Hotel is in a great location next to Brussels Central station. We arrived early not expecting our room to be ready, however after a complimentary drink we were given the key to our room. Hotel was modern and clean and room was a great size. My sister left a jacket in the gym and after emailing the property on our return home they were able to locate it and send it back to us!

Beautiful stay. Staff was so wonderful and treated me with such grace as I couldn't find parking when I arrived. Two members met me at the paking garage to assist me to the hotel. When i return to Brussels, this is where i will stay again.

This was our first time at a Pillows hotel and we found it to be quite satisfactory. The room was very clean as was the bathroom, even though that space was rather small.The location was great for us once we found it due to the construction in the area. We were lucky to get one of the 12 parking spaces as we arrived on a Thursday before 11:00.The hotel is fairly close to the train station but uphill , so I would recommend a carryon bag or take a taxi. It is a quiet area right by St. Michael’s church, so no late bar noise.It’s a 5 -8 minute walk to Grand Place.

Please count all your minibar items when you checked in to the room. We just got charged for some minibar items that we never used a couple hours after checking out. Hotel facilities is great, but we have some trust issues with this hotel. When we first checked in, the family room that we booked for has a strong vomit smell, so we asked Kelim from the front desk to help change us to another room. The interaction was not great due to how he made us feel that it was our fault that the room was not in an acceptable state. There was no more family room available so we got put in a room for 2. The hotel later made adjustment and got us into another room for 4, and the staff who handled this was very courteous with superb service. We spoke to the manager who is wonderful and she provided us with complimentary breakfast for 2 of our days as an apology. Throughout the whole stay, I cannot get back the feeling that I am here to relax but constant on edge about having to speak with the hotel about one problem or another. We finally checked out this morning and things seem to go well but then we received a charge out of nowhere for the minibar items. Make me a bit suspicious if this is a revenge move from the hotel but that would be too petty for an established hotel to act this way. Although the facilities and location is great, I think there could be an improvement in housekeeping and front desk staff training to avoid a bumpy experience for guest.

Beautiful property and very comfortable room. Beautifully presented throughout the hotel, including the room. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, ample housekeeping, coffee and fridge in room. Breakfast was plentiful but quite cold sadly.

Clean, modern and spacious room, bathroom was lovely though the shower could have had a bit better water pressure. The toiletries were lovely and the hotel reception smelled fantastic. Location is great on a quiet side road all of a 5min walk from Gare Central and 10 mins from Grand Place and Mont Des Arts.

Room was lovely - roomy with a large bathroom and sensational shower with plenty of pressure. Bed was as divine and pillows, were lovely. We were on floor 7, which was very quiet and the lifts were fast. A great location, close to major galleries, museums, Central Station and the Grand Market. All very walkable.

Well located, nice and comfy room and bed. Friendly staff. Only disadvantage, the duvet was a bit short. It couldn’t be tucked in at the end, hence as a tall person you either have cold feet. Or like we did, you take the bathrobe to cover the end :-). However it should be better to have longer duvets, to extend on the luxurious feeling of the room. Otherwise: great stay and very much recommend!

Great location, easy walking distance to the main square and Brussels Central Station. Close to the cathedral too and so you do hear the (rather annoying) church bells every 15mins from 8am to 10pm. Having stayed at the Pillows Hotel in Gent the night before, felt that this one just didn’t quite live up to our expectations. Nevertheless, would stay here again if ever back in Brussels.

Warm, helpful staff made excellent recommendations for dinner. The room was dark, and we sometimes used a flashlight to see into our bags. We loved that the room was quiet. The bathroom was very, very large, with a big window. The very large shower doesn’t have a door; despite its size, water got outside the shower.

Per togliermi ogni dubbio e avere conferma di quanto concordato, riscrivo chiedendo conferma del trasporto sempre specificando andata e ritorno aeroporto /hotel e hotel/aeroporto e mi viene detto che il prezzo è aumentato a 150.00€ , acconsento chiedendo nuovamente se mi conferma andata e ritorno e l’operatrice mi conferma il tutto scritto. Nel momento del check out mi dicono che i 150.00€ (pagati appena arrivata in hotel) sono solo per l’andata e che devo pagare altri 150.00€ per il ritorno. A quel punto chiedo spiegazioni e mi dicono che purtroppo è stato fatto un errore umano, alquanto perplessa della cosa chiedo visto che l’errore l’hanno fatto loro che mi vengano in contro con la spesa ma l’unica risposta ottenuta è che impossibile e che devo pagare tutto io. Questo atteggiamento non mi è per nulla piaciuto, ne il modo ne la mancanza di professionalità in un errore da loro commesso. Sicuramente la prossima volta cambierò hotel

We booked this hotel through Expedia and requested a crib for our 4-month-old baby. There was no mention of an extra charge online, and nothing indicated we would be billed for it. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find an additional nightly fee for the crib, which was invoiced without any prior notice! Naturally, we refused to pay, as this information was never disclosed during the booking process. To our disbelief, the staff came to our room and removed the crib in front of our eyes, leaving our 4-month-old baby without a proper sleeping arrangement. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional

I loved this hotel, its proximity to the Station (Gare) Centrale was so easy, especially getting in late that last night. And the staff are absolutely SUPERB. Narwen (not sure I'm spelling his name correctly) was outstanding at the front desk on the overnight shift. He was so helpful, professional, and kind, and he guided me on how to order late late-night dinner on my Uber app and have it delivered to the hotel. So great and Rym in the morning at the front desk was also amazing, so kind and helpful, and she stored my bags while I went out and about for a couple of hours to explore before my train to England. I am very pleased with my stay, the room was clean and comfortable and the location and staff can't be beat!!!

My husband and I were so pleased with our stay at Pillows City Hotel. We arrived well before check in but luckily our room was ready. The lovely lady (Rym) at the front desk absolutely MADE our trip special. She was so welcoming and accommodating. I have stayed in some 5 star hotels and I can say that her customer service is top-shelf. She is one of the best! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The only downside to the room was that we had to lower the shade in the bathroom because it faced a large corporate building (with workers visible from our bathroom). Not a big deal at all, but worth mentioning. The hotel is so convenient to all the sights…and very close to the train station. There was some construction going on during our visit, which confused our Google maps…but it wasn’t a big deal. And we didn’t hear any construction noise during our visit. We had a drink at the bar and the wonderful bartender recommended a beer and then brought over a book, to explain why that beer was so special. Brussels was a wonderful place to visit and we can’t wait to come back. We will stay here again, and again and again! I would highly recommend this hotel. We were so happy staying here, and in all honesty, didn’t want to leave. Thank you Rym and all the staff. We can’t wait to come back.

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience here was nothing short of fantastic. Not only is the hotel located in a nice area, but the staff are exceptional. The hotel supplies you with umbrellas when needed as well as assisted us with outlet converters as ours broke. Also the hotel service is truly amazing. I left AirPods and was quickly notified and sent back my items. If you are thinking about this hotel BOOK IT!!

There is a massive amount of street construction going on right in front and there are blocked crossings other than that it was a great hotel. Smells amazing, good room sizes, i would stay here again

Excellent Hotel. The small details by the hotel were nice; some goodies in the room on arrival and a gift for when we left. Overall the room was good. The view from the window was poor but that did not matter as we spent most of the holiday out of the room. We did not have breakfast as we considered it to be very expensive at 30 Euros per person. We also didn't eat in the restaurant but family who were with us, did eat there and said the food was excellent. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk from the bustling tourist area. Also, as it was only a few minutes away by train from the main Midi Station, we took advantage of this to travel to Bruges and Antwerp - great places to see.
