On arrival the room we had booked was not available, but without even asking they upgraded us to another room and gave us free access to the executive lounge… For New Years Eve I think this was fantastic service especially as the hotel was full.

Really convenient location, though there's a significant amount of construction happening across from the entrance to the hotel. Issues with the lifts meant they didn't seem to be running as frequently or timely as they should be - There didn't seem to be a staircase available

Very nice hotel clean and modern. We had executive lounge access. Honestly at the weekend this is the bargain of the century, hot food salads and free drinks from 530 to 930. Brilliant. Saved us a lot! Now the Elizabeth line is open you can be in the middle of London in 15 minutes.

Brilliant stay! We only stayed for one night in a king executive studio suite…it was huge for London! Had access to the exec lounge which was fantastic…we spent the evening there from 6-9 and had wine, beer, fizz and a small dinner! For the price we paid this was excellent and saved us a fortune! Breakfast was also included and was great. Coffee and soft drinks also available in the lounge all day so my advice is to pay the extra for an executive level room!

Great location a couple of minutes walk from Canary Wharf Elizabeth Line station. Very good breakfast with a dedicated omelette chef! Pity that two lifts were out of action, otherwise would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is very clean, modern and classy, with very competitive rates for a Friday night stay. The concierges are extremely helpful. We got into our room late after a long day in London, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The concierge offered us a change of room, sent someone up to clean the bathroom and gave us complimentary breakfasts to make up for the inconvenience.

Really friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Clean hotel with comfortable beds in a lovely area of London, close to the tube line, we stayed in the area as so easy to get to the 02, one stop on Jublie Line. Area is really nice, lots of resturants, shops and things to do and see. Would stop again.

First time staying in Canary Wharf and it's a really nice area. There's a ton of shopping and restaurants even though this is a finance district. The area is cleaner and feels safer than other areas of London. Lots of police and security around. Transport around London using the tubes is excellent and Canary Wharf was no different. The hotel itself is very clean with all the facilities you would expect. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to London.

The last stays wee much better. At this one we took a more expensive room, which was located next to the DLR tracks - also the staff just doesn’t seem to care at all anymore. For that price it is disappointing!

It’s a lovely clean hotel, but don’t get mislead by the initial photo of the property - showing the views of Canary Wharf! Hotels building doesn’t have the panoramic views at all… in fact our room was facing the inner yard - facing the other rooms/windows.. very comfortable, big beds, spotless bath/shower… nice big room, good transport amenities with lots of places to eat around.

Check in was unfortunately extremely slow but the concierge was very helpful and kept us up to date. The room was spacious enough but the tv didn’t work and the shower pressure was non existent, so much so that you had to pretty much stand at the top by the taps and the water therefore just ran out onto the bath edge and floor.

Very nice hotel. Was visiting London for the Usher tour. Perfect location for first time visitors to London, although I wasn’t alone, I would’ve felt comfortable in that area if I was traveling alone. There was plenty of shopping. Restaurants and the tube was right outside the door of the hotel. The staff was very nice very attentive and just overall a good stay The room was clean located in a good area with a good view. I enjoyed it.

So I’m a titanium Bonvoy member so I’m speaking with some knowledge of the brand. There is construction in the front of the hotel. That’s a problem especially with the light rail. Harbor view is best. Room: I was given the deluxe room at first just okay.. too small. So after 2 days we were moved from the construction side to an executive with Harbor view is best at this property. Anything short of that would not be good. If I would not have been moved, my star level for the stay would have dropped significantly especially because of my status. The staff, was very friendly and try their best to assist. Breakfast was amazing. Bar and lounge were great. Near everything in the canary wharf area. Train lines nearby. Plenty of places to eat, shop and enjoy a different part of London. A long way from Heathrow and Gatwick so prepare for that well in advance and allow plenty of time for traffic etc. leave early! All in all as long as you’re able to get an executive room or higher with a harbor view. This is a solid property.

It was a very nice hotel. The couple minor issues I would (should) have reported were the very hazy bathroom mirror which was due to being a heated mirror…so wear and tear, permanently. And it was the only mirror in the room. Also, I booked the double queen room, which had no view of the wharf or city. I was told only after I checked in and unloaded that those class rooms were all limited to view because of their location. But the quality of the service, food and hotel was amazing.

Great stay at the Marriott Canary Wharf. We were celebrating our anniversary. Told the hotel they put rose petals on our bed with swan towels and we were brought complimentary Prosecco which was a lovely touch. Great stay, close to tube line would recommend

Strong words, but well-earned. The location of this hotel is great—no surprise there. But operationally, it needs serious improvement. I had two back-to-back reservations (June 10–12 and 12–14), which I flagged at check-in. I was told I could stay in the same room—great. But I was assigned an accessible room with a shower that had a permanent chair and no space to stand. Clearly, the bathroom could have been better designed, but attention to detail isn’t their strength. I asked for a room change—denied. Disappointing for a Platinum member who stays 50–70 nights a year at Marriott. Then I found a clogged toilet. I called housekeeping, was assured it would be fixed, went to dinner, and returned to find nothing done. I was told they came but didn’t enter because I wasn’t there—no one asked if they could enter in my absence. To add to the confusion, I got calls and a door knock on the 12th asking when I planned to check out—despite my continuing reservation. When I wanted to change rooms, they said no; now they wanted me to move? Meanwhile, I kept getting messages to get the toilet repaired—which had already happened. Is this hospitality, or a dark comedy?

I stayed here with my 2 kids and the hotel was great. My only issue was how staff manage the check out process. There is no review of charges before you leave. After check out, i received my receipt which incorrectly charged me for another guest's bar tab. After exchanging over 8 emails with the hotel over several hours, i was told they had found the error and would refund the charge within 10 working days. Whilst they were apologetic, i do think it is cheeky to unilaterally charge guest's credit cards which are left with them on trust without checking with the guest first.

We stayed here for our kids birthday trip, travelled down from Scotland and right away the staff were so good with the kids and made them laugh so much. They were excellent. Aaron especially took time to really chat to the kids he was brilliant. Friendly front desk staff always smiling. Bar man with skin head and beard was also so great with us all. Excellent stay will be returning on our next trip.

It is a good facility!! But reception staff takes their own sweet time to respond to our calls from room. We asked for a weighing scale and waited for the whole day and night and no response. Yes, this might be a simple request but for the clients this is a major issue.

Would have been 5stars but the price for Sunday evening increased substantially so we stayed Friday and Saturday and moved to another hotel for Sunday.

Really convenient location, though there's a significant amount of construction happening across from the entrance to the hotel. Issues with the lifts meant they didn't seem to be running as frequently or timely as they should be - There didn't seem to be a staircase available

Really friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Clean hotel with comfortable beds in a lovely area of London, close to the tube line, we stayed in the area as so easy to get to the 02, one stop on Jublie Line. Area is really nice, lots of resturants, shops and things to do and see. Would stop again.

Very nice hotel clean and modern. We had executive lounge access. Honestly at the weekend this is the bargain of the century, hot food salads and free drinks from 530 to 930. Brilliant. Saved us a lot! Now the Elizabeth line is open you can be in the middle of London in 15 minutes.

We are very satisfied with the hotel. We stayed 3 nights in a Deluxe room. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was good to sleep on, pillows, blankets and bed linen were of high quality. The breakfast was very rich and varied. You can get to the heart of London by tube, the station is right next door. Direct connection from Heathrow Airport to Canary Wharf. The shopping and restaurant/cafes were excellent. The restaurants in the hotel were also top notch. The staff was great!

So I’m a titanium Bonvoy member so I’m speaking with some knowledge of the brand. There is construction in the front of the hotel. That’s a problem especially with the light rail. Harbor view is best. Room: I was given the deluxe room at first just okay.. too small. So after 2 days we were moved from the construction side to an executive with Harbor view is best at this property. Anything short of that would not be good. If I would not have been moved, my star level for the stay would have dropped significantly especially because of my status. The staff, was very friendly and try their best to assist. Breakfast was amazing. Bar and lounge were great. Near everything in the canary wharf area. Train lines nearby. Plenty of places to eat, shop and enjoy a different part of London. A long way from Heathrow and Gatwick so prepare for that well in advance and allow plenty of time for traffic etc. leave early! All in all as long as you’re able to get an executive room or higher with a harbor view. This is a solid property.

The food needs improvement. The breakfast is buffet style, but given that the location is by the water, the inside restaurant gets cold quicker—-bottom line my eggs are cold by time I sit. The scrambled eggs—-nasty!! They need to cook it more so it dries out, verses being mush. No real selection on the TV! But its England—-other from that it was ok, but needs some improvements.

Great location a couple of minutes walk from Canary Wharf Elizabeth Line station. Very good breakfast with a dedicated omelette chef! Pity that two lifts were out of action, otherwise would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Lovely large room. Very impressed. Check in was poor. So many people checking in and not enough staff to deal with the guests! Room wasn’t ready so we were given a voucher for a complimentary drink in the bar. Asked for a cocktail and was refused. Told it was house wine, beer or coffee. Explained we didn’t drink wine etc so could we have a glass of Prosecco again told no. I went back to reception to explain and eventually they agreed to offer us a drink that we actually wanted to drink!! Have never experienced this before at such a so called high class hotel. Slept very well so again room and beds great. Breakfast was again such a poor experience. We had to wait in a queue for almost 25 mins to be seated!! We have never experienced this before in any other well known hotel. Once in to eat the breakfast choice was very good. Honest feedback to the hotel is please sort out checking in and breakfast queuing as both were unacceptable. Lady that dealt with us on reception was however extremely helpful and I felt very sorry for the stress the staff seems under!!
