second floor—right next to the pool, gym, and ice machine. I was traveling with my mother, who suffers from migraines and desperately needs quiet to rest. This inconsiderate placement made our stay even more stressful and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, their website clearly states that parking is free. However, upon arrival, I was told there was no self-parking available and was charged $60 for valet. This misleading information felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Overall, this hotel lacked professionalism, honesty, and basic customer care. I strongly urge others to avoid staying here at all costs. There are plenty of other accommodations that value their guests—this is not one of them.

Overall, it was a great stay for the one night we were there. Would I stay again? Probably not. Some of the staff does not have the best customer service. We asked for a luggage roller to bring 8 pieces of luggage down the morning we checked out and were told they didn't have any. I was advised to come downstairs and check with Valet to which they didn't have any. I asked one of the girls working the front desk if they had any more in the back and she looked offended I asked if they had more in a different area. I was also told they didn't have any bellhops available to help bring the luggage down. My husband and I brought as many as we could down on the first trip and the valet asked if we needed help loading the car (probably looking for a tip) to which we replied we had it and actually needed help bringing it down. We did have a nice dinner at Monello that was only a 6 minute walk.

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. The front desk staff was friendly and allowed me to check in early. The room was nice and spacious. The housekeeping staff were very friendly as was the restaurant staff. The hotel is located walking distance from Little Italy and a trolley station, and the bay is two blocks away. I am definitely staying here again.

We stayed at the one-bedroom suite for several nights in November. We loved the kitchen, quiet room, friendly staff, and and convenient hotel location. It is walkable to the dock and nearby little Italy town. +10 minutes to the zoo and Sea World. The free breakfast was delicious and has healthy choices. Highly recommended.

This hotel was very nice. No self parking but $50 for valet and they are fast. They have a good happy hour for food and drinks that was nice. No free breakfast. Customer service at its finest. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. One and only thing our shower water pressure was very low.

The breakfast on the photos is not what you are going to get. Do not pay for breakfast when booking! You will have to pay $64 and get a voucher for only $56 to use at a restaurant. You will lose $8! Plus you have to convince the front desk to give you the voucher, which he won’t, so you have to talk to multiple people and have the restaurant manager go convince the hotel front desk to give him your voucher. The breakfast is an absolute SCAM!

The hotel was near the water and quiet. There was a nice restaurant in the hotel that had an excellent breakfast and a late-night bar. The Valet service was $60 per day! My only request during the two days was extra towels since they wanted us to reuse the towels and there was no towel bar for drying. The text message said they will be right up; however they never arrived.

Fairly uncomfortable to have a room outside a kids Barbie cafe….just looking out the window gave creep vibes. It was an awful room. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time to be comfortable.
