Room was very small, but doable for 2.5 days. Restaurant in hotel I would not recommend at all. Food was cold when I got it, then they told bought out microwaved portions of the food that was cold. It was overpriced and just not good. I should’ve known because it was empty every day I was there. No pool but not a big deal.

The room was smaller than expected but it but it was exceptionally clean and quiet, perfect for a weekend getaway where most of the time is spent outside the room. The restaurant downstairs was great, the service was not very quick and they ran out of some menu items. Great breakfast places within walking distance, easy parking and safe around the property. One of the better stays and affordable. We will certainly be back.

The hotel was excellent all except the elevators. The hotel has three elevators but only one worked. The staff stated two of the elevators stopped working after Mardi Gras. The one elevator that was in service had to be reset every other day. People would be on the top floors and had to walk down nine/ten flights of stairs. People even got stuck on the elevators. Other than that it was good.

The hotel is in a convenient location to Bourbon st and restaurants. It’s on the perimeter of the French quarter so is a bit quieter. If you do a hop on hop off bus tour, a stop is just down the street. The staff are kind and helpful. Also the bar happy hour was great!

Only 1 out of 3 elevators were working when I arrived. Then that 1 elevator started to have problems where they had to keep resetting it causing us to have to take the stairs from the 9th floor with a bad knee. That was not acceptable.

If I could give this hotel a 0/5 stars I would. My room smelled like dirty feet and my air conditioning did not work. I asked the staff to fix the air twice and they didn’t take care of it or offer me another room. My colleagues staying in another room had dirty toenails and a used razor in their shower. They didn’t clean their room the entire time we were there. DISGUSTING! Would never stay here again.

Front desk staff was amazing! Alicia and Alisha were literally the best! The 2 men that work in the evening and nights were equally great! Accommodating and friendly. The bar staff was also excellent. Tammy and Ben are great. Food and drinks were delicious! Only downside to this visit was the cleanliness of the rooms. It could be better. With black finishing the water and soap stains are very visible. Every time I requested a room clean up? The BARE minimum was done. The bed was barely made and room not swept well . Visible signs like a lid was left on the carpet, hair that wasn’t mine on shampoo bottles etc. Over all I gone the entire experience an 7/10. I would stay here again just from staff and good experience. I’ll come with my own cleaning supplies for more comfortability.

Room was very small and could use a deep cleaning. No iron/board in room, remote for tv wasn’t working properly, refrigerator only got cool not cold. I asked for a room away from elevator and ice machine but of course I got a room close to the ice machine and could hear every time someone used it. Moe, who works the front desk, was very professional and friendly. The hotel is walking distance from everything which was the only great thing about this place.

The room was small but adequate, by small I mean with the 2 double beds you could only enter in the middle. We also expected a bed change but came back late to our same soiled sheets. Yes unfortunately they were soiled! The toilet paper holder was pitiful. Every time I used it the roll ended up on the floor! Also I would suggest a bath tub mat as the shower got a little slick with the soap. Customer service was outstanding at the front desk especially with Alicia!

Proximity to Canal St, many sites and good restaurants is great. I felt safe inside the hotel but had to walk around several people laying asleep on the sidewalk, covered with dirty blankets (daytime and nightime) and other similar scenarious. I realize this is not the hotel's fault or responsibility. I loved the hotel overall but the water pressure in my shower was very, very low. I did not advise the front desk as I just didnt want the hassle.

Location, staff and overall condition of the hotel was good. I had an interior room, which was fine but I did find I needed to get to natural light once I woke up. There is about 5 interior room on each floor. (I.e. no exterior windows)

The room is great and up to date. It’s small but it didn’t matter to me I wasn’t in the room much. The shower pressure could’ve been better but the removable shower head made it a little better. I love the security guard that’s there on the weekends I guess I was waiting to see him Monday and it was another guy! The first guy was very informative and made my visit a lot better by talking to us and giving us local places to eat at and making us feel so comfortable and safe! I guess we came during a church convention and the kids there were noisy! They were EXTREMELY LOUD late hours at the night i literally had to yell at them to stop knocking running and yelling! Besides the noisy guest this visit was great !

Very nice staff, well furnished rooms and lobby, warm and welcoming vibe. Small room and bathroom was tight. We couldn’t maneuver 2 people in and out. Food was decent at the bar/restaurant but no music playing. There was either a basketball game on or silence which made the ambience somewhere I wouldn’t want to stay for a drink.

Valet could’ve been better. They were sloppy, slow, and only had 1 guy who would make guest feel welcomed. The guy behind the desk usually around 3 or 4pm was not on top of anything. Our group hated calling the front desk knowing he was the person who would respond. Valet and him really took the trip from 5 stars to 3. Shoutout to Alisha! She was phenomenal and great to guests. I would stay again but would interact with their staff less.

Staff was very unprofessional I was there at 10:30 a.m. as Im a gold elite member of IHG got off a cruise.they would call me they never called me and ithey made sure it was until 4:00 p.m. that I could check it. Staff had very foul language acted like children. Very disappointed and was treated like garbage in my opinion, im in the industry for 40 years and could not believe what i saw.

Indigo was a great place to stay in New Orleans. It was in an area that is more business oriented but walking distance to all the fun stuff, meaning we could sleep without lots of noise and drunk people! It’s also very beautiful inside and the front desk people were so helpful and friendly!

The property is slightly isolated and homeless hang out nearby. Honestly homeless were all over NOLA, but none of them bothered us. Just be aware of your surroundings and keep moving. The hotel was super close to canal and bourbon street

We got a competitive rate in an area that's close to the French Quarter. However, the area was not as quiet as we had hoped. One reason is the streetcar that runs right past the hotel late at night and early in the morning; another is the pickup by big, noisy trucks of garbage containers next to the hotel. The staff was friendly, but when you get a text message from the front desk every day asking if everything is fine, it doesn't help if you don't get a response when you alert them to an issue in your room (our toilet was loose and had to be fastened). Good price, but not ideal if you're sensitive to noise.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo a couple of years ok and my stay was ok but this go around, they made some serious changes and it was a really nice experience! They have a downstairs bar and restaurant which was really nice and the food was good.

The printed breakfast menu had most item crossed out and unavailable. The waiter was just okay. However, we had a very good appetizer at Happy Hour, and our Bartender Grant was great. We very much enjoyed talking with him. Internet access wasn’t very good and we did better without the hotel’s WiFi. It was great that the hotel was right at the St Charles trolley car stop. I recommend taking the trolley to the end of the route and back. Also, we very much appreciated the late room service on our first day; thank you. Full Disclosure: we forgot to leave a tip for the maids. We apologize! How can we remedy this?

I loved the property, the staff were very friendly. My only complaint would be the price for the breakfast buffet and the breakfast wasn’t good. The guy that was over the breakfast didn’t advise that it was a breakfast menu as well, and didn’t give us the option to choose. But other than that I did enjoy my stay.

Came to celebrate my mother's birthday. Selected this hotel for location. Easy to get around and friendly staff... if you want to enjoy sitting outside please book a room with a balcony. If you need some directions on where to go hopefully Carl is working to help you. The food was good... a little slow coming out so just order a extra drink while you wait. We didn't have hit water on our last day there however, they offered complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. Overall I would definitely stay here again for the price point.
