Nice quiet 2 day stay. Staff was nice, lazy river was relaxing

Very nice room and comfortable supportive bed. Lazy river was a plus along with the fire pit conversation areas.

Our family trip did not disappoint the o Lu negative thing I could say is one of the elevators did not work all weekend. Location is great, just a short 10 min walk along the river to the Island. Large fireplaces inside and out. Fantastic stay!

We had such an amazing stay! The hotel was super quiet, clean, and every staff member was very friendly. The 24/7 pools and hot tub were a HUGE plus!

The chlorine In the pool was way too high, we all had blisters all over us, & chemical burn. But otherwise it was great

I don’t do these ratings much, but I wanted to make n this one because we really enjoyed this place. Super great for kids. The lazy river was a big hit with my kiddos. A lot of the games in the game room don’t work, but this wasn’t an issue for us. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Parking was a snap and this place is super walkable. We only stay one night, but wish we had stayed more!

Very well-maintained property, very clean and friendly stuff. I requested a room and a higher floor as well as late checkout and both were honored. No questions asked. My friend and I basically didn’t get out of the lazy river until my husband dragged us out. They have clean, nice tubes poolside that can be used. Fire pits outside are beautiful, would be perfect for fall or winter.

Hotel was under construction so some entries were unavailable. I did much more walking than i should have. Outlets on the tables did not work. Im elderly so these things mattered much.thingsmade

We love all the amenities. More than anywhere else

Lazy river was awesome along with the fire pits and indoor pool. The Bistro was friendly and wonderful. Family oriented will go back.

This is a clean, quiet hotel and convenient. The staff is very friendly. They went out of their way and quickly to bring us a foot stool when we asked for one.

The location of this hotel is perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My only critique is that the room and pool were a little dirty and the room could use a refresh.

We could not use the room dirty carpet dirty bathroom bad smell in the room dirty beds, we returned to the front desk and informed the person in charge she told us to call hotels.com and they would give us a refund, we had to leave and look for another hotel in another city, today I called hotels.con and the hotel says to use the room, that is a lie, I had to use another hotel, bad service and deceit from the hotel

My room was modern, comfortable, clean, and quiet! There was a balcony, but since the property is near a busy highway, there was a lot of commotion and loud noise. The bed is comfortable and plush, pillows great, and bathroom was large, clean, and modern. Amenities are plentiful, room had plenty of towels, and there is an onsite fitness center, pool w/ lazy river and inner tubes, and laundry facilities. There was a mini fridge in room, along with coffeemaker and microwave which helped out with warming up dinners once I returned from places of interest (theme parks!!). However, be warned: the hotel is in a city which is popular for tourists, and traffic gets backed up, so bad it took me a half hour to get back to the hotel one night. The city holds car shows, and the ENTIRE highway gets jampacked with cars and people! Next time for me, it will be better to fly and avoid driving-the roads are messy and cause stress and frustration-don’t let this happen to you!! Besides that, I recommend this hotel for future stays: staff are friendly and helpful, hotel is modern, rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the area has attractions anyone can enjoy!!

The hotel was fabulous with an inside and outside pool, lazy river, and hot tub. Several outdoor fire pits were also available, rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Staff were fantastic. Close to “The Island” and lots of activities. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Always so worth the money especially with the beautiful grounds and lazy river and clean, great smelling hotel! Won’t find a better or cleaner hotel in pigeon forge. Great space, hotel kept up great, love the 24 hr pools and lazy river, love Starbucks in the am, great quick food snack options too. Only thing is we were placed in a handicap room, no worries, but it didn’t have the sleeper sofa we reserved. We loved that the room was very large and a quiet corner room so all was good. Husband has back issues so the sleeper sofa is always helpful, thankfully the hot tub really helps his back too. Will always keep staying here! Best hotel in PF!

The Hotel was as advertised. The staff were all very nice to myself and my family. The room, pools, facilities and other common areas were very clean. The hotel was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Great experience overall.

We stayed here for 4 days when we visited Pigeon Forge the first few days of June. Our room was roomy & clean. Everything was perfect. The only negatives I have which are nit picky things are one the refrigerator is only set to cycle on for two hour increments this is mega obnoxious and potentially a critical thing if someone was planning on a fridge for meds. Don’t plan on using the fridge for meds it doesn’t stay on. I would turn it on when I got up in the night to use the bathroom or anytime o thought about it so it would stay mostly cold. Also, when you check in they mention breakfast being 6-10 in the lobby so I came down for coffee first day as we had been up since 4am. The breakfast is not complimentary & coffee was not cheap. To boot the guy said he was new & not good at making coffee. I was like I’m not paying through the nose for some new guys experiment at making coffee. We went out for breakfast. Now they never said breakfast was included when I paid so it’s not like I was expecting it until I checked in and they said breakfast hours. I just think if you are going to say breakfast is this time then you should say for an additional cost. I heard them say it the same way they said it to me to 3 people checking in during my time there so this is the standard line. Now our room was fantastic. We got 2 queens & pull out twin & everything was comfortable they brought us extra pillows.They made the beds every day & brought clean towels. I highly recommend this property!

Clean & comfortable for my family of five! The lazy river was a family favorite!

The bed in our room was very uncomfortable. I meant to tell the front desk, but got distracted and didn’t talk with them, but the mattress needs to be changed out.

The pool was very nice, the balcony views and super nice staff made the experience so nice.

The staff is helpful and welcoming. If I come back to Pigeon Forge, I would stay in this hotel again. The only thing that I didn’t like was the air conditioning unit in the room, it gets loud every now and then especially at night when I was trying to sleep. Other than that, the hotel is well kept and clean. The food is also good. Very close to Dollywood maybe 15mins drive.

Great location, clean and newly renovated

The rooms are definitely not the best. Very depressing to be exact. Needs some updating and some life to the place. If I hadn’t already paid for 2 nights and it be non refundable I would’ve stayed our 2nd 2 nights at The Compass! The lazy river was nice. Updating would definitely help. Not much room in the rooms either. Not somewhere I plan on going back to.

Huge room for our family of five!

Bed was extremely comfortable, located close to the Main Street where all attractions and dining options are. Water pressure in shower was abysmal and there was no fan in the bathroom so shower remained wet throughout our stay.

Excellent hotel and even better staff. Best place to stay if not staying in a cabin.

Staff very accommodating. Upgraded us free of charge. Very clean and comfortable place.

Newer property compared to other options in town. The room I booked was not the room I received, with blame placed on orbitz. I booked mountain view, pullout sleeper sofa, 2 queens with balcony. I was first provided a room without sleeper sofa, and moved to a room without a balcony or mountain view, but it had a sleeper sofa...not ideal and the hotel placed blame on orbitz. It left a poor taste in our mouth since it was a 5 day stay. Outdoor pool was very dirty and not cleaned during our entire stay. Lazy river looked great, but the property provides no tubes/rafts to enjoy the actual point of a lazy river. Property was clean inside and out. Good food options in the lobby, lots of games available. Outdoor fire pits set the mood and make it feel more relaxed. Parking was available once you go to the back lot. We would stay there again, but we would look for a few improvements to make this property a 10/10...because it was close.

The gentleman who checked us in was very hospitable. Explained everything thoroughly.

This property is in a great location - close to dining and entertainment. Very quiet and secure area. Parking was good especially since I went for 4th of July week. Busy week in Pigeon Forge but easily accessible.

My sister and I throughly enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge! The night we arrived, we went to the bar/restaurant and enjoyed a couple of drinks and the grilled cheese with the tomato soup. It was delicious!!!

Clean charming. Great free hot breakfast

Clean room, comfy bed and nice layout of room. Bistro makes some decent cocktails too. Large outdoor fireplace is a nice added bonus.

Loved the pool area. It was very well decorated and we enjoyed our stay very much . It would have been nice having breakfast included.

Overall, this Courtyard was a good pick! Very convenient to local attractions & the bartenders working at night-Zack & Christina-were friendly and made excellent drinks!! We wish the Starbucks was open after 10am so we could get coffee later in the day but there were also Starbucks nearby. For the $$ great value.

We were so happy with this property. Everything was clean kept up really well, you wouldn’t think it was do for a renovation. Loved all the fire pits and fireplace inside, since some days were a little chilly or rainy it made it so cozy. All the staff were super nice and accommodating. The grounds were so pretty too, with the lazy river, flowers, plenty of places to sit or lounge and towels laid on pool furniture. Great Starbucks coffee and food in the morning and the dinner and drinks later. The only downside of the whole stay was there was a period of time from 11am-5pm there was no food or drinks available. Bed was comfortable.
