We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters, 13th birthday at beautiful Amelia Island. This property was clean, beautifully designed with amazing sunrise views. It’s in close proximity to everything we were looking to do in downtown Fernandina Beach as well as awesome accommodations for lounging at the pool or the ocean. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with planning our trip. Will return for sure.

Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is located on a perfect stretch of beach on the south end of Amelia Island. A perfect place for a relaxing stay with the family or a partner. There are two sparkling pools, clay tennis courts, and access to a stunning section of the beach during the day and the night! It is also close to a great grocery store and all of the other Amelia/Fernandina attractions. The unit itself is well appointed and the management is very responsive should you need anything. Highly recommended!!!

This is a comfortable beachfront condo tucked in a private area which is very conveniently located to everything you need. From the proximity to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants, you will enjoy an effortless respite! Morning coffee and evening cocktails are a must off the balcony attached to the living room and bedroom. Perfect for a couples getaway!

We had such a nice time. The location was very convenient to everything. The VIEW of the sunrises were spectacular!! .Grab your cup of coffee and enjoy the view. It doesn't get any better than that. When you go to the Condo you feel like you are off the beaten path ...not in the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the Wild life brown bunnies , Tortoises and Peacocks. Everything was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need to cook with. The condo is just off of the elevator which worked very well for my husband who has recently had a knee replacement. Our daughter and grandson's enjoyed the Beach and Pool . It kept them entertained all day and they slept like a rock. Such wholesome fun! The atmosphere is very family friendly. The staff were available to help in anyway they could. We will be back!

This was the perfect place to enjoy and celebrate my birthday with my husband. The condo was perfect. Decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was near grocery, restaurants. Steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from living room and bedroom was gorgeous. We come to Amelia Island every February and will definitely return to this condo. I’m already planning a girls weekend for me & my bestie in a few months.

The owner of the property, Jenny, was very nice and very responsive. The condo unit was very nice and obviously recently remodeled. Both pools were also excellent and it was easy to get down to the beach from the property.

We have stayed at many locations on the island, and this is among the top ones. The access to the beach is great. We like the location for the easy access to groceries, running/biking paths, Amelia racquet club, and the quiet neighborhoods that surround. This unit had all the amenities to make yourself comfortable and a beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Property was very clean, safe and great quiet location. Convenient to any needs or necessities. So many choices in dining, easy to get around the island. Beautiful views from condominium patio, easy walk to the beach or pool. Our host were awesome as well, response time to any questions or needs were quick. Would recommend this unit to anyone. My husband and I found our host to be extremely well organized with the information concerning the property and Fernandina Beach. The binder in the condo was not just well organized but informative as well. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We would certainly recommend this property to other couples.

Very nice property, nice decorations, nice view and very clean. The condo was convenient to the beach, walking trail and restaurants. It was a very easy to drive to downtown (about 10 minutes). Owner left us good information regarding the condo, the things to do on the island and restaurants on Amelia Island. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owner.

While we enjoyed or vacation to Amelia Island, this unit is in desperate need of a remodel. Some of the highlights: tons of dust around the vents, kitchen very dated, microwave literally throws spark when you use, coffee maker coming apart (was in pieces on the counter at arrival), old carpet, ice maker leaking and freezing in block, two queen beds well past their useful life (huge dips in the mattress), condo AC won't go below 70 degrees ( miserably hot, there were box fans in the closets, but didn't help). You can tell the owner never comes to this property, as the guest book is full of the same complaints. Beach and pool were fine, but I'll definitely look deeper into the pictures should I return to this condo community.

The decor was beautiful and the condo was so clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and loved the washer and dryer. Best part was the great ocean view from the balcony. Loved the huge picture window in the family room. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved this condo. Beautiful view. So many nice touches to the amenities. The furniture, the bed, as well as the bedding, were very comfortable. The location is quiet and relaxing but yet close to everything on the island. We appreciate the resort’s ‘no pet’ policy. We highly recommend this unit.

Had a lovely stay in this condo. Great location and view. Easy check-in. Wish there had been a slightly better stocked kitchen with starter spices and maybe a couple beach chairs, but overall were very happy with our stay.

My husband and I found our host to be extremely well organized with the information concerning the property and Fernandina Beach. The binder in the condo was not just well organized but informative as well. The condo was very clean and well equipped. We would certainly recommend this property to other couples.

B138 is a lovely condo! The view is beautiful one can enjoy every moment of their stay here looking at the ocean. You can see the sunrise from the balcony and also enjoy the ocean view while making a cup of coffee or cooking in the kitchen. Condo is steps from the pool and the beach. The bed was comfortable. The condo was exceptionally clean. Every convenience item is provided including beach towels, hand soaps, shower items, dish soap, counter spray, etcThe "condo binder" is fantastic a wealth of information about the condo and the island. Explanation of how to use the TV remotes gotta love that! Just a few minutes from groceries, restaurants, coffee shop.We highly recommend this unit for a delightful beach week! Our experience was 100%. From day one of exploring properties —Jenny & Matt excelled at communicating questions we had months before we booked, which gave us confidence to book with them. Our first reaction walking into our condo was how fresh it smelled and how clean it was. I’ve stayed at Amelia Surf and Raquet several times growing up, and would recommend to any family to stay. We will be booking with Barefoot Amelia (Jenny & Matt) again next year! Our one wish would be if one of the pools were heated, but again, I remember it always being cool every year we came down growing up. Thank you!

The owner of the property, Jenny, was very nice and very responsive. The condo unit was very nice and obviously recently remodeled. Both pools were also excellent and it was easy to get down to the beach from the property.

The location was great!The condo needs new furniture or the owner should at least clean the living room furniture and the carpet in guest room.We made due by covering the living room furniture with sheets from the guest bedroom.

We had such a nice time. The location was very convenient to everything. The VIEW of the sunrises were spectacular!! .Grab your cup of coffee and enjoy the view. It doesn't get any better than that. When you go to the Condo you feel like you are off the beaten path ...not in the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the Wild life brown bunnies , Tortoises and Peacocks. Everything was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need to cook with. The condo is just off of the elevator which worked very well for my husband who has recently had a knee replacement. Our daughter and grandson's enjoyed the Beach and Pool . It kept them entertained all day and they slept like a rock. Such wholesome fun! The atmosphere is very family friendly. The staff were available to help in anyway they could. We will be back!

This was the perfect place to enjoy and celebrate my birthday with my husband. The condo was perfect. Decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was near grocery, restaurants. Steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from living room and bedroom was gorgeous. We come to Amelia Island every February and will definitely return to this condo. I’m already planning a girls weekend for me & my bestie in a few months.

Very nice property, nice decorations, nice view and very clean. The condo was convenient to the beach, walking trail and restaurants. It was a very easy to drive to downtown (about 10 minutes). Owner left us good information regarding the condo, the things to do on the island and restaurants on Amelia Island. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owner.

We have stayed at many locations on the island, and this is among the top ones. The access to the beach is great. We like the location for the easy access to groceries, running/biking paths, Amelia racquet club, and the quiet neighborhoods that surround. This unit had all the amenities to make yourself comfortable and a beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Property was very clean, safe and great quiet location. Convenient to any needs or necessities. So many choices in dining, easy to get around the island. Beautiful views from condominium patio, easy walk to the beach or pool. Our host were awesome as well, response time to any questions or needs were quick. Would recommend this unit to anyone. Loved it!!
