Everything was great. The only problem was when we need bathroom supplies it was almost impossible to get anyone. Had to buy TP to finish stay. Parking is very misleading and when when found a spot up the street where everyone said to park we ended up getting a ticket for 36 Euros, allegedly it was short term but we saw other cars there overnight and they did not get ticket.

The accommodation was excellent. However, the parking arrangement was not communicated clearly ahead of time. Parking cost was additional 50 Euros for 2 days at the nearby public parking garage.

Beautiful, clean property, beds comfy, checkin was smooth. Very nice staff who are responsive to inquiry. Sometimes response through the Expedia app took awhile or didn’t happen at all, but calls to their direct line or messages sent via email were answered right away. Bathroom has a tub that’s a little high. No AC in unit while we were there in October. Laundry facility and small gym was an added perk.

The apartment was in a great location. Very good restaurants nearby, walking distance to the heart of things, and very close to great transportation. Also, the parking garage was very close by and convenient. Would stay again!

The apartment provided everything we needed for a short stay. Even the sofa bed was super comfortable. Free use of the laundry (brand new washing machines and drier) were a real bonus.

This was the third time I stayed at Rafael Kaiser. I really enjoy the location as much as the apartments, which are spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped and have a great roof-top balcony. Laundry room and gym are also provided. Many restaurants are in the neighborhood, subway and buses in front of the building.

These apartments were incredible to stay at on my last leg of my trip - clean, comfy, homey, easy to access, all around it was an amazing experience. The hot tub on the roof of the penthouse i stayed in was exactly what I needed after a long week of traveling.

We are a family of four and stayed at the Rafael Kaiser apartment hotel during the Eurpean heat wave of 2025 (34°C). Thank goodness for the heat pump air conditioning system in the suite! The two bedroom suite we stayed in was fairly spacious and comfortable, with a small kitchenette and two bathrooms with showers. An espresso maker in the with coffee pods was a very welcome bonus! The decor was modern and looked brand new. The beds were comfortable and the place is very clean. An elevator can get you to the upper floors too. Location is a 5 minute walk from Historic Vienna with a great café for breakfast just outside (DerMann – so good!). I had a misunderstanding on how to enter the building and we got an immediate answer from the help line via text. There is a locker room if you need your luggage stored outside of your rental time. It was a very pleasant stay and I would certainly recommend.

We booked a two bedroom and it’s comfortable for 5 people. The apartment is well equipped with most necessities and clean except the area carpet in the living room has many dirty spots. I enjoyed the apartment has good central air condition which helps a lot in summer time. The master bedroom shower area floor always got wet after shower. It would be nice if they have a shower door. But I wish there are 2 toilets in the apartment. Overall everything is good. I would come back again. The area is nice and quiet but also central to most tourists area. It’s about 20 minutes walking to the old town. There is a pharmacy right downstairs from the building. And some local bakery store nearby to buy breakfast.

We stayed for a week and had the most comfortable time. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need and close to several grocery stores so I was able to cook a few meals. Air conditioner worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The washer/dryer facilities were excellent too. I have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend staying here!

We booked the 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment for our group of 4. It was clean and decorated nicely. My main problem was that there were 2 bathrooms but neither had a toilet. There was 1 separate toilet for the entire apartment. It also had a strange layout that made the space feel confined.

A beautiful apartment with all the amenities in the kitchen, spacious bedrooms and lounge room too. There were two bathrooms without toilets and one separate toilet. This wasn’t clear to me when booking or I completely missed it in the description and/or visuals. Apart from that, a gem and I would definitely stay there again.

This place was a great choice. Apartment was comfortable and well-maintained. The terrace was a real highlight - a perfect spot to relax. The price was fair for what we got, and I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Nice quiet hotel apartment near most tourists sightseeing area. Spacious for my family of five with 2 bedrooms and a living room with queen size sofa bed. Comfortable bed and it has air condition in each room which is great for the summer heat temperature. It has all essential items for kitchen area. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Overall pretty happy Cons: 15-30 min walk to main sites and restaurant/cafe area, claims to have air conditioning but apparently that doesn’t work during “cold season” even though it was only October and not cold so apartment was very hot and stuffy and made for horrible sleeping environment, weird layout of toilet in different room than the two showers and sink so 3 partial bathrooms, on a very noisy street also creating bad sleep environment Pros: communicative host, safe building and location, everything walkable, subway nearby, clean apartment, (small) gym available, family friendly with portable crib and high chair provided, laundry!

Thie apartment is excellent for two couples. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed and a pretty spacious shower. The apartment had one toilet room to be shared by the two couples, which was the only downside. The location is quite good. Not at the busiest center which has pros (quiet and cleaner) and cons (a bit more distant). It is about 20-25 minutes walk away from Stephenplatz. Kitchen is very small but was equipped with an excellent dishwasher, had all utencils, pots, pans etc. And a small two burner electroc stovetop. (no stove).

Important Note: We did not stay at the apartments as planned. We were scheduled to travel to Vienna for the Taylor Swift concert, but the show was canceled. We reached out to the hotel to see if they would work with us on getting some type of refund, but they refused because it was short notice. I understand that business is business, and that's the risk you take for booking a non-refundable rate, but this wasn't a run-of-the-mill sickness or delay in travel plans. There was a terror plot that was (thankfully) uncovered by officials, which resulted in the cancellation of all 3 concerts. I would have appreciated some consideration of even a partial refund given these extreme circumstances. The apartments look lovely, and the location seems ideal. We will be in Vienna again, but unfortunately we will not consider staying here based on this experience.

I liked the location and the bathtub on the deck. The apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. The property communication wasn’t good. The outlets in bathroom and kitchen did not work. We couldn’t have coffee or dry my hair. When I called, they didn’t send anyone to help. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone when we arrived. A week before our trip, I needed to cancel the extra day because of a plane delay and they would not give me any kind of refund or discount.

The apartment was easy to find, in a safe neighborhood and plenty of room for the 5 friends traveling together. They responded quickly when I needed to add a day, and when I confirmed the reservation. We arrived late in the evening and getting the key and access to the apartment could not have been easier! Great place to stay.

Tuvimos inconvenientes a la hora de pagar la reserva porque en la aplicación indicaban que se pagaba en el establecimiento y tres o cuatro días antes de la llegada empezaron a mandarme emails diciendo que la tarjeta daba error, que una segunda tarjeta también daba error cuando yo pagué otros gastos sin problema. Todo esto unido al reducido horario de oficina, (16:00) tuvimos serios problemas para llegar a tiempo a pagar en mano. Todo ello nos generó mucha ansiedad.

The area is not what I expected, however, I do love the suites .. they are very spacious and very clean . Communication with manager was really good …. The only thing I didnt like was the location.. would have been better if its near where we can walk to a lot of activities ….

Great place to stay for 5 days with our family of 4. The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and has everything you would need. Grocery stores are within minutes of walk. St Stephen cathedral is 15 min walk away. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommended👍

Fully furnished, all mod cons, spacious 1 bedroom apartment perfect for our week stay in Vienna. It's not in a touristy area and there were plenty of grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants ; no banks or ATMs though. Easy access to trams and subway although, if we wanted to, we could've walked to Stephanplatz in 20 minutes or so.

First time to Vienna and luckily we found Rafael Kaiser Business Apt. Centrally located and walking distance to everything you need including a shopping mall with food court. We went hiking at Bohemian NP on a rainy day (unfortunately); but fortunately apt is short walk from the mall so my kids were able to pick up new pair of sneakers. There is also a money exchange vendor in the same mall; and according to one of the blogger we read, this is a reputable exchange vendor to go to if changing some euro is needed (but we did not use them). Apt is clean, modern, tastefully decorated and provided everything we need. Nepresso pods and tea included; they even have a large umbrella for use. Washer & dryer are at the top floor. Our only complaint is dryer does NOT work well. We and other patrons had issue with drying our clothes (took forever and still clothes were still damp). They do need to have better glass door coverage for the shower so that water does not flow out to dry area (room) during shower. Bed is a lot softer than I prefer and probably due for a change. They provide lock box code for check in at the apt which was easy to use; although there is no check in desk on property. Check in staff are a phone call or email away. Other than that, it was AWESOME! Would definitely book again if we return for visit.

The host communication was great.made it very easy to plan our arrival and if we needed anything they were there. The apartment had good space and was a short walk to everything. There is free laundry and they even provide soap which was helpful with our kiddos. They also had communal outdoor patio areas and nespresso in the room. There is an elevator but several steps to reach it (be prepared if you have heavy luggage). The bed was pretty hard, but overall I recommend and would stay again for the location and amenities. Very reasonable and you get a lot!

The apartment was in pristine condition, spacious and in walking distance to all attractions. The public transport is easy and on time. It is not in busy area that was perfect for us! The kitchen was well stocked, laundry is onsite and easy. Coffee was stocked up and ample. The parking garage was pre booked by the property management per request and was very convenient. The management was excellent in communication and clear instructions. The DerMann cafe/ bakery was perfect spot for breakfast and right next to apartment. Overall exceptional stay and would love to be back.

We really liked our penthouse apartment with a balcony. It was perfect for our needs, air-conditioned with a small kitchen to prepare breakfast, and a fridge. The area was great for us as it wasn't too far from the metro and tram lines. There was a great vegan ice cream place nearby and a supermarket. The Staff were super helpful when we arrived too early, and we even managed to do our laundry!! it was an awesome apartment :)

We stayed for a week and had the most comfortable time. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need and close to several grocery stores so I was able to cook a few meals. Air conditioner worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The washer/dryer facilities were excellent too. I have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend staying here!
