I was a little worried when they told us we were on the 4th floor - I tend to like to be up higher due to street noise - but the room was SO quiet! Very cute decor and good use of a small space. We also hosted a reception at Magic Hour on the roof and had a fantastic time. Everyone on staff, from checkin to reception to checkout, was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

The duvet was upside down and the room towels hadn't all been replaced. Three towels for four guests. The blind wouldn't open. Two of us were covered in very nasty flea bites. Lifts either didn't come or were full so we used the stairs. A gentleman was helpful on the lifts because one was out of order when we returned to get our cases, but to find a way down when the lift wasn't arriving wasn't simple. The man in luggage room was helpful. Music in reception was loud on arrival. Luckily it was only one night, and our other hotel was wonderful.

The hotell is on a good location. However they keep on “forgetting” to clean the rooms so you will be stuck taking your garbage out and carrying towels up to your room. Despite asking for it, it simply never gets done. Also they changed their check out time. Making it earlier than other similar hotels I’ve stayed at in NYC

Great stay! Super convenient and close to Times Square. Don’t sleep on the Moxy bar, restaurant or roof top bar! Staff was fantastic and made sure I had everything.
