Good location, quiet, clean and the service is excellent.

Hotel is excellent but the rooms and bathrooms are too small. All the rooms bed linens towels are fresh

Very well kept hotel, clean and good value for money

An early start for the Eurostar was the reason for booking a hotel. The House of Toby was rated highly as being within 350m of St.Pancras station. The welcome on reception was warm and friendly and our room was sensibly proportioned and the shower facilities were first class. The bed was comfortable if a little small. The toilet systern needed attention as it leaked until given a gentle tap. Overall we slept well as the road in which the hotel.sits is nice and quiet. When we left our reception person wished us a pleasant day and he was cheerful and polite. Well worth the price!
