Ett superbra boende, bra rum, sköna sängar, fräscha toaletter ute i korridoren. Nära till Pisas bästa pizzeria, samt 12 minuter att gå till flygplatsen. Ingår även enklare frukost om man inte flyger för tidigt på morgonen.

The property was super clean and spacious. The hosts went abive and beyind to provide additional toiletries, snacks, coffee, and water. It's also conveniently located 12 mins walk from the atation and 30 mins walk from the leaning tower.

Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Distanz sowohl zum Flughafen als auch zum Bahnhof, somit gut geeignet für einen Zwischenstopp. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von welcher in regelmäßigen Abständen Busse ins Zentrum fahren (im Bus kann man Tickets nur mit Karte zahlen, dabei gilt "one ticket, one card", also genug Karten dabei haben...) Das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren sehr sauber, das Bett war gemütlich und auch ohne die Buchung des "Breakfast" konnte man sich Kaffee machen und es lag abgepacktes Gebäck bereit. Das einzige Problem ist die Hellhörigkeit. man hört jedes Auto, jede Bus und vorallem vorallem jeden Scooter. Bei leichtem Schlaf könnte dies stören. Für eine Nacht würden wir die Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.

Whoever manages this property obviously wants to make the guests comfortable. From the free coffee and snacks in the room, to toothpaste, shampoo and other things in the bathroom, to a full size refrigerator available for storage. I would definitely stay here again.

Great room. Great place. Very good organisation for check in etc. Clean, tidy, everything you need. Shared bathroom but they are clean and well equipped. Great location. Brilliant pizza place 2 minutes walk away. We would stay here again for sure.

Great little hotel, just 15 mins walk from Pisa airport. Very helpful manager and nice large room. Pizzeria at the end of the road (recommended by hotel) was fabulous - delicious pizza and very busy - we were lucky to get a table. There's a bakery on the way back to the airport where we bought croissants the following morning. Shared bathroom not an issue - very clean and always available when we wanted it. Plus free refrigerated water available. Will stay again when flying from Pisa airport.

We had a lovely stay overall! The location was great, the place was clean and nicely cool, which we really enjoyed. The stay was very comfortable. Just a small note: the walls are a bit thin, and unfortunately, some other guests weren’t very considerate and used the microwave quite late at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep. Of course, its just something to be aware of depending on your sensitivity to noise. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

What a lovly place. Its a small hotel, 4 rooms whit 3 shared bathrooms. The rooms are big and nice, its cleaned every day. You get sweets and coffee, no breakfast. O ly 15 minutes walk from the airport. The owner, Michael, what a wonderful amd servicei minded person. So helpful. 20 minute walk to the trainstation, 40 minutes to the tower. Highley recommended. Do be aware, it is a little bit noicy, traffic and airplanes😊

We stay in this hotel for one night. It was close (15 min walk) to Pisa airport. It suited us as we had a 06:00 flight. We left our bags in the hotel and went out for the day. We hadn’t checked in or had a room. There is a passcode to get in and when we eventually got back to the hotel at 21:00 my wife’s phone had run out of charge so all communication with the hotel was missed. So luckily another couple could let us in to the hotel and when we managed to get my wife’s phone running again we could follow the instructions. This is more down to us not looking ahead and realising that everything with this hotel is over WhatsApp. The stay was fine. When we looked through the instructions everything was straightforward. The room and entire hotel is clean. Everything is explained in the WhatsApp texts and conversations. Overall for the price paid and location we were happy.

It was difficult for me as I did not have WiFi. I was let in the gate, but no response from the building. Thought I might have to sleep in the chairs in the garden. Luckily some residents let me in and made contact with the owner. I arrived by taxi and left by walking to the airport, which was very easy.

Michel was a great host! He contacted me prior to our trip to make sure we had all of the information needed for check in, as we had a late flight. His communication was thorough and he remained responsive with any questions we had. The hotel was simple, clean, well kept, and perfect for our quick overnight in Pisa (private room, shared bathroom, drinking fountain outside property for refillable bottles). Short 15 min walk to either airport or train station. Michel also recommended we try a local pizzeria a few blocks down and it was fantastic! Overall pleased with our stay and would stay again if needing an overnight stay in Pisa.

Michael is an excellent host. Very welcoming and helpful and he was eager to make our stay enjoyable which it was. The location is excellent for both Pisa and the airport. Having a lovely quiet air conditioning unit was also a huge bonus. The only thing that could be improved would be to make the rooms en suite instead of having a shared bathroom.

Great little hotel, just 15 mins walk from Pisa airport. Very helpful manager and nice large room. Pizzeria at the end of the road (recommended by hotel) was fabulous - delicious pizza and very busy - we were lucky to get a table. There's a bakery on the way back to the airport where we bought croissants the following morning. Shared bathroom not an issue - very clean and always available when we wanted it. Plus free refrigerated water available. Will stay again when flying from Pisa airport.

We stay in this hotel for one night. It was close (15 min walk) to Pisa airport. It suited us as we had a 06:00 flight. We left our bags in the hotel and went out for the day. We hadn’t checked in or had a room. There is a passcode to get in and when we eventually got back to the hotel at 21:00 my wife’s phone had run out of charge so all communication with the hotel was missed. So luckily another couple could let us in to the hotel and when we managed to get my wife’s phone running again we could follow the instructions. This is more down to us not looking ahead and realising that everything with this hotel is over WhatsApp. The stay was fine. When we looked through the instructions everything was straightforward. The room and entire hotel is clean. Everything is explained in the WhatsApp texts and conversations. Overall for the price paid and location we were happy.

The place is a bit further away from the Leaning Tower, but it is near both the airport and the train station, around 10-15 minute walk, so the location is good if you want to explore other cities near Pisa also. It is clean and it smells nice. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor and one of them was always available. Michael is also very nice, he even gave me his clothing iron to use. The pizza place near the accomodation which he recommended was faboulous, we ate dinner there 3 times. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I highly recommend it to everyone!

If you are looking for a nice walk to the tower this is absolutely doable, we walked at 7AM and by 7:40AM we are at the tower. You also have an excellent host Michael that provides everything you need and absolutely great pizza at nearby place paradisea. Thank you again Michael!

Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Distanz sowohl zum Flughafen als auch zum Bahnhof, somit gut geeignet für einen Zwischenstopp. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von welcher in regelmäßigen Abständen Busse ins Zentrum fahren (im Bus kann man Tickets nur mit Karte zahlen, dabei gilt "one ticket, one card", also genug Karten dabei haben...) Das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren sehr sauber, das Bett war gemütlich und auch ohne die Buchung des "Breakfast" konnte man sich Kaffee machen und es lag abgepacktes Gebäck bereit. Das einzige Problem ist die Hellhörigkeit. man hört jedes Auto, jede Bus und vorallem vorallem jeden Scooter. Bei leichtem Schlaf könnte dies stören. Für eine Nacht würden wir die Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.

What a lovly place. Its a small hotel, 4 rooms whit 3 shared bathrooms. The rooms are big and nice, its cleaned every day. You get sweets and coffee, no breakfast. O ly 15 minutes walk from the airport. The owner, Michael, what a wonderful amd servicei minded person. So helpful. 20 minute walk to the trainstation, 40 minutes to the tower. Highley recommended. Do be aware, it is a little bit noicy, traffic and airplanes😊

Whoever manages this property obviously wants to make the guests comfortable. From the free coffee and snacks in the room, to toothpaste, shampoo and other things in the bathroom, to a full size refrigerator available for storage. I would definitely stay here again.

Expedia promised an email with check in details 24 hours before but nothing. Had to phone to get information in the end. Property itself was just as described, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in room consisted of a coyote if cakes and tea machine.
