We called and spoke with a manager about bringing dogs with us. We were not informed that there would be $100 extra per night for the dogs. Upon arrival the woman at the desk was very lost with our check--in and it took her phone calls and 30 minutes to complete check in. We paid the extra $300 in dog fees but should have been told that up front. We will not be staying here again.

Room and public areas clean, staff friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a big disappointment, orange juice was bad, entire arrangement looked like an afterthought. Facility advertised indoor pool when asked staff said there is no pool.

Nice, clean room with nice amenities. Staff were very nice and check-in was easy. Ice was only available on the first floor, and the hallways were not air conditioned, which was odd. Breakfast was the standard fare, which was fine. We would stay here again.

Pleasant checking. Hotel in good condition. My only negative is cooking on third floor causing strong smell . Should not be cooking on floors where rooms are. Should be done in communal areas.

When you approach the building it is really dirty. You enter the lobby and you think not bad. Then you go into the room and you are tired from traveling. You notice mold on the ceiling, dirty carpet, holes in the wall, etc. Breakfast the next morning has something that is suppose to be eggs, but look like maybe flat cornbread (not sure). When we left we called Wyndham to complain & they told us we should have complained to the front desk. Why? It is not my responsibility to tell them how to keep the hotel. They have CHOSEN not to do so. They are business people!! They should know how to maintain a safe and cleanly environment!! I am not their mother or boss!

The room itself was average. And the beds were clean and comfortable. The walls are terribly thin; could hear people next door talking and our tv was on. The problem I had was lots of mold in the bathroom. Numerous places. The ceiling in the bedroom area obviously had water damage and desperately needed maintenance. Same in bathroom. The breakfast was a joke. Nothing but boxed sausage and pre made egg circles from a box. Yes, the price was decent for the stay. So in all fairness, the part that was disappointing and unacceptable was the mold. Oh and there was hair on the shower walls and tub didn’t drain. I stood in 3 inches of water while I showered. Do not recommend unless you don’t care about the latter park of my review.

We found a bug in our bed and there was no soaps. Floors look like they were not vacuumed. We ended up not even staying after 30 minutes to us checking in. Went to different hotel. Did not get a refund

The carpets are stained and worn out, and The toilet had black mold in the bowl and on the bottom of the toilet seat. I know it is a pet friendly motel, but by morning I couldn't breathe which tells me the rooms aren't cleaned well after a pet stays in them. We had to leave early, I couldn't take another night of not being to breathe. Pictures show a much nicer place. They didn't even offer any kind of discount, they charged me for the entire 2 day stay.

Unique decor! Lovely. Noisy area with highway there. Take earplugs! Overhead noise was quite noticeable, although quiet at night. We took a trip upstairs to see what was above us, and I think someone (the manager?) lives up there and has little ones. We were in Room 205. Also, if ceilings were concrete, like most hotels, I don’5 think we would have heard the thumping from the running around if kiddies!

Room was not updated to have internet streaming options on the TV and no charging stations for my phone and I did not carry my electric cube with me because I'm used to the facility having this upgrade in the rooms usually on the nightstands or desk at least

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the hotel was generally quiet. The only issue was the ice machine which was right next to our first floor room. It was very loud when it was running before it made more ice and it could be heard in the room. We also heard every person who came to get ice. It would be helpful if there was a door on the room where the ice machine is or some soundproofing on the shared wall.

I would not stay there again. Television was really junk speakers vibrating, picture didn't fill screen, watched my laptop. No USB ports. Shower curtain wouldn't close completely as rod was not installed properly so floor floods with showering. Lobby was clean and neat.

Overall the stay was ok. The person that checked us in wasn't overly friendly. Didn't give us any info on breakfast (when it started or ended), where our room was located, just wasn't very welcoming or attentive. I kind of felt like I was bothering him. The room was pretty clean. Only issue was the bathtub didn't drain properly making the bottom very slippy. We would stay here again though. Overall an ok stay.

You need some serious updating! Rooms not that clean! Your BREAKFAST needs a major overhaul, food was horrible! Coffee was like water, juices were warm,bananas had brown spots all over them shouldn't even had them on table!! Pancakes were soggie, need to ramp your food up ALOT! I would not recommend anyone stay there!
