Lovely n clean . Great food and drinks near by . Good parking especially as we had a big trailer . Friendly staff lady at bottle shop friendly and helpful when asked about eating options. The only negatives were the pillows were too high and the light shining in from outside made the room not dark enough as the glass door from the bathroom let the light through.

Food was great right next door, and the kids play area awesome. Would reccomend to others

We had a comfortable stay. The room was recently renovated. Very clean, AC worked well. Bed was V comfortable. Shower was also V good. Downside, it took a while to find the check-in as it's in another building, 50 metres away. Faulty fire alarm at 4.40am, so all residents had to vacate for 20 minutes. Very expensive for this type of accommodation. Room only in the middle of a pub car park.

Bed layout was good though the bathroom wasn't functional - no towel racks, shower door opens inwards (is that to code?) and slams against tiled wall, glass bathroom door (though frosted, still not private enough) and the loo is right in front of it, no soap dish for the complimentary bar of soup on vanity, the shower head rail was broken so couldn't adjust height, the shower mixer tap was poorly placed so that you got sprayed when turning it on. There was also litter left in the room from previous guests. No clothes hangers in the closet. Even though we requested daily 'room servicing', that was hit and miss. One day we received fresh towels but the bins weren't emptied. One day our complimentary tea/coffee/milk supplies weren't replenished. Our beds were never made nor used cups cleaned. The pub next door was brilliant and easy to get a delicious meal and drinks. Great location and off the road, so was quiet once the pub closed. Free on-site parking was great too. Budget friendly.

There is a fency resturant and big kids playground just next to our room. The room has been renovated in a very good condition. Only the drain is a little smelly so we have to close the toliet door all the time to avoid the smell goes to the room.

Very nice room, clean and quiet. We loved having Netflix to watch and having close parking. Friendly staff and easy to check in and out. Great location near to beaches and city. Was disappointed there is no pool to use and the external areas were small with no views. Would certainly stay here again for the right price.

Quite a disappointing experience having to rearrange travel plans after being advised that the other guest staying with my daughter and I couldn’t arrive earlier and check us in. I have done this at numerous other accommodations and never had an issue, considering I paid for 2 adults and a child and he was the other adult staying with us. I was happy to send through my identification and card details so you could match it with my booking but that wasn’t good enough. Meant adding additional time on to travel (in the dark, and torrential rain) to pick him up, while he hung around waiting an additional 5 hours doing nothing because he couldn’t check us in and unpack our luggage. The girl who actually checked us in on site was lovely, and the room was nice, but we likely won’t be back considering how inconvenient your check in rule made it.
