Beautiful location, amazing and attentive staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Improvements being made to outdated pool area.

We stayed for one night for our wedding anniversary whilst attending a concert at Hampton Court. The hotel is perfect. Quiet location - very attentive staff - exceptionally clean - large carpark. The hotel upgraded us and decorated our room which was lovely. Breakfast was of a high standard with loads of choice - well cooked and tasty. The pool was just right for a gentle swim and the terrace a great place to unwind. We will definitely return thank you.

Arrived to find 3 weddings on restricting almost all access to bars and restraints in hotel. Room at top of stairs was noisy with wedding music till midnight and then guests making noise outside of room by reception till 1am. Shame as second night was pleasant. Please warn guests if you have lots of weddings on and try and locate their room away from the main wedding noise

Warren House is a nice country hotel which is on the outskirts of Kingston with no transportation other than taxi to town. This is inconvenient and limiting if you want to avoid the extortionate prices in the hotel restaurant and want to eat in town. There is currently an extension being built and the noise of drilling during breakfast was appalling, which stopped after we complained. It all feels like faded grandeur - the hotel was obviously a prestige hotel in its day but now needs a degree of refurbishment. The and gym pool are ok, but again outdated. The room upgrade was nice, with Neoresso coffee maker and fridge but lighting, furnishings and layout not the best. Breakfast was good and the staff pleasant, particularly the lady on reception who was extremely helpful and gave great customer service. Overall wouldn’t stay again.

Beautiful heritage hotel and grounds. Friendly staff. Great breakfast selection. Pool was a bit cold. Decent amount of gym equipment.

Decent hotel for the price would consider staying again if price was the same. Pool and gym have been newly rennovated but other areas showing signs of wear. Restaurant service was very slow.

The elevator non existent. Assistance with luggage non existent. Received a package and was never informed, had to request for it to be delivered to the room which came after 2 hours. Staff doesn’t know how to put the sofa bed back in to place. Couldn’t for the life of me understand what was good about this hotel.

Lovely building and grounds, but needs a bit of a spruce up. Location great for Richmond park, but not for anything else. Tried to use the swimming pool but it was so cold we got straight out again. Overall it was a good stay, but we won’t be back.

Food excellent. Servce very good.Gardens excellent. Nice swimming pool, changing facilities basic. Comfortable. Like going back in time in many ways. Order your own taxi if you need one, not through the hotel, their recommended taxi did not turn up.

Great parking, facilities and staff

The property was fairly worn in places and very dusty in my room. The staff were quite rude on arrival but lovely after that.

A very average 2 star hotel in my opinion. Staff were friendly. Bedroom was clean and comfortable, but very outdated. The hotel could definitely do with a spruce up, very outdated and in need of some tlc. Breakfast was okay, very bland. We did use the pool which was a little worse of ware and didn’t look very clean. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, staff were super friendly and helpful, the room (superior family room) was spacious, clean and had a fab shower/bathroom. The meal in the restaurant was tasty as was breakfast. Again staff were excellent.

Seems like carpets and styling of the place is old and outdated. Looks clean. Staff is very quick to help. Could use a more updated look as it seems so dark in the hotel.

Was amazing ! The staff where amazing and the hotel was extremely beautiful and elegant Unfortunately there was only one thing I disliked, I went to change the bedding and there were ALOT of stains on the mattress cover as well as the duvet it self, blood stains, tea stains and a lot of different other things I wasn’t able to identify Other than that the hotel was a 10/10 and they were very caring and friendly

Warren House is a beautiful hotel with a peaceful setting. We stayed in a double delux room, everything was clean, quiet and with a very comfortable mattress. My only criticism would be the breakfast area, it felt a little bit like a canteen. The choice is varied and had a fresh orange juice maker which is wonderful. You are given a menu where you can choose how to have your eggs, I chose a ham omelette but it tasted like a microwave job. Having said all of this we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Offered an ‘upgrade’ to an old dirty run down ‘apartment’. Moved to a better family room but woken up pre 6am with bins being moved, bottles tipped into them. Maybe 30 mins of noise. Not restful

The pictures don’t tell the full story. It looks grander than it is. Location is great but the room is tired. Bathroom is grubby and in need of a deep clean or renovation. Water pressure is poor. It’s OK but nothing more than that.

The hotel is in a beautiful building, in a great, quiet location, just a short walk from Richmomd Park. Our room was clean, tidy and nicely equipped. Though warm, the Air Conditioning was effective and, unusually, quiet enough to sleep with it on. Staff were attentive and the bar and restaurant nicely decorated. On a beautiful evening, the Patio was a great place to sit for a quiet drink. We didn't eat in the restaurant but breakfast was excellent.

Pleasant staff on arrival. Lovely room, large bed and shower, slept like baby. Pool also good. Bar drinks not over priced either. Would definitely book again.

Stunning property from the front gate and throughout, absolute gem. Large grand rooms, soft linens and all the amenities you need. Stroll through the grounds and enjoy a cocktail in the lounge.

Overall a very nice and comfortable stay. It was made extra special with all the Christmas decorations up which were beautiful. Greeted by very friendly staff upon arrival and offered to take our bags up to the room for us. Only booked breakfast on one morning, felt decent value for money as most hot/cold was unlimited and staff friendly. Two things I would say: - the water pressure of the shower was very low and the shower didn’t ever become hot. Might not bother some, but if you need strong water pressure I don’t recommend. The heating in the rooms did not work. Our room was cold at night, didn’t bother us too much as the duvet was sufficient, but did overhear other guests complaining about it. However I didn’t think these two things ruined our stay at all! Lovely hotel, nice atmosphere and beautifully decorated.

It was just what we needed for the night, and the room was a decent size. The staff were friendly, and there were good amenities. Our room was on the ground floor in one of the annexes and we could hear anyone walking upstairs, which was a small niggle with it being such an old building, or if you're a light sleeper.

Lovely large room and refurbished bathroom with shower over the bath. Only stayed 1 night and didn't have any meals. Nice location and very close to Richmond Park for a walk.

I stay at Warren House a few times a year and it doesn't disappoint. If however you would like a quiet room do not take room 8 as being on the main landing you hear all guests walking past and the self playing piano downstairs in full effect, quite distracting.

Room was very well cleaned. Shower was good, noise in room from other travellers disturbing at best. Welcome at reception was friendly and professional. This is where the positives end. The hotel food offering is DIRE. As a caterer, I can safely tell you that this company is cost cutting. The cheapest apple juice available to buy - they use it. Butter portions, again the cheapest. Orange juice? They don’t serve it. The claims they are making about their food provision are WILD!!! Michelin trained. More like their dish wash guy worked for Atul Kochar once. This food provision is more PGL school food than Michelin. Their signage at breakfast claims homemade pastries. They are frozen mini croissants. These people wouldn’t know patisserie if it hit them in the face. The bread at breakfast was basic sliced loaf for toasting. I could go on but there’s simply no point. It’s a far cry from what it should be. The only thing worse than the food was the service. It was nothing short of rude, from all staff with the exception of reception. Potatoes have more personality than this staff team. They don’t greet people, they don’t enquire after their stay, they don’t thank guests as they leave the restaurant, housekeepers make no effort to step aside with trailing hoover cables, staff walk past empty pizza boxes on corridors & don’t pick them up, there is no genuine care to make anyone feel welcome or valued at this hotel. interactions with some staff were actually shocking. We left appalled

The otherwise excellent stay and service (thank you for accommodating an early check-in!) was spoiled by an absolutely awful in-room dining, worst I've ever had. My complaint about the food fell on deaf ears, I was not offered any deduction for its cost. Shame really as otherwise everything was great.

All the staff were fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Even to the point I didn’t once pick up my wine bottle. Everytime the glass was nearly empty someone appeared and topped it up. It’s the little things that’s make it special.

From the moment we arrived, the service was lovely. The receptionist Gabriella was so friendly and gave us advice on travelling in and out of London. I made the hotel aware of my partners birthday and they placed a cake and a bottle of wine in the room along with balloons and towels made out of cake. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and had a fresh bottle of water and coffee and tea pods everyday. We had an uber to Wimbledon which was roughly £12 and got on the underground to get to London so getting about was easy. would 100% recommend.

I stay at this hotel very regularly. My room was lovely.Service friendly as usual.Slightly annoyed at check in when my Driver's licence was curtly demanded although I had other photo ID which I provided but was not considered valid by the very young check in receptionist.I was utterly exhausted having driven down from the North for six hours and then to have to go back to my car to fetch my driver's licence was annoying.

The staff at warren house were the most attentive, friendly people I have ever come across. Nothing was an issue for them, the most friendly, genuine team ever. The room was cosy and nice, free parking.

Felt rural amid central(ish) London and I appreciated parking with zero faff.

Our triple room was a little tight but it worked. Beautiful old mansion, the dinner and breakfast was lovely. The hotel is down a quiet lane which we wheeled our suitcases along from the reasonably located bus stop. Warren House is a bit isolated to shops but reasonably located to bus stops.

Amazing quite location, situated just on the edge of Richmond Park.

What a beautiful hidden gem of a hotel. Perfect for our weekend getaway which included a visit to Kew - ideally situated. From check in to check out, staff were friendly efficient and eager to make sure our stay went well. Would not hesitate to recommend Warren House.

Warren house is an exceptional stay whether for 1-2 nights or longer. There is easy access from 2 directions and is conveniently located within 30 minutes of LHR. You can also access multiple rail services into and around London from Richmond station. The property itself is historic and has a clean yet old vibe. The rooms are appropriately sized. A double and twin were plenty room for 2 adults and a toddler. Warren house is highly recommended if you need to stay in the greater London area but not in city center, especially if you are driving.

Very nice hotel, set in lovely grounds, feels like you're in the countryside when you're actually only a few minutes drive from the center of town. Great location for access to London and theme parks in the area

Whilst the room was well equipped and cosy the bathroom recently refurbished was very cold, it could do with some sort of heat. The breakfast was a disappointment as the plates were cold and the hot trays were almost cold. You then had to order an egg separately and it was served on a cold plate. Not appealing in one bit. Other than that a nice stay

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable beds, breakfast was amazing, all the choices you could think of.

Warren House was lovely. The staff were really friendly and attentive and the food was incredible. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The property from the outside was lovely. Once inside it was very tired looking. The breakfast was absolutely horrendous. Sausages rock hard and cold. Bacon fatty and greasy. Fortunately I had Expedia points i used for the stay. Otherwise it is so overpriced it’s unbelievable. Location is great but it needs a fortune spending on it. I would not stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was not impressive and was most items slightly cool, not hot at all
