The property was conveniently located. I didn’t care for the fact that I called to find out where the washer/dryer was located. Then when I went to do laundry, there were printed signs, that had clearly been there for a while stating they were both out of order. Either fix them or replace them. Being able to do laundry is sometimes a necessity for people that are traveling.

Access to the hotel was extremely limited, blocked driveway, not easy to get into the parking lot. The elevator was broken down the entire 3 days that we were there. Our room was on the 4th floor so we took the stairs every time to access our room. The stairwell was dirty with pieces of trash and the carpet was stained from trash bags dragged up & down the stairs. No manager to speak with about a discount for not being able to use the elevator. Ground floor back exit/entrance door was constantly left open which is a security issue.

The staff was wonderful breakfast was great. The parking lot was not secured a guest had his four wheels stolen right in front of security camera. The hotel would be perfect if it was gated or had security to avoid theft to guest vehicles.

Both elevators where broken, hotel didn’t give any incentives for there errors. Tile from the bathroom were broken, the edges are sharp can slice your feet really easily.

I was told there was a free shuttle service from the Houston airport to the hotel. I got multiple messages to go to terminal A or B upon arrival and then call the hotel. There is no ground transportation from those terminals because of construction. I ended up paying $20 for a Lyft. The hotel clerk informed me that shuttle service is no longer available. More than a bit disappointed.

My room was infested with bugs and their eggs in the bathroom, walkway, and near the fridge. When I informed the check-in person about the issue, he dismissed it as normal. However, when I requested housekeeping, he informed me that the cleaning service was off for the night at 6:45 p.m. Feeling frustrated, I decided to clean my room myself. Fortunately, I was tired and my flight had been delayed, so I didn’t have to find another hotel. Nevertheless, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The next morning, I discovered that the cleaners were eating breakfast right after cleaning the room with guests. While this is acceptable, it was inappropriate for them to spray chemicals during guest meals and then eat themselves. Overall, this establishment needs to improve its cleanliness and professionalism. I took a video if you’d like me to send it in

Nice one night stay. The room is spacious and clean. Plenty of sockets for charging cell phones and other gadgets. Lobby has coffee and hot water 24 hours serving guests. The only drawback was the internet a bit weak.

There are no blackout curtains in the rooms. We were facing the parking lot which was very, very well lit and it looked like it was noon in our room at 12:30 at night. Very disappointed that the room was filled with so much light while trying to sleep. Definitely would not recommend until some blackout curtains are installed.

When we first pulled up to the holiday inn I was surprised as it didn’t look like the picture. One elevator wasn’t operating. The rooms were outdated but clean Portia was helpful at navigating the best pizza places. Transportation to the airport was very nice

Wifi is Trash!! Asked manager for help they said they cant troubleshoot individual rooms they have to have complaints from everyone. Stayed 2 weeks and had to drive to my office for things that could have been handled remotely. Never Again!!

Conviently located to IAH but not too close. Parking was plentiful. Lobby was new looking and staff were friendly. However, the room was dated, carpet stained, poor water pressure that didnt get hot, no blow dryer and the TV was crooked on the wall. For a quick night it worked but probably wouldnt stay here again.

The staff was rude and lied to me about having late check out multiple times. I called weeks in advance to confirm they said yes they have it when i got there then a few hours later said they didn’t. Then the next day they said they never said it and the manager decided to yell at me and insinuate that i was being dishonest. Why would I? I have never been treated like this by a hotel before. This was the worst hotel stay i have ever had. The room was not cleaned properly either. Do not stay here. Save yourself the headache of the back and forth and mismanagement. A poorly managed place will cause the customer issues.

Did not hold my prepaid room. Ended up In queen instead of the king room that I had prepaid. Blamed problem on earlier shift who gave away prepaid rooms. Tried two other rooms with broken shades before finally finding a useable room. Hallway carpet was filthy as was carpet in the room. I will avoid this property in the future. Did meet expectations of Holiday Inn Express.

Due to a delayed flight I arrived at the hotel at 4 o’clock in the morning and they told me that they didn’t have a room for me and that Expedia had been over booking their rooms for weeks. My kids and I had to lay down on a bench in the lobby to get some sleep Before returning to the airport. It was an absolute nightmare.

So when i checked in, i was not greeted at all. Some black guy with locs gave me room keys to a room that already had guest staying in. So i went bafk downstairs to the front desk to infrom a young Hispanic lady who not once apologized just gave me a different room. I have stayed at this location numerous of times, and have never experienced such unprofessional in my life.

I drove around the area because it appears blocked off by yellow cement poles, there is limited space to go through them and potholes. I'm not sure if this is to stop truckers from parking there or what, but it would definitely make you think twice about going back. Staff was wonderful, stayed at a different express in Austin and the breakfast was 10X better. Minimal effort at this one, including lukewarm coffee!

The property was fine. You truly need transportation to get around and the property area did not feel safe at night. I believe most of the fast food places near the property were closed by 10 pm and the only available source for food was the gas station. I was simple there for a layover before my flight the next morning so it wasn’t a major issue.

Just overnighting for a trip the next day. Dropped off rental car and made use of the excellent shuttle service. Food options are limited to delivery via Door Dash. Nice, quiet clean hotel. Neighborhood felt isolated. Helpful, cheerful staff!

The place is very nice and well Kept. Easy to get to. The only downside. Nothing really within walking distance, except a fuel station. If you have or rented a vehicle, there is plenty to see and do within 5 miles.

Thought the hotel is near the airport but is around 15 minutes drive away. We arrived IAH almost midnight after the hotel shuttle stopped running, our cab fare is $27 to the hotel. Whatever saving we thought we have booking this hotel is no more after factoring in the cab fare. The lobby of this hotel is very dated unlike normal Holiday Inn Express. The room is simple but clean and spacious. Bathroom is bigger than normal. Bed is a bit on the soft side. Breakfast selections were missing the self made pancakes and sweet rolls. The front desk gentleman who checked us in was very friendly.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean, the bathroom could maybe use a little update in the shower. But overall it was very clean, the free breakfast was amazing. There were different options each day of my stay. Staff was friendly and offered airport shuttle. If I was in the area again I would stay again.
