The hotel hasn’t made adequate provisions for parking so we had to park the car 3 miles away. The roads are being dug up for the new Thames tunnel so it took a taxi 15 mins which added £26 to our stay plus the inconvenience only to be refused a discount or refund on our booking. The ‘room’ is a tiny cabin and sound resonates so all in all a bad experience. Don’t stay here - plenty of better places to stay

A really nice friendly welcome and the hotel was very clean. Although our room did have a water view, you couldn’t really see it as the bed was up against the window. The room is very compact and the noise levels from other rooms was extremely high. We also attempted to have a drink on the roof Terrace to find out it was a private function so we weren’t allowed to have drinks but there was no notification of this before we climbed up the stairs.. come on check

none really.....we were not informed that the hotel was hosting an event which denied us access to the roof top bar, this being the main reason we booked the nights stay. So disappointed this information was not relayed to us. Also then to have to wait before we could order food due to the event taking priority. Room was much smaller than we hoped, and not being informed of the one plug socket beforehand, only to find out through another guest that there was a 2nd socket "hidden" behind the bed. Why is this not explained upon arrival. Just very poor service. Wont be choosing the hotel again.

Very modern hotel in excellent location. Room clean and tidy and gorgeous roof bar at the top. For a overnight stop in the area, great choice including options to Greenwich via cable car.

The most filthy and disgusting hotel I have seen in a long time. Stained carpets, odor from bad plumbing and abroken lift (I stayed 3 nights and didnt see anyone trying to fix it). Super small bathroom. After I saw how cleaning team uses the same cloth to wipe the toilet and then a desk, I opted-out of the cleaning service. It's beyond me how does this hotel have such high rating. Avoid at all cost.

It was a run-down hotel on an old container ship. It should have been a 2 stars hotel rather than a 4 star hotel! They have invested everything in making the lounge area looks like a nice boutique hotel. Room had poor heating, freezing cold at night and the window completely wet with condensation. Double room had two truckle beds put together so woke up in the gap between the beds. Carpets were dirty in the room and corridors, the bathroom was very small and unfresh, the toilet did not work as it should so had to change room once. Lounge area and breakfast was fine.

The hotel was very clean and had a perfect location close to the ExCel center where my event was being held. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful when I needed to store my bags early before my checkin time.

The whole hotel needs a facelift. Cleanliness is a problem particularly in the rooms. Dusty services, unclean sheets, threadbare and very stained carpets. Also noise from other rooms is a huge issue, walls paper thin! Noticed they supply free earplugs so must be a constant issue. On a positive the breakfast was excellent!

Super friendly and hospitable staff. Smooth check in and check out. Super convenient if visiting the O2 thanks to the cable car right next door. Room was perfectly pleasant and clean with a nice bed. I would definitely stay here again if I was to visit the O2. The walls are fairly thin however so if you are someone who could be easily disturbed this may not be ideal (earplugs are provided). Charging plugs are quite slow/ no USB plugs in my room.

Lovely hotel in a great location. My only feedback comment is that having the bed across the room up aging the window makes it challenging for a 60 year old to get up during the night for a comfort break.

Pros- great for DLR, tesco express nearby, staff super helpful, room is a good size, good co-working space on the ground floor Cons - bit noisy - not the most soundproof rooms. But overall pros massively outweighed the sound bit.

My wife and I booked this with “ open eyes” and it worked brilliantly. Good transport to central London via DLR or Elizabeth line. Good value. Spotlessly clean and highly professional staff. Although no TVs in the room and the “ cabins” are smaller than many hotels, this worked so so well for us. Many thanks

We had a mid week stay for a music event Paul checked us in on reception and was super friendly, giving us tips on where to eat, and we even got an upgrade to a river view. This was lovely especially when it was dark. The room was so quiet and the bed was really comfortable that we had a great sleep We will definitely stay here again Thank you Paul

I had a great stay. the hotel is beyond clean and the room was nice and cozy. I would like to give a special shout-out to the reception team. in particular Paul, Adrian , Oscar, and Iram. The customer service was the best part of my stay. they were really lovely, friendly and took good care of me and my partner. I can’t thank them enough and will definitely be returning. 🙏

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Good Hotel London, and it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the friendly and amazing staff made me feel welcome and at home. The location is perfect, offering easy access to all the great attractions in London. The room was spotlessly clean and had a fantastic view. Although it was a bit on the smaller side, it was perfect for solo travelers or couples, offering a cozy and comfortable space. One of the highlights for me was the co-working areas. As someone who needed to get some work done during my stay, these spaces were incredibly convenient and well-designed. The vibe of the place is just wonderful – it has a relaxed, yet energetic atmosphere that makes it a joy to be there. I absolutely loved every moment of my stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting London!

Receptionists were very friendly, bartender can come across a little negative. Rooms are on the smaller side but considering price and location, seems nothing to complain about. Toilet was a little on the tight side but bed and everything else seemed premium and perfect. Would’ve been a 10/10 if we were told about the planes passing as it is very loud and can wake you up multiple times - they do provide you with ear buds.

I had a one night stay during an exhibition at London ExCel. The hotel is conveniently located, just an easy 5 minute stroll away. My room faced the water, which was lovely to wake up to. Unfortunately it is right under the flight path of planes leaving London City Airport, which is inevitable for this location but nonetheless it was very noisy. The room was tiny which was fine for a trip of this type but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. If you are a larger person I would avoid staying here. The staff were all friendly and the place was clean so I would stay here again.

The Good Hotel is conveniently located for The O2 as it is right next to the sky gondolas that take you right across the river. It is a few minutes walk away from the nearest train station. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet with a great story and reason for existing. The rooms are small but provide everything that is needed for a short stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Thebreakfast was not great- they ran out of hot cooked breakfast items and the staff just stood there and didn't apologise. We were also charged incorrectly as at check out were billed for 8 breakfasts rather than 4 even when we had pre-booked before our stay. Felt we were talked at and told we were wrong than listening to our explanation over this. Hotel was nice however and lovely and clean.

Can not fault the customer service. All staff were extremely polite and friendly. The room was clean and adequate for a one night stay. The hotel was in the middle of refurbishment but that didn't affect my stay. Only negative was the food. I would recommend going elsewhere. We didn't have a good experience for our evening meal. And we found the breakfast hot food was luke warm/cold.

In general the stay were fine. We had booked a normal room with seperate beds.....which turned out to be the smallest hotel room on the planet....we negotiated to pay a lot more pn top of what we already had paid, and ended in a very nice room. The location is good, the staff are excellent and even the breakfast is quite good. If only rooms were of same high standard or even had a tv...so all in all will still recommend the good hotel

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a bit all over the place, no seating plan etc. some of the food was cold. Plates were too small to serve for full English breakfast and dinning area was too dark and some what depressing. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Rooms were far too warm and we were unable to regulate the temperature. The staff were all lovely though.
